Kylie didn't just meet expectations, she exceeded them with multiple picture and video updates of her and Toby interacting and going for walks, which put us at ease seeing how happy and comfortable Toby was with his new friend. We left a few notes (actually 3 pages lol) which included his schedule and favorite toys and areas he likes to walk, all was followed without missing a step, it was as if we never left, which was our goal. We would not hesitate to recommend Kylie to anyone seeking a reliable pet sitter, Kylie rocks. We would suggest booking her early as her schedule fills fast, a sign of a great sitter for your pet. Our dog sitter fell through last minute right before a long trip over thanksgiving weekend. We put the dog in the car and began our long journey, deciding we’d try to figure it out along the way. We scrambled to find someone last minute and Melissa kindly accepted us. She was incredibly easy going, and very kind. She took great care of our dog and sent us pictures of him enjoying himself at the beach. When I picked him up, he had made many friends in just a few short days.
