About: Hi there! My name is Chrissy & I’m originally from the NYC area but have moved around over the last 9 years. A few of those years were spent with a pet-sitting company as a secondary job. On this job I took care of cats & dogs, but more often than not it was dogs including puppies & seniors. It involved half-hour drop-in visits with feeding, walks & lots of TLC. Prior to this I’d helped care for my family's Shih tzu mix & was hands-on with our Wheaten terrier pup as well as other family dogs. I’ve also done various independent pet/dog-sitting (including overnights) for friends, family & neighbors. I’m currently trying to focus on finding out what I’m truly meant to do, but for now I’m looking for a day-job & in the meantime an opportunity to care for animals. Anyone who’s ever loved a dog knows how healing they are for the soul. Your pup will be in good hands with me & I look forward to meeting him or her! I’m currently looking for a full-time or part-time job but until I have something secured, I’m free to provide pet care for weekdays, Saturdays, & as per request for Sundays. I’m available for overnight stays as well. I am more than happy to abide by the owners’ instructions or preferences whether that be to crate the dog in between visits or during overnights, or to keep the dog or cat in a specific room, or to keep an extra careful eye out while on a visit. I would double check all exit areas & make sure there is nothing the dog or cat can access that would harm him or her externally or internally.

About: I have raised 5 dogs since they have been puppies, I love all types of dogs and want to be their best friend no matter what! I work 3-8 am part-time so I can watch them during the day and when they are sleeping be gone at night. This makes it easier for the dogs when I'm around in the afternoon. I make sure they are comfortable and always try to play with them. Make sure they take walks and exercise. I always make sure they have enough water, being hydrated is very important to me.
