I have experience with both energetic dogs and senior dogs, so I’m comfortable adapting to each dog’s needs, whether that means long walks, playtime, or a slower pace with extra attention. From a quick check-in to an extended stay, I’m here to provide you a reliable, attentive service creating happy experiences through safe and loving care focused on affection, routines, and stress-free time away.<3 I work part-time at a cafe (usually early mornings) and I’m also a Film student here at UNM🎥. Despite that, I have open availability and all the time in the world for your fluffy friends!☺️ I have a fenced yard and 3 friendly puppies; 2 miniature poodles (Leo and Raphael; boys) and 1 little wiener dog (Splinter; girl). They all follow morning and evening feeding schedules, regular outside time, as well as walks to our local dog park that’s just down the street from where I live!🏞️ When it’s time to settle down, they get put in there kennels at night… along with their many toys (their cuddle buddies). Aside from the occasional treat and many many cuddles, that’s about all that’s needed to keep them happy and healthy. c:

About: I’ve worked with and lived around dogs nearly my whole life. I’ve helped my grandpa with his dog grooming shop over the summers and cared for family dogs including things like walking, training, grooming, and feeding when necessary. I work a part time job that can get quite busy sometimes, but no stress! your pet will always come first to an extra double shift. My schedule comes out weekly, so some things may change from time to time but it is a priority to not let that get in the way of any pet care. I am open on the weekends during the afternoon, easy for drop-ins or quick walks! I have a nice big fenced backyard, perfect for any dog not big on walks or dog parks. I have two dogs, one big, one little. the little is amazing company and goes along with whatever the vibe is. She could be a great buddy for your pup to go on a play date with! The big one may be a bit reactive at first, no aggression just barking and anxiety that usually goes away after a while, but she usually prefers to be alone. Because of this I am looking for jobs other than boarding for the most part. I have a small crate in my car for safe travel with little dogs, so driving around or going out to a specific location for a field trip is an option for puppies and small breeds!

About: I have been caring for animals since my childhood and have several of my own. I am a veterinary assistant and am comfortable with animals of all ages and sizes, as well as with responsibilities such as administering medication, walks, special diets, etc. I work full time at a veterinary clinic. My work days are Thursday-Sunday 8:30am-5:30pm, and half days on Mondays. I can always check on pets during lunch breaks, and I am available for overnights. I will always work with your pets needs, whether that is a walking schedule, medications, or other routines that are essential for their well being.

About: In college I was a house and pet sitter. I have had pets since I was in elementary school and am now a senior. I currently have three dogs of my own. I’m emotionally intelligent and good to work with. I work a half day as an Occupational Therapist educator in Wednesdays and as an OT practitioner on Fridays. I am fortunate enough to be semi-nomadic, with a very flexible living situation. I can go anywhere within reason, with enough notice. I love animals, and I love exploring. I follow any instructions or guidelines set out by the pet owner. I also employ common sense. If an animal needs space, they get space. If an animal wants to come along with me, they can- following the pet owner’s rules.

“Our cat really seem to enjoy having someone stop in and visit with him while we were out of town with family. Julie was very respectful of our home, always made sure our house was locked/alarmed when she left after the visit and treated our fur baby really well. She's very nice, a good communicator and was accommodating, not that we asked for a lot. She also agreed to water my plants on one of the visits during the week that we were gone. We even got adorable pictures of our cat on our Rover cards during her visits. We had a really reassuring experience having her as our pet sitter. We highly recommend her and will absolutely be contacting her for our next trip out of town.”

About: Hi! We’re Kathy and Val. We recently moved to Albuquerque from Santa Fe. We both work from home as contractors and are available for dog boarding and doggie day care at our home. We have 2 dogs, Odin and Brady, who are very friendly. We are very active and enjoy long walks, hikes, etc. We also enjoy cuddling with dogs and sharing lots of love with them. Since we work from home our schedule is flexible. We are available from 7am - 9pm. Daycare (full day) and boarding include a 1-2hr hike, depending on activity level and need of the dog. For boarding the hikes can be as often as every other day depending on their activity level and needs. I currently work from home so caring for my pet and the pets of others is a nice way for me to get off the computer and outside. Your dog will receive play-time, walks, cuddles, and treats (if allowed) from me! I try to stick to their routine/times of going out as much as possible.

“I had Reyna watch my miniature dachshund for the weekend and she absolutely fantastic with both me and with him. She was incredibly flexible, calm and kind, and very easy to work with in figuring out rate and schedule. As for Levi she consistently updates with photos and very detailed drop-by descriptions that really made me feel at ease and secure that my little guy was okay while I was away. I will definitely be contacting her if I need a sitter again, that’s for sure.”
