Lee can care for
Availability
I work part time, so I will do my best to care for your pets around my work schedule. *IMPORTANT: Due to my work schedule and client volume, I cannot accomodate recurring drop-in/walk bookings to a pre-set schedule. I can only accomodate one-time bookings on an as-needed basis (which can include more than one drop-in or walk per requested booking if my availability allows). In doing so, this keeps me relatively flexible for clients while avoiding burnout and exacerbating medical issues involving chronic pain. If your pets require a rigid routine of weekly or daily walks, then I am not a good fit.

Any special instructions on how you care for your pets will be followed. Thunderstorm, anxiety, and firework situations are also understandable and can be accommodated. *CONSTANT CARE POLICY If your pet has a medical condition or non-medical reasons in which they require constant 24/7 care, this sitter will exercise the choice to modify the standard house-sitting request rate to reflect the change in type of care to $100 per night per individual requiring constant care. Additional pets that do not require constant care will reflect the normal Additional Pet rate (found on Services tab). Constant Care requests must be submitted no less than five (5) weeks in advance to allow for scheduling of one complimentary Meet & Greet, one additional complimentary Care & Needs meeting, as well as to ensure accommodation of desired dates to the best of the ability of the sitter according to availability at that time. Constant Care is outlined by this sitter as remaining in the residence or on the premises (with the exception of walks if needed) for the duration of the booking dates with departure time on the final day discussed beforehand. Services include oral medication administration, assisted movement, assisted feeding, and comfort and companionship as examples. Other requirements can be discussed BEFORE confirming/payment is made.
Information Lee J. would like to know about your pet
Let me know of your dog has any special needs ahead of time. Special needs vary greatly, so if I am unable to accomodate a certain care need, I will be transparent about it. Examples of special needs include: care during heat cycles, the use of belly bands, puppy pads, or diapers, and movement assistance. *PLEASE NOTE Depending on your pet's special needs, your request may be re-classified as Constant Care if they are not to be left at home unsupervised, which is charged at a different rate (details found above under Constant Care Policy).
A typical day
I love to make sure dogs are getting enrichment, so I can play games, go for short walks to explore, etc. My goal is to help keep your pets happy and healthy!

Trusted Pet + Exotics Caregiver
Pet care experience
I've been a dog and exotics owner for most of my life. I have experience in Pet/Exotic Care & Adoption, as well as a Bachelor's in Animal Health and Behavior. As long as there is good communication and notice, I can accommodate requests if possible or if I'm not otherwise engaged. I treat your pets like my own! I can work within the rules and requirements of the client's home/yard when it comes to playdates. I can do short walks, as well as petsitting for discussed times of the day or night (if you have a 3rd shift job). PLEASE NOTE: If you request walks with me, keep in mind that due to personal medical factors, I do not walk dogs with specific distance requirements. I walk according to the time slot requested. I let dogs take sniffing and exploring breaks with the goal of fresh air, pottying, and enjoying nature in mind. If you require your dog to be walked with the intention of tiring them out or needing heavy exercise, I can provide exercise in other ways that depend on the home environment (back yard, games, play, etc.)
Reviews

Lee is second to none. She takes such good care of our fur babies and our home.

Fantastic as always. Thank you !

We just returned from a 20 trip with Lee caring for our home and our buddy. She was great! It's going to take a while for our pup to stop looking for Lee and just accept that he's stuck with us. We will be using her for a few days this summer and our dog can't wait.
Lee was great. She went above and beyond what she had to do to take care of my dogs
