“Angela is a delight. She spends a lot of time with each pet, doing things that make each one feel comfortable and seen. She even cozied up on the floor to make a newer member of the pet family feel like home. She also sends tons of pictures, which is great! I love seeing them being well taken care of. Definitely will ask to help again in the future.”

“A wonderful couple who went above and beyond caring for our fur-babies. I truly appreciated them for cleaning up “accidents” caused by the animals, most people would’ve left it. The care you showed our Pit Bull baby Max lol, touched me and him obviously. Definitely will be using them again in the future.”

“Thank you Brigit-for being such a great pet sitter. Your temperament is excellent I think when pets are stressing about where their pet parent went—-I’m so glad my Cleo came out from under the bed the first day with you and I appreciated the daily snapshot of your visit….was a treat for me to have daily check ins. Hope you can sit with my Cleo again as needed..”

About: I have cared for my own pets, friends pets, and family members pets for decades, including multiple senior pets and those with specific medical needs. I work from home and have my own pets who are spoiled with constant company and attention to needs. I walk my own dogs in the morning throughout the summer to avoid the hottest part of the day. It is unlikely I am ever out of the house for more than 90 minutes, ensuring that neither your nor my own dogs are left unattended for long enough to become anxious. My backyard is fully shaded, fenced, and has a small pond. Even on the hottest days my backyard is suitable for lounging despite the high desert heat.

“Madelynne was very communicative and reliable in dropping in on our two very active dogs for a long weekend. She was professional and polite. She even helped sort out an issue with our auto cat feeder while we were away. We would definitely book her again.”

“Thank you so much Stacy! Stacy did such a fabulous job checking in on my pups and keeping me up to date. She was very patient with my shy pup and kept them company during a thunderstorm. Will definitely rehire Stacy for doggy care in the future! ?”

About: I have many years of caring for all types of dogs. I have worked with puppies, seniors, reactive/fearful dogs, and working/high energy breeds. I am always up for learning and researching new techniques and skills when it comes to dogs. I have fostered dogs through my local animal shelter for many years which has given me a lot of experience with rescues. I’ve fostered nursing litters, young puppies, and adult dogs with great success! I am always excited to meet new dogs and learn their personalities and quirks so that I can care for them in a way that works best for the dog! I am newly unemployed and dedicating my time to caring for dogs! My schedule is generally pretty flexible, which leaves me time to care for your pets in a way that works for you and your dog! I live in a home with a fenced in yard where dogs can play! I have one dog named Olive, and she is the best with fosters we bring into our home. She will take the lead of other dogs and can play for hours, or just hangout calmly and give space to nervous dogs. I believe in crate training and find it very useful for multi dog households, but if your dog isn’t crate trained we can figure something out! Mental and physical stimulation is one of the most important things for dogs, so I incorporate walks, brain games, and structure whenever necessary! I believe that each dog is unique, so I like to follow their lead in terms of what they require to be fulfilled!

About: I have a lifetime of hands-on experience with dogs. I've fostered several pups—one of whom I adopted—and truly understand canine behavior, needs, and comfort. Your pet won’t just be watched—they’ll be cared for like family in a safe, loving environment that feels like home. Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine since I work a part-time remote internship with a flexible schedule. I'm home most of the day, allowing me to provide consistent care, attention, and companionship. Whether it’s regular walks, feeding, playtime, or just keeping pets company, I’m available when needed and always prioritize their well-being and comfort. In my home, I provide a calm, pet-friendly environment where animals can feel safe and relaxed. I stick to their usual routines as closely as possible, including feeding schedules, walks, playtime, and any special instructions from their owner. I keep pets supervised, ensure they have plenty of enrichment, and create cozy spaces for rest. If caring for pets in a client’s home, I maintain their familiar surroundings and routines, keep the space clean, and give regular updates to ensure peace of mind. In both cases, I treat every pet like they’re my own—with patience and attentiveness.

About: I have been caring for animals since my childhood and have several of my own. I am a veterinary assistant and am comfortable with animals of all ages and sizes, as well as with responsibilities such as administering medication, walks, special diets, etc. I work and go to school part time. I have the most freedom on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays, but can also periodically check on your pet on the other days of the week. I can do overnights as well. I will work with your pets needs whether that is specific feeding times, a walking schedule, or other routines that you and your pet typically do.

“Amazing x 10000! She is incredibly knowledgeable and thorough and went the extra mile for my diabetic cat. I am suuuper particular about my cat because he is a special needs cat and Karyn helped him 100% while in my absence. My cats loved her. I couldn’t have found a better sitter!”

About: I have had pets all my life and looked after friend's and family's pets in the U.S. and Mexico. I love getting to know their habits and quirks and being their buddy, while they're people were away. I am a remote graphic designer and do landscaping. My schedule is very flexible and enjoy taking dogs for walks and sitting/playing with cats. I use Rover when I travel and know what it's like to be away from your pets. I love spending time with pets, giving them the extra care when their people are away. I think giving people the freedom to travel and work, and still take great care of their pets is very important.

Ethanee R.Star Sitter
“Ethanee took care of our very finicky 22-year-old cat for 9 days over the holidays. Our cat requires twice daily medication and has special dietary needs. We came home to one very happy, very healthy cat. She provided us daily updates, was meticulous about cleaning the litter box and keeping water cleaned and refilled. As a plus, the house was also spotless!!! Not only is our cat very finicky, we are also very picky about who we trust to care for our fur-baby. We will ask Ethanee to cat sit any time we leave. We cannot thank her enough for the care and attention she showered on our little Reggie.”

Karyn W.

Marilee W.
“We were in Europe for 5 weeks when we received notice our booked sitter needed to leave town. Fortunately, Marilee could fill in! When we had a wedding out of state a month after our return, Marilee was our first call. Our furry toddler Yoda clearly took to Marilee's care and attention during our first sit experience. It is unnerving to lose a caretaker, but Marilee filled the gap so well that when Marilee visited our home for an official orientation, Yoda was happy to see her and receive her attention. Returning from the long weekend, now our second opportunity to use Marilee, Yoda was not traumatized by us leaving. And we suspect, if Marilee visited in the near future, Yoda would again be glad to see her. It is hard to leave a pet, but Marilee sent unexpected photos and reports of Yoda's activities and overall status which also meant a lot.”
Summit Park pet parents share their Rover experiences
Catherine was fantastic. My cat Alien loved the attention and daily brushing. Catherine also changed out litter box and vacuumed when it needed it. She also watered my plants. We were gone for almost 3 weeks and I never felt like I had to worry. She also sent photos and videos regularly which I really appreciated. Catherine was very good. I highly recommend her for your house sitting or pet sitting needs,

Winston loves Kat! He’s always happy to see her, and he has a great time playing and cuddling with her. I feel completely comfortable leaving W with Kat. I appreciate that she communicates quickly whenever there’s a question. She’s the best sitter I’ve had in years!👍
