She came wearing a small bell so that my blind dog would know where she was--so smart and thoughtful! Upon successive drop in visits, she made sure to follow all directions, gave each dog individual attention and belly rubs (which they loved!) and also made sure they had a backyard visit. She sent pictures and notes following each visit. It is very obvious that Heaven has dog experience and takes their care seriously. About: My family has a history of adopting older dogs and rescues with health and behavioral problems, so I have lots of experience with senior dogs and dogs who need extra care and attention. Patricia did an awesome job looking after our dog! She played with him and even came back to check on him again when fireworks were going off in the neighborhood. We really appreciated her attention to detail that our dog was nervous and she took the time to comfort him.
Cassandra came to do a meet before the sit, my dog was acting absolutely out of pocket and wouldnt not calm down for whatever reason. Cassandra stuck by his side and didn't give up. I was worried he was too crazy and that I wouldn't have a sitter but Cass was an absolute superstar and said I could take my trip, and that she'd get him to warm up no matter what. And she did just that, now he loves her, I'm glad she didn't give up or turn him away at first.
Mira did an amazing job taking care of my cat Malcolm while I was away! She is so kind and really cared about Malcolm's routines. She provided detailed and thoughtful updates and photos for each visit. She was able to administer eye drops for my cat which really put my mind at ease! Thank you so much, Mira!
Kathryn was responsive, flexible, and available on short-notice to do drop-in visits for my 2 cats. She was reliable, a great communicator, and happy to give one of my cats extra TLC once he started feeling my absence after about 5 days into a 2-week trip. I'll gladly use her services again and would recommend giving her a try if you need someone who loves cats and really gets them. She also handled their medication, playtime, and daily needs like a pro!
Rita was amazing! I have a diabetic cat, and this was the first time I left her with a sitter. Rita completely put my mind at ease. She sent me twice daily updates and pictures. She was knowledgeable about giving my cat her insulin injections, and she took perfect care of my cat while I was gone. I 100% recommend Rita, and I look forward to booking with her again.
Anika was absolutely wonderful watching my pets while I was away. She took such great care of my two older cats, Khaleesi and Dwight, and also kept up with my younger, very active dog Milo — which is no small task! She was attentive, reliable, communicative, and clearly cared about each of their individual personalities and needs. My older cats were comfortable and relaxed when I returned, and Milo was happy, exercised, and well cared for. It gave me so much peace of mind knowing they were in such good hands.
