About: Volunteered at a vet clinic & pet sat for friends and family & discovered the joy of comforting pets when they're feeling anxious and home sick. I am pursuing a master's in computer science at UNM, and my schedule can be flexible. I will be home for the most part, but if I ever need to step away it's only for a couple hours. My boyfriend and I work as a team in caring for our dogs, and we do the same for our clients. It's normal for your pet to feel homesick, so we do our best to make them feel like they are at home and give them the quality time and affection they are used to from their loved ones ❤️ Baxter is 9 yo pit mix & Chiqui is an 8 yo Pomeranian/chihuahu. We have a small fenced yard and a kennel that Baxter uses for whenever we have to leave the house to run errands. Our dogs sleep in their beds upstairs in our bedroom, and we set up your pet's bed next to us as well. We typically ask clients to bring their pet's bed or crate/kennel and a blanket or toy they like to cuddle with to remind them of home 🤍 If you could also pack their food, food bowl, and leash for their stay, that would be great! 🐾

About: I have over a decade of petsitting experience. My first priority will always be the wellbeing of your pets and home. I love meeting and winning over new animals. I am here to help. I left Omaha, Ne in 2020 for seasonal position with the NPS at Yosemite. That work took me to Charleston then Acadia the following summers. I settled in Asheville for 2 1/2 years before becoming a nomadic petsitter. I feel fortunate and love getting to meet new people and their pets, along with exploring all the corners of our country. I think I am pretty good at this, but am always learning. I have experience with all types of dogs and cats as well as fresh and salt water fish tanks, outdoor fish ponds, and caring for chickens and ducks. I’d love to keep expanding that experience. About: I’ve had my own animals and helped care for family and friend’s animals since I was young. (30+ years!) I am a runner/walker for more active animals but also love snuggles or calm indoor play. I’m comfortable with all ages of cats, dogs, chickens, guinea pigs, and more! I currently work a flexible part-time schedule and prioritize getting outside daily, so I’d be happy to bring your dog along for my walks or make time for indoor play as well! I like to send photos and updates to pet parents to let you know your fur babies are being well-loved. I have a reliable vehicle for bringing them to a park or larger space if needed.

She was incredibly flexible, calm and kind, and very easy to work with in figuring out rate and schedule. As for Levi she consistently updates with photos and very detailed drop-by descriptions that really made me feel at ease and secure that my little guy was okay while I was away. About: Dogs have a very special place in my life and there’s nothing I love more than spending time with them. I worked for a couple months at a dog and cat boarding facility, I loved it and wish I was able to fit it into my schedule. I’ve owned all kinds of animals my whole life and currently have a senior dog, a cat, and 2 rabbits! I’m 18 and a high school senior, I have school from 8-2:20 on weekdays. I can house sit overnight and leave at 7:30-40 and be back before 3. On the weekends I can stay at your home all day or stop by every couple hours. I can provide outside time, walks, potty breaks, and crate time if needed. I’m comfortable feeding wet, raw, and dry food for both cats and dogs. I’m also comfortable with administering medications as long as the pet isn’t reactive.

About: Ever since I was little, I’ve taken care of dogs, cats, bunnies, and even a rooster at one point! Ever since I can remember, animals have always held a special place in my heart. I have two sons of my own, and my goal is to care for your fur babies the way I would want someone to care for mine! I just finished working a summer in Alaska, and currently have no winter job lined up, so your fur baby will have all of my undivided attention, and of course they will be showered in love! I have plenty of free time to hangout with your fur baby, and will treat them as if they’re my own while in my care. My goal is for both you and your fur baby to feel comfortable while you’re away. I’m very attentive when it comes to body language, and always do my best to make sure the comfort of my client and or clients fur baby comes first.

About: I have owned animals my entire adult life - dogs, cats, fish - and have cared for horses as well. I have a strong preference for dogs of all types, young and old. I am a stay at home mom with a flexible schedule, and I am able to accommodate most requests. I have a primary-school-aged child who is also great with animals! Any pet owner within walking distance can be comfortably accommodated. My home is single-story with a small and medium-sized doggie door. I have a yard in the back with grass - dogs will have the run of the place. I have a primary-school-aged child who is also great with animals, and a partner who also loves animals. Both would be involved with any in-home pet care. Crate-trained animals are preferred. Cats are, unfortunately, not allowed in the home (severe allergies).

About: I’ve owned several types of dogs from small to big since i was a child! I now have my own cat that me and my partner take care after and give so much love to! I have experience of basic necessities such as walking dogs, playing with them, etc I am a full time ABA therapist where my schedule during the week ranges usually from 8 AM - 4 PM. I can check on your pets or take them for a walk anytime after that! Weekends are always free other than sundays from 2 PM - 5 PM! I ensure the pet's safety, comfort, and happiness by following the owner's instructions carefully. This includes feeding, walking, playing, and providing any medication as needed. I also maintain a clean environment by tidying up after the pet and respecting the client's home and belongings. I keep the owner updated with regular messages or photos to let them know how their pet is doing.
