This was our first time using a 2-day house sitter for our two small dogs through Rover and only realized on the first day of service that our expectations for care was different than Krystina's so it caused us some stress and concern. While we did have a meet and greet the week before, we somehow had mixed messages over the type of care we were looking for and she delivered. In the end all was fine and Krystina took great care of our house and our pets and was responsive through texting while we were gone.
