About: Growing up, I cared for two wonderful dogs who taught me responsibility, patience, and companionship every day. One was a playful miniature poodle, and the other was a loyal cocker spaniel, each with their own unique personality and energy. Spending time feeding, walking, grooming, and playing with them helped me develop a deep appreciation for the joy dogs bring into a home. Today, I own a golden doodle that continues to strengthen my love for working with and caring for dogs. I am also currently volunteering at the Jacksonville Humane Society, where I help care for and walk dogs. This experience has given me the opportunity to work with dogs of different personalities and needs while providing them with exercise, companionship, and positive interaction. I am currently working part-time, so there is flexibility throughout the week to care for your pet! I am also available on weekend days. When interacting with a pet at someone else’s home, I make sure any doors and gates are securely closed, keep them on a leash when on a walk, stay aware of their surroundings, and follow any specific instructions provided by the owner. I treat every pet with the same care and attention I would want for my own.

About: Fur friends are enjoyable to be around, whether they are my pets or yours. When I am caring for pets, I am especially aware of their individual needs, their body language and their need for physical activity. My pets can tell me through their body language when they have had a good or bad sitter experience. When I care for your pets, I want your fur family to tell you that they had a good sitter experience. Happy wags and meows! During the week, I work from home but I have flexibility to drop in to check on your pets. I am also able to take them on walks or run around the back yard, if that is what they need. My desire is to provide a safe environment for your fur family when you are unavailable to care for them. I am trustworthy and intend to demonstrate that character trait to you. About: I owned a huge Malamute/Lab rescue who ended up rescuing me. I miss being around animals. I will take my time in walking and spending time with your furry family member. I just moved here from Brooklyn NY. I walked miles upon miles in the snow and rain with my Dog. I enjoy being outdoors. I have been a dental Assistant for the past 30 years, I’m more than capable in keeping calm in a tense situation. Our Dental practice was pet friendly. I was the person in charge of handling all of the pets. I had a Great Dane panic at the sound of the drill, I soothed him throughout the appointment. I’m also a trained Dog Walker. I volunteer at the Jacksonville Humane Society a few days a week. I’m looking forward to helping out families that need an extra hand.

About: Animals have always been an important part of my life, and I understand that every dog has their own personality, routine, and needs. As a dog owner, I know the importance of patience, trust-building, and creating a safe environment where pets feel comfortable and loved. My rescue dog, Orville, has taught me the value of meeting dogs where they are, whether they need extra reassurance, structure, playtime, or simply a calm companion. I take the time to learn each pet’s habits and preferences so I can provide care that feels familiar and stress-free while their family is away. I have always enjoyed helping friends, family, and neighbors by caring for their pets. While I have not provided pet care professionally before or through a platform like Rover, I have plenty of hands-on experience caring for animals and understanding their needs. My experience may not be formally documented, but it comes from years of genuine care, responsibility, and love for all animals. I pride myself on being dependable, attentive, and communicative. Your pet will be treated with the same care, respect, and affection I give my own. Thursday through Saturday, I have flexible availability and can provide care throughout the day. I currently work four days a week until 3 PM, so Sunday through Wednesday I'm available after 3 PM. I am happy to work with your pet’s schedule and routine! I love spending time in my own backyard, but I also enjoy exploring new places! My pup loves adventures, so we often visit on-leash parks for walks, fresh air, and new experiences. I enjoy giving dogs opportunities to safely explore, get exercise, and enjoy the world around them while always keeping their comfort and safety a priority. Play is a constant in our household! I believe playtime is about more than just fetch. I enjoy incorporating scent games, enrichment activities, and mentally stimulating games into a dog’s routine to help keep them happy and engaged (esp. if it's extremely hot or rainy)!

About: I've fostered my whole life and started pet sitting when I was 16. I've got experience with all ages and sizes of animals. Elderly or new born I can care for them. I work a bit but am off on Sunday's, Monday's and Friday's. I work typically from 4:30 pm - 11 pm, before work i am at my clients house then after I get off I immediately go to my clients house about 30-40 minutes is how long I typically stay unless I can stay longer. If there is an emergency my mother or boyfriend of 5 years can help take care of your fur baby's. I have a fenced in yard 4 dogs and 11 cats (7 are spayed and neutered outside cats that just came with the house) a bird a snake and a crested gecko!
