About: I've taken care of dogs who love everyone and those who are as choosy as cats in their people. I share my home with four cats, each one with their own style of pets and play (and their own diets). Every animal, just like every person, has their own personality. My goal is to pay attention and interact with them in a way that makes them feel safe, loved, and...if they're up for it...entertained. Need someone to walk your canine companions for a couple miles and then follow detailed instructions on which doggo gets what food and treats? That's me. Does your cat need someone to feed it and then sit in quietly in the same room for company without insisting on pets? That's me, too. Additionally, I have experience with administering medication to both cats and dogs (pills, inhalers, injections). I'm a remote-first professional, so my schedule is fairly flexible. Animals thrive with consistent routines, so I make a point to arrive on time and follow all owner directions. I regularly book between 7 AM and 9 PM, but currently my schedule is tight. Morning appointments are available if timing is flexible +\- a couple hours. My goal is to ensure that pets feel as safe and loved. Animals thrive on routine, so I'll be on time and follow your directions to ensure as much normalcy as possible while you're away. I have four cats, all of whom have different diets, play styles, and stranger tolerance, so I'm used to paying close attention to details. I'll earn your pets' trust by following your directions and adapting my approach to their needs. As a pet parent, I understand the importance of knowing how your companions are doing while you're away. I'll always check in with you and include pictures and updates. I'll never hesitate to reach out if I have any concerns or questions. While your pet is in my care, they are my number one priority.
About: I have experience in vet med, so I will be able to keep a detail-oriented eye on your pet's health and wellbeing. If it comes to it, I can take your beloved companion to the vet clinic while you're out of town and see to any at-home care they need, no problem. I currently make my income entirely through app-based freelance work, making it easy to interweave schedules. I can check in on your pet, go out and work for 2-3 hours, then come back again. ADHD tendencies serve me well in this situation-- I can focus on a show, a book, or working on my laptop, while still being peripherally aware of what your pet is doing, and taking time to check in and give lots of scritches and belly-rubs. I live in a shared housing situation, so I have plenty of experience leaving an environment that is not my own exactly as I found it.
About: As someone who has lived with dogs throughout my entire life, I understand what it takes to be a caring, responsible and loving pet owner. I believe that all dog owners should be capable of being patient, playful and responsible to ensure the best possible care for their furry friend. Caitlyn is absolutely fantastic and your dogs will be so lucky if they get her for dog care. My partner witnessed Caitlyn‘s arrival and the dogs response and was blown away. “They sang to her as they ran over to see her. It wasn’t excited barking, they were singing to her yodeling joy. “ there are never half measures on their walks. She is calm and even and relaxed and they soak that up like osmosis. Both of my two are older and have variable days of high energy, low energy and she meets them Where they are. If they want a slow sniff walk… They get that and if they are looking for a jon stroll they get that. Caitlyn is moving to Spokane and if you were lucky enough to snag her… Don’t ever let her go :-)
Yvonne seriously goes above and beyond! We booked her last minute and she had no issue with stopping in to take our pup for a walk while we were away. She walked him for over 50 minutes which was just wonderful! Gave us so many pictures which made us really happy to see our baby. Really love having Yvonne as our go-to for Joey (pup).
Thank you to Meilin for her patience with our loving yet stubborn pup. She is always so kind, loving and sweet to him and takes the time to let him warm up to her. I have seen so much improvement already in our doggies attitude towards walks and I owe it all to Meilin! She also always sends updates and photos!
