Kristen is absolutely exceptional—we wouldn’t trust anyone else with our dogs. From the very first visit, it was clear how naturally she connects with animals. Our dogs adore her, and that peace of mind is everything to us. She goes above and beyond during every drop-in, always sending thoughtful updates and photos so we can see how happy and well cared for they are. It’s obvious she treats them like her own. Kristen is fantastic! She has done drop ins for me several times before and is great with Betty, prompt and very communicative . This was my and Betty’s first time having someone stay overnight with her. Kristen was very patient with Betty who was nervous and shy suddenly about me not being home at all. I highly recommend her and plan on using her services again in the future!
