My dogs get along with Patricia's small dog, Sophie, and enjoy their surroundings during their stay (Patricia has a beautiful patio and spends time with them outside). “I thought Maellen was terrific. A few days before our cruise, Lili, our corgi had to be fitted with "the cone of shame" for a skin condition. I contacted Maellen to see if this would create a problem and offered to find another sitter but Maellen said it would be fine. She treated the skin condition twice a day took excellent care of Lili for the 7 day cruise. Lili obviously had a great time and was in excellent condition. I was especially happy to hear how well our dogs got along and that lots of play and tug of war sessions were had 😄 Pepper was treated like family and we'll absolutely rebook next time we have to go away.”

My pup is the love of my life and, as are most dog moms, I have VERY picky about who watches him when I cannot. He is always excited and happy to see me after a sit, but he is equally excited when I ask him if he wants to go see “Aunt Shell.” Shell treats all her dog visitors as if they are her own - her love for dogs is as bright and caring as the New Mexican sun! Julie was very respectful of our home, always made sure our house was locked/alarmed when she left after the visit and treated our fur baby really well. About: I've cared for pets my whole life - as a child, through adulthood, and with my own family. Now, my wife and I have Zeus and Nala, two adorable lab mixes who rule our life with walks, baths, and dinner time. I'm a longtime professional transitioning to a new career. Currently, I have no recurring commitments and have lots of availability and flexibility for intermittent or regular walks and sitting. About: In college I was a house and pet sitter. I have had pets since I was in elementary school and am now a senior. I currently have three dogs of my own. I’m emotionally intelligent and good to work with. I work a half day as an Occupational Therapist educator in Wednesdays and as an OT practitioner on Fridays. About: I am a veterinary assistant that has been taking car of pet for at least 9 years. I started pet sitting for my family and neighbors pet. Then I whent to the pound walking and helped in the clinic. Then I became a veterinary assistant to help more animals. I am currently working full time 10 hour shifts with 3 days off a week. About: I’ve lived with dogs and cats my entire life. Since I was 12, it’s been my responsibility to take care of our English Setter. This began with me helping to train him. My role was to reinforce the lessons taught at the PetSmart classes. I’ve regularly walked, bathed, and taken to the vet our dog as well. About: A little about me, I am a 27 year old and I’ve owned animals since I was 5. My family and I also used to run a rescue farm where we cared for animals that had been abandoned or mistreated. I have a very secure backyard as well as a two door system for the front door to ensure the safety of any pets staying inside of my home. I have a very routine schedule allowing me to meet medication schedules and the proper amount of time in-between potty breaks. I also ensure to “puppy proof” my house before a stay, no matter the age just to ensure that they will be kept safe and not get into anything that would make them sick.
