About: I have raised two dogs (one large bread and one small bread) both from puppy to 16 & 17yrs old. I have had three cats (one still residing with me). Currently I dog sit two fur babies since 2020. In a week I am losing one of my buddies due to his parents relocating. I am already missing him and am hoping to make some new walking and cuddling partners. I work part time on weekends but can sit with advanced notice. Monday til Wednesday I am available for anytime on shorter notice. When I have your furry sweetheart I do not leave them by themselves at all,so I like to schedule when there is nothing to conflict with the time I have them. When in my house they have no restrictions from me, only what the parent wants. I have an outside bathroom area on leash for quick bathroom trips. I like to go for at least one or two long walks per day, weather permitting and your dogs abilities. I live in a walkable neighborhood and close to parks. When at your house I will follow whatever routine your partner is used to.

She sent many photo up dates throughout the long day 9am - 10pm. He enjoyed socializing and walking with the other dogs and a lot of lap time. About: I pay close attention to pets as I do children, treating each with love, respect, compassion, and empathy. Sometimes no words are needed, just a scratch under the chin, chest, head, or ears! Other times, fuzzy friends need to be told what a great gift from God they truly are. I love being sensitive to each creature's individual needs, and cherish the special bonds formed while owners entrust me with their forever family friends. Sometimes that means going the extra mile (literally) if furry friends feel like going for a jog, hike, or swim! Thunderstorms can be the worst for some, soft spoken words, songs, and snuggles are my specialty. If a kennel is preferred I’m in full agreeance. I have been animal/house sitting for over a decade and am grateful for each opportunity given to help and serve. I am a stay at home mom with two kids and two fur babies. On weekends, my husband, kiddos (fur babes included), and I spend time in the outdoors, hiking, picnics, walks etc. Our pets and those that we watch are considered family members, therefore have our constant attention, love, and affection! We have an adequate fenced in backyard space for pups to play and enjoy frequent visits to the park. With drop in, checking food and water are on the list along with potty outside, playing ball (or throwing stuffies/ frisbee 🥏) and rubs.

Gen and Alex are very loving, caring and intuitive in their approach to meeting the needs of each individual ‘loved one’ entrusted to their care. Gen is a gentle, thoughtful soul who has shown us that Charlie’s well being and comfort are as important to her as they are to us. Gen and Alex have a home that is reflective of their desire to make sure that our pets have everything they could possibly need… toys (squeaky, squishy, large, small, mentally stimulating, etc.,), places to rest and snuggle (comfort/calming pet bed, couch, Gen’s bed for Charlie as he likes the security of being with his ‘loved one’), they have thought of everything! We didn’t know if we could find anyone who would tick every box when it came to leaving our Charlie in their care for a month while we were away, but Gen and Alex made us feel confident in them after Charlie’s first meet and greet!!! Charlie took to them after his second meet and greet (Gen suggested a second one to make sure that Charlie was 100% comfortable with them, which was wonderful). We booked a day camp for Charlie to become better acquainted with Gen and Alex before his long stay and the entire experience was great for Charlie and he settled right in for the day… Gen sent photos and updates to us to help us as we adjusted to leaving Charlie and it really did let us see that he was well taken care of, happy and having a great time. Look no further than Gen and Alex, we don’t think there could be any better than these two!! Highly recommend!!!”
“It was so comforting to leave our girls with Sarah and her family. Prior to booking, she was responsive and honest about her availability. Communication throughout was positive and prompt. The location is wonderful with a beautiful fenced in yard and it's just a few minutes from the falls which was a definite plus. Throughout the day we got several updates and photos to reassure us our furbabies were doing fine. They even went for a hike. Her little dog is a sweetheart and very social. She played with Murmaid all day, I could tell, because when my baby got in the vehicle she went right to sleep and that never happens with this high energy Boston Terrier 10 month old. I highly recommend her. She is amazing. She sent pics and communicated every day. Murmaid was pulling me to her door and pawing to get in for each drop off. Murmaid just loved her.
