She responded to our request immediately and offered a meet and greet at our home since she was out running errands. The drive was out of her way - way above and beyond. Because we were leaving the next morning, she offered to take our pup with her to save us some time in the morning. She administered medication for our dog Mel and made sure she was comfortable with her 2 dogs. Mel took to her 2 dogs right away with no issues, enjoying runs in their large fenced in backyard. “If you have cats (and I'm sure it applies to dogs), I don't know that you'll find a better pet sitter than Allison. I have had multiple cat sitters over the years and no one comes close. Allison came by beforehand and took nearly an hour just to get to know the cats and their habits, likes, dislikes, routine, etc. Allison was incredibly communicative before, during, and after her visits. She sent lots of pictures and kept me in the loop on what was going on. She is one of the few sitters that has sent me pictures of the cats not just hiding or under the bed. She actually got the cats to come out and sit with her - which is something I don't think a lot of other cat sitters even bother to do. It was wonderful being able to travel without worrying about the cats and knowing they were in good hands. I cannot recommend Allison enough. She's a great choice for pet parents and pets. 20/10 and would urge people to use her not just for their own sanity, but for their cats.”

About: My profile saids Michelle, but please call me Micah 🙏😊 My first time caring for a dog was when my family adopted a miniature, silver-haired, poodle puppy, that I named Shadow back in 2007 before attending university. Before graduating high school, my neighbors would ask me to look after their own four-legged family members (mostly dogs and cats) when they went out of town. I provided excellent care for their pets as if they were my own. I also have experience from working at a dog daycare and boarding facility between 2015 and 2016. The facility hosted dogs as small as Yorkies and as big as Great Danes. My duties at the daycare was to supervise play, clean up after the dogs, keep the facility clean, stay overnight for dogs that were boarding, help with feeding, give oral medication and provide transportation for dogs to their preferred vets whenever necessary. Since 2016, I have been providing pet care services through Rover and making long-lasting relationships with families and their furkids. I'm also open to taking care of of other pets as well. We'll just discuss beforehand. I currently work 25-40 hours per week at a salon, so pups that can go at least 8 hours without a potty break or are chill and comfortable in a salon work environment would be the best fit. I currently live in a 3br apartment with my service dog and my domestic partner. I have more experience as a house sitter and can be trusted to keep up with house chores such as collecting mail, watering plants, taking out the garbage, etc.

About: I owned a huge Malamute/Lab rescue who ended up rescuing me. I miss being around animals. I will take my time in walking and spending time with your furry family member. I just moved here from Brooklyn NY. I walked miles upon miles in the snow and rain with my Dog. I enjoy being outdoors. I have been a dental Assistant for the past 30 years, I’m more than capable in keeping calm in a tense situation. Our Dental practice was pet friendly. I was the person in charge of handling all of the pets. I had a Great Dane panic at the sound of the drill, I soothed him throughout the appointment. I’m also a trained Dog Walker. About: When you board with us, your pet gets more than a place to stay, your pet gets a family to be a part of. We are a family of 6 humans, 1 dog, and 5 chickens and 2 ducks. Your pet will have plenty of playmates! I am a single mother who works from home. I drop off and pick up my kids from school, and run the occasional errand, but usually I am home. I enjoy an evening walk with my chocolate lab and would love your pet to join us. I have a fully fenced, large backyard. I also have two extra crates if your dog is crate-trained and feels more comfortable sleeping in a crate. Pets being on furniture is discouraged, but rarely enforced. I have an SUV and am willing to transport pets if needed.

About: I’ve grown up with dogs the majority of my life. I truly enjoy dog-sitting, I find that walking is great for both parties and the dogs that are in my life, I tend to them as if I had kids. About: I have been around dogs all my life. Currently mom of Benji he is 4 years old lhasa apso/shitzu. He is the light of my life and he loves being around smaller dogs like himself. Im a dog mom so I know how important is to have someone we can trust, count on when we need to leave them for a few days. I will treat them like my own. Kelly set up a meet and greet proud to Murdock's stay. She was so kind and I could tell she really loves dogs. She has a very gently manner about her and speaks in a very soothing tone to the pets. She gave updates, and sent photos of him looking like he felt safe and happy. He eventually started going to her when called and enjoyed all the loving attention she gave him. “Marilyn and her family really loved on my boys & they had a great time! Their pup is also so nice and such a lover boy. The boys were well taken care of, came back home happy and relaxed whereas sometimes when I’ve gotten them from boarding, they’ve been stressed or sad. I can tell they had a good time!”
