About: Hi! We’re Kathy and Val. We recently moved to Albuquerque from Santa Fe. We both work from home as contractors and are available for dog boarding and doggie day care at our home. We have 2 dogs, Odin and Brady, who are very friendly. We are very active and enjoy long walks, hikes, etc. We also enjoy cuddling with dogs and sharing lots of love with them. Since we work from home our schedule is flexible. We are available from 7am - 9pm. Daycare (full day) and boarding include a 1-2hr hike, depending on activity level and need of the dog. For boarding the hikes can be as often as every other day depending on their activity level and needs. I currently work from home so caring for my pet and the pets of others is a nice way for me to get off the computer and outside. Your dog will receive play-time, walks, cuddles, and treats (if allowed) from me! I try to stick to their routine/times of going out as much as possible.

About: I have been caring for animals since my childhood and have several of my own. I am a veterinary assistant and am comfortable with animals of all ages and sizes, as well as with responsibilities such as administering medication, walks, special diets, etc. I work full time at a veterinary clinic. My work days are Thursday-Sunday 8:30am-5:30pm, and half days on Mondays. I can always check on pets during lunch breaks, and I am available for overnights. I will always work with your pets needs, whether that is a walking schedule, medications, or other routines that are essential for their well being.

About: I’ve been trusted to care for elderly dogs that need medication, to the littles still in potty training. I will follow whatever instructions are left to give the best care. Even if your baby needs their food “cooked” on the stove or need to be tucked in for a story. I’ve raised two dogs of my own and one cat, all who love to play. Ex-teacher on summer break so my schedule is open. I will be starting school in the fall so scheduling will change but I can easily be flexible and respond quickly. I am able to travel throughout the county and city, and I’m comfortable caring for pets in a wide variety of environments, including apartments, houses, farm properties, sidewalks, parks, and outdoor settings. No matter the location, I make it a priority to ensure pets feel secure and cared for in their familiar surroundings. I follow all owner instructions carefully, whether it’s feeding schedules, medication, exercise routines, or special accommodations. Maintaining consistency is important, and I will make sure your pets’ routines are carried out to your exact standards. While house sitting, I provide ongoing attention and companionship throughout the day, and during walks or check-ins, your pets will always have my full, undivided focus.
