About: I’m an animal person, I can’t think of a time in my life I haven’t had a dog or two. I raised my boys on our farm in Black Mountain, NC with lots of dogs, goats, chickens and a beautiful cow named Daisy. My kids are now grown and I find myself drawn to time spent outdoors hiking, trail running and taking long walks around town with my dogs, and yours too! I have a flexible schedule and I’m available most days for 1-2 hr walks, 1/2 day doggie care (hike, playtime, snacks), full day doggie care (hike, playtime, snacks, nap, afternoon walk). Drop off and pick up included. I have a fenced yard for playtime at my house, I can also sit at yours. We take off leash or on leash hikes, trail runs and neighborhood walks.

About: hello! Im jenna and my lab mix’s name is Remi! We both love to meet and hangout with other dogs. I have been dog sitting for about 5 years now, its more of a favorite hobby of mine than a job. Remi and i are active people going on hikes pretty frequently, so with your approval your dog is more than welcomed to join! I have watched puppies to senior dogs, administering medication if/when needed. If you need a safe place for your baby, remi and i will definitely make sure they have a great time here with us! I am a bartender who works 4 nights a week. My schedule is pretty open. Usually my shifts are 6 hours long, so if im boarding in home they must be okay with being left alone the nights i do work. I have an unfenced yard, so remi and I usually do 2/3 walks a day to make sure she gets her steps in! Whatcom falls is right near my house as well, we love it there!

“Andrew is a calm individual who has cared for my cat many times while I was at work or out of town for the weekend. Whenever I came back home, the house was just how I left it. The litter box was always fresh and the food and water were replenished when needed. My cat was content and happy when he was with Andrew.”

While Sam doesn’t have any pets of his own at this time, he shows all the animals in his life love and affection. Sam is also amazing at playing with dogs and really getting on their level. A few of the dogs I know and work with will see Sam and immediately get excited because their playmate has arrived! Whether that’s fetch, tug, or just running around the yard, he is always ready to have fun with your pet. Sam also is really active and I’m sure would love to take your furry friend on a hike or a run, to get their energy out. I have also seen how great he is at taking the time to build a relationship with and get to know the dogs in his life. If you want someone who is fun, caring, kind, and responsible, who will hike with your dog or cuddle on the couch, Sam is your guy.”
