This is our second time using Alexus and she did not disappoint, yet again! She’s so diligent and attentive to our pups every need and more. She goes above and beyond to make sure our dogs don’t even miss us while we are away! She stays on schedule so they don’t feel a change in routine. We are so grateful for her! She is the best and I highly recommend her for loving your fur babies while away. Thank you million’s Alexus!

Our girl Honey is an older dog with hearing a vision issues as well as doggy dementia. Needless to say, we get nervous about leaving her. Luckily, Leah was fantastic with her over the five days she watched her. She also took wonderful care of our house. Honey is looking forward to seeing Leah again soon :)

When Leah came for the meet and greet, I had a good sense that my precious Luna would be in good hands. Leah stayed at my home for three and a half days while I was out of town in Seattle. She provided excellent care for my playful, high-energy Luna. Leah followed Luna’s care and feeding routine to the letter and sent me daily photos and video clips of them playing fetch and enjoying plenty of quality time together. Leah also went above and beyond by watering both my indoor and outdoor plants and bringing in the daily mail. Coming home to a spotless house, freshly washed sheets, and a calm, happy pup was such a wonderful feeling and made my return a real joy. I would wholeheartedly recommend Leah and will absolutely reach out to her the next time I travel.

Hoss is amazing!!! They were available on unreasonably short notice when the original sitter I had booked randomly disappeared. Our dogs were obsessed with Hoss from the first moment, and I have no doubt our precious ones felt safe and cared for the entire time. On top of looking after two finicky pups (one is elderly and requires medication, one is shy and stubborn, and they are both bratty), they took great care of our home and made sure to send us updates, even going out of their way to hand feed our little girl her kibbles when she went on hunger strike because of our absence. Hoss is attentive and understanding, a true animal lover. And to top it all off they have a great personality, radiating kindness and fun energy. We would be lucky to have them sit for us again. 10/10 highly recommend.

Seven took great care of my two Siberian Huskies and my home. From the moment I met Seven he was very kind and laughed easily, so I felt very comfortable leaving my pups and home in his care while I went on a Valentines gettaway with my family. He was very patient when I was still packing after he arrived. He took my dogs for walks, one at a time, even when it was raining. My home was clean when I got home and the dishwasher was emptied. I loved the pics he sent too! One of my dogs usually howls a lot when I let them in from outside, but he was pretty quiet. Which let me know he was content and had spent time with Seven. Thank you very much!! I would hire Seven again, and recommend him. He's a wonderful pet sitter!

About: A little about me: I’ve had a dog by my side every day since I was six years old — dogs are an integral part of my life, not just something I do on the side. Over the years I’ve cared for dogs of every size, age, and temperament, from tiny lap dogs to a 90-pound Labrador, and from bouncy puppies to dogs in their older years. Experience: My deepest experience is with senior and special-needs dogs. My Labrador had a series of health challenges, including three separate leg surgeries. I nursed him through every recovery, which meant walking him with a support sling until he was back on his feet. When he was later diagnosed with cancer, I cared for him through hospice at home — giving his daily medications and keeping him comfortable and loved right to the end. So if your older dog needs medication, a little mobility help, or just extra patience and gentleness, that’s something I genuinely know how to do. I’m just as comfortable with high-energy dogs. That same Labrador was a handful in his younger years, so I know what it takes to keep a strong, active dog happy and well-exercised. I also love puppies and understand the patience and consistency they need. I’m happy to walk more than one dog at a time, and I have experience with leash-reactive dogs — I know how to keep walks calm, controlled, and low-stress for a dog who needs a little extra management. Right now I share my home with two girls — a 15-year-old Chihuahua mix and a 2-year-old Cairn Terrier — so both ends of the age spectrum are part of my daily routine. Before them I’ve cared for several terriers and a Border Collie mix, among others. I walk my own dogs every single day and I’ll keep yours on a good routine too. I’ve also dog-sat for family and friends who were thrilled with the care I provided — beyond looking after their dogs, I kept their homes tidy, watered plants, and brought in mail, treating each home with the same respect I’d give my own. Services: I offer dog walking, drop-in visits, and overnight house sitting: • Dog walking — I keep dogs safely leashed and give them a proper outing with a good sniff, steady exercise, and a potty break, adjusting the length and pace sensibly for the weather. • Drop-in visits — I come to your home to feed, refresh water, handle potty breaks, play, and give plenty of affection, plus tidy up any little messes before I head out. • House sitting — I stay overnight in your home and keep your dog’s whole world running on schedule (feeding, walks, medication, playtime, and steady company) while also looking after your place by keeping it tidy, bringing in the mail, and watering plants. Availability: I work from home and set my own hours, so I’m around for your dog far more than the average sitter — and I can be flexible to fit your schedule. Pet care is the center of my day, not an afterthought, which means real time and attention whether it’s a midday walk, an unhurried drop-in, or being present in your home throughout the day on an overnight stay. The only exception is the occasional family commitment, which I always know about well in advance, so I can be upfront about my availability every single time. Peace of mind: Your dog’s safety and happiness are my top priorities. I’m always happy to send photo and video updates so you can see your pup having a good time, and I’ll check in as often as you’d like while you’re away. And should anything ever go wrong, I’m able to drive your dog to the vet in an emergency — so you can travel with real peace of mind. Pet care is the center of my daily routine. I work from home, my schedule is very open and flexible, so I can build my day around your dog's needs rather than squeezing them in. The only exception is the occasional family commitment I schedule around, and because those are always planned well in advance, I'll always know my availability far ahead of time and can be upfront with you about it. To give you a sense of how I run a day: my own dogs eat at 8am and 6pm, get a 20–40 minute walk in the evening, and I stay attentive throughout the day to when they need to go out. My younger dog gets dedicated playtime with her toys, and my senior girl gets her medication right on schedule every other day. I keep that same consistency and attention for any dog in my care — sticking to your dog's normal feeding, walking, medication, and potty routine so their world stays steady while you're away. When I care for your dog in your home, safety comes first. I keep all doors and gates closed and latched, and I'm constantly aware of where your dog is — especially any time I'm heading in or out, so there's no chance of an escape. I follow whatever house rules and routines you set. I also treat your home with the same respect I give my own. When I dog-sat for family and friends, I kept their house tidy, watered their plants, and brought in mail while they were away. I will leave your home just as you left it, keep you updated with photos while you're gone, and communicate quickly about anything that comes up. My goal is for you to come home to a happy, well-cared-for dog and a house in good order.

He is super positive and accommodating - he even shoveled my sidewalk after a snowfall! And he was flexible when I had unexpected travel delays to make sure my dog wasn’t left alone! Really happy to have found Marty!

About: I’ve worked with and lived around dogs nearly my whole life. I’ve helped my grandpa with his dog grooming shop over the summers and cared for family dogs including things like walking, training, grooming, and feeding when necessary. I work a part time job that can get quite busy sometimes, but no stress! your pet will always come first to an extra double shift. My schedule comes out weekly, so some things may change from time to time but it is a priority to not let that get in the way of any pet care. I am open on the weekends during the afternoon, easy for drop-ins or quick walks! I have a nice big fenced backyard, perfect for any dog not big on walks or dog parks. I have two dogs, one big, one little. the little is amazing company and goes along with whatever the vibe is. She could be a great buddy for your pup to go on a play date with! The big one may be a bit reactive at first, no aggression just barking and anxiety that usually goes away after a while, but she usually prefers to be alone. Because of this I am looking for jobs other than boarding for the most part. I have a small crate in my car for safe travel with little dogs, so driving around or going out to a specific location for a field trip is an option for puppies and small breeds!

I have a nervous siamese rescue (a famously dependent and anxious breed) so hates when I travel, so I was incredibly nervous to leave home for ten days. Carolina was brilliant - sending updates daily, spending time with each of my cats and learning their personalities, and treating my home like her own. I came home to a happy and calm siamese (which is basically unheard of!) Your babies will be in great hands!

About: Personally trained and cared for 30+ dogs. Proud owner of a German Shepherd named Blitzen and I've cared for multiple pets at the same time over the years. I firmly believe exercise is necessary for happy owners and pets alike. Leadership never turns off. I live off a simple and disciplined schedule. I'm almost always up before 05:00 with the exception of weekends and the first things I do as part of my morning routine is let the dogs out, meditate, and then take my dog Blitzen for a run. I have a large backyard that is enclosed by walls. Every pup I house I exercise, as it's important for their mental health (and mine), and it helps them acclimate to a new environment. I've trained multiple dogs and I'm adapted to recognizing and preventing unwanted fights and scenarios of that nature. I care for all pets in the same manner and typically follow leadership strategies recommended by Cesar Milan & Don Sullivan such as implementing rules, boundaries, and limitations as well as showing affection at the appropriate time so as not to encourage nervous and aggressive energy. Dogs have been a large part of my well-being and happiness and I understand that they have specific needs as well. Leadership to me entails leading my own life and practicing personal integrity. Every pup I've met or trained offers new opportunities for patience and learning and I'm happy to accept that challenge.

Skyler is so caring and awesome! I contacted Skyler with limited notice for a last minute trip. She came over the same day for a meet and greet. She wasn’t put off by my barky dog. Throughout the short day Skyler kept me updated and sent me pictures of my dog. When my dog unexpectedly got scared of intense thunder, Skyler reached out to see if there was a thing she could do to comfort her. Skyler is super caring and communicative! Will be booking with her in the future! 💗✨

My animals are my life. Leaving them in the care of someone else is never something I take lightly. When my sister was unable to house/pet sit while I was gone I was extremely nervous. But scrolling through Rover I found Paloma who I had actually met a while back. I reached out and she said she’d be happy to do it and I felt immediately at ease. More at ease than when my sister watches my pets lol. She definitely took great care of my animals and house while we were gone. She sent pictures and updates, she followed instructions. I really felt like she took care of them like they were her own. She even watered my tiny pumpkin patch for me. I arrived back home to happy cared for pets. Thank you Paloma!!!
