About: I've walked and exercised dogs. Fed them. Snuggled them. I have a pretty laid-back personality, so I hardly stress out even when a dog is barking at me. I understand they need to get use to a person first sometimes. I work a super laid-back job from home so I have plenty of time to spend with any pets throughout the day, whether they be dogs who need walking or cats who need snuggling. I follow the routines outlined by my clients, and use my intuition to know what the pet is needed or feeling in the moment. It probably sounds corny, but it's the best way I know how to describe it. An attentive person can tell when they're upset or when they're at peace.

I'm a grad student with night classes coming up part-time this fall, meaning I have lots of time during the day to take care of your pet! When I care for pets in their own home, I cater to their needs - whether that's giving lots of attention, playtime, or snuggles. About: Hi! My name’s Misa and I’ve been an animal lover since I was a kid. Once my family got our first dog when I was 8 years old, we were inseparable. She was my partner in crime~ Now I have a cat of my own and he owns my heart! He’s pretty food motivated so I clicker trained him, and he knows about 10 tricks :D He also has some health issues so I’m familiar with giving cats medication. I recently graduated with my master’s from the UR and I’m still in the process of looking for a job. Which means my schedule is super flexible to hang out with your pet! I’m detail oriented, reliable, and respectful of your space and your pets~ I'm currently on the job hunt after finishing my master's degree so my schedule is very flexible to accommodate drop-ins in the morning or afternoon as well as the evening~ I'll do my best to adhere to your pet's normal routine and of course be respectful of their boundaries. I'll follow any instructions given and reach out if any further clarification is needed!

About: While I’ve had pets my whole life, I have also worked in humane societies and grew up in a rural area where animals can be more a part of daily life than people! Part of my education included studying animal cognition, empowering me to solve any problems creatively and with a solid understanding of how your pets see the world. I am able to administer medications, as my own dog needed this in the past, and I am able to give your pets all the exercise they need whether it be walking, running, or anything in between! I am a recent graduate starting my doctoral degree this fall. In the meantime, I have a wide open schedule that can accommodate even the oddest hours. I will not be offering services in my own home at this time, thank you for your understanding. I will make sure to notify my clients promptly should this change!
