About: Now booking spring and summer boarding. I allow up to two dogs at a time. Dogs will have designated time to roam and be outside with the family as well as 2 walks a day. Pets are not left alone for more than 2 hours except during sleep hours 11pm-6am. Your pet must be okay in a kennel if needed throughout the day. We have a dog room and decent sized kennel for boarded dogs to stay and get settled without the chios of our other dogs. If your pet is generally well behaved and not a chewer please let me know and your pet can have more freedom in the rest of the home. Typically rover dogs we watch are not potty trained and one broke my bedroom door off the wall while staying and we were not warned of that behavior so since then we did need to restructure where we allow others dogs to be in our home ensuring there safety. I specialize in senior pets and medication administration and understand the time and attention that is needed to properly care for those pets. Please reach out with any further questions you may have. We strive to keep your dogs happy and comfortable during their stay. I work from home part time so my schedule is very flexible. I can care for your dog as much as they need and even have baby monitors should your dog need constant monitoring if I’m in my work room. Let me know how you’d like your pet to be cared for and I will follow the care instructions to a T. I have a fenced yard, indoor kennel, crate and anything else you may wish for if you request your dog to be in a separate space during their stay. I also have 2 children that can talk to and pet your animal if your pet likes that. If not my kids have always been raised to ask permission before petting a dog. They do not lay with animals or feed them without permission

“We drove from TN to NY for my cousins wedding in Buffalo with our dog so she could meet some family and see my home state. I’m not from Buffalo though so I was so happy to find Mindy to watch our dog Lady during the wedding hours! It’s always nerve wracking leaving your baby with new people but Mindy calmed our nerves with photos and a couple updates and I knew Lady was in great hands. She was also super flexible with us for our pickup and dropoff times changing, which we really appreciated!”

About: I have taken care of dogs since the age of 8 when I had my first dog from the puppy stage to the senior stage. I also care for my neighbors dog who is a pit bull mix. We get along wonderfully. I will make drop in visits to feed him, take him outside for potty breaks and for play time. When my brother needs help, I will make drop in visits to care for his dog who is a chihuahua and also for his two cats. I make sure they are fed, litter boxes are cleaned and the dog has her potty breaks. Play time is a must!! Love and acceptance, the two key words for dogs and cats. It’s so easy to do for me. I work from home which allows me to care for your dog in my home, along with our family dog. I am able to take your dog out as frequently as needed and short walks throughout the day, if preferred. I am happy to do a meet and greet at our house before committing to pet sitting to ensure it is a right fit! Our yard is partially fenced, so your dog will be taken out on their leash for bathroom breaks. Myself or my husband are usually always home so your dog would rarely be crated, unless of course there is a need or preference!
