About: Before college, I was the primary caregiver for my family’s dog, Max—handling everything from daily walks and feeding to bathing, training, and playtime tailored to his pace and personality. That hands-on experience taught me how to read a dog’s needs and build trust through consistency and care. I’ve also cared for multiple pets through prior sitting experiences, including three dogs of different sizes and three cats, so I’m comfortable adapting to a variety of temperaments, routines, and energy levels. While in college, I’ve continued growing my experience by volunteering with a local shelter’s Doggy Day Out program, taking dogs on walks, hikes, and special outings to give them enrichment and a break from the shelter environment. These experiences have strengthened my ability to care for pets with patience, attentiveness, and genuine enthusiasm. I am currently a student at UNM and working part time, so my evenings are relatively free during the week. Friday afternoons - Sunday mornings are the best time for me to hangout with your pet and care for them full time. Your pet’s happiness, safety, and comfort will always be my top priority. I’ll make sure they get plenty of exercise, affection, and attention—whether that means long walks, playtime, or just lots of love and cuddles. If you choose house sitting, your pet won’t just be cared for—they’ll have a constant companion who keeps their routine consistent and stress-free. I also love taking pets on little adventures, like trips to nearby parks, to keep them engaged and happy. About: I’ve house sited for friends and neighbors pets. I love all animals since I was little and I know it gets hard when people are busy to care for pets and I would love to help I’m currently working full time but I’m off on weekends and can even fit time to visit after work hours if needed. I have a pretty flexible schedule so anything that works around your schedule as well I will always provide a safe environment for all animals. I’m comfortable with drop-in visits, walks, feeding routines, playtime, and overnight care, and I always focus on keeping each dog safe while maintaining the routine they’re used to at home. I enjoy getting to know each dog’s unique personality and making sure they feel comfortable while their family is away. Pet care is my full-time focus, which allows me to provide flexible availability for my clients. My schedule is built around the pets in my care, and I carefully plan each day to ensure every visit receives the time and attention it deserves. Whether it’s morning, midday, evening, or weekend care, I strive to provide reliable, consistent service while maintaining each pet’s normal routine. My priority is always making pets feel safe, comfortable, and cared for in their own environment. I carefully follow each owner’s instructions regarding feeding, medications, exercise, and household routines, and I pay close attention to any changes in behavior or health. I make sure doors, gates, and leashes are secure, clean up after pets, and leave clients’ homes as I found them. I also provide regular photo updates and communication so owners have peace of mind while they’re away. My goal is to treat every pet with patience, compassion, and the same level of care I would want for my own. To ensure the safety of both pets and myself, I require a meet and greet before accepting new clients and may decline bookings if I don’t feel I’m the right fit for a pet’s specific behavioral needs.

About: Hi! We’re Kathy and Val. We recently moved to Albuquerque from Santa Fe. We both work from home as contractors and are available for dog boarding and doggie day care at our home. We have 2 dogs, Odin and Brady, who are very friendly. We are very active and enjoy long walks, hikes, etc. We also enjoy cuddling with dogs and sharing lots of love with them. Since we work from home our schedule is flexible. We are available from 7am - 9pm. Daycare (full day) and boarding include a 1-2hr hike, depending on activity level and need of the dog. For boarding the hikes can be as often as every other day depending on their activity level and needs. I currently work from home so caring for my pet and the pets of others is a nice way for me to get off the computer and outside. Your dog will receive play-time, walks, cuddles, and treats (if allowed) from me! I try to stick to their routine/times of going out as much as possible.

About: Mostly I’ve taken care of dogs and cats, including seniors, pups and kittens. I am sensitive to and will want to get them care if an emergency arises. I love to love them all. Presently I am flexible to meet pet parent needs. I do need 1 day notice for planning 🙂 and ensuring I am prepared for your pets. Presently I am able to provides services at your home only ( except for very young puppies and kittens who can stay with me if needed) -in your home I’m most familiar with cats and dogs. I am glad to keep your pets environment fresh during visits including waste clean up, hair brush or deshedding with your tools, refresh food, water bowls as needed. I will have non-toxic cleaners for hard surfaces if needed.
