Pet Sitting & Drop Ins In Laurelwood

About: I've grown up with animals my whole life, regularly assisting my mom with her own pet sitting jobs since I was about 14 years old and receiving my own clients when I became an adult. I have been employed at a local Animal Shelter since 2024, having gained lots of Fear Free handling and medicating experience with both dogs and cats. I also have 3 cats of my own and my roommate has 3 cats as well, with varying personalities/sensitivities. I have full availability on Sunday, Monday, and Wednesday, and work Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday with a set schedule from 8am-6pm. I do get an hour lunch so I can also make a quick visit during that time. I've learned Fear Free handling methods from my workplace, regularly practicing patience and reading a pet's body language to understand when they start to become uncomfortable. I will adjust to your pet's needs to make this time as comfortable as I can.

About: I’ve been trusted to care for elderly dogs that need medication, to the littles still in potty training. I will follow whatever instructions are left to give the best care. Even if your baby needs their food “cooked” on the stove or need to be tucked in for a story. I’ve raised two dogs of my own and one cat, all who love to play. Ex-teacher on summer break so my schedule is open. I will be starting school in the fall so scheduling will change but I can easily be flexible and respond quickly. I can accommodate crating, open, yards, going for walks, etc. I aim to give your pet consistency so they are safe and comfortable when in my care.

“Our cat really seem to enjoy having someone stop in and visit with him while we were out of town with family. Julie was very respectful of our home, always made sure our house was locked/alarmed when she left after the visit and treated our fur baby really well. She's very nice, a good communicator and was accommodating, not that we asked for a lot. She also agreed to water my plants on one of the visits during the week that we were gone. We even got adorable pictures of our cat on our Rover cards during her visits. We had a really reassuring experience having her as our pet sitter. I can take your dog to the park or on a walk during your lunch, or even stay with them during the weekdays. I can carry out any instructions for care that are given. If your dog needs a lot of play and stimulation, I can accommodate! If your animal is low maintenance and prefers to cuddle on the coach, I can bring a book or watch a show.

About: I have been caring for animals since my childhood and have several of my own. I am a veterinary assistant and am comfortable with animals of all ages and sizes, as well as with responsibilities such as administering medication, walks, special diets, etc. I work full time at a veterinary clinic. My work days are Thursday-Sunday 8:30am-5:30pm, and half days on Mondays. I can always check on pets during lunch breaks, and I am available for overnights. I will always work with your pets needs, whether that is a walking schedule, medications, or other routines that are essential for their well being.

About: I have two dogs that absolutely adores me. Have a great rapore with dogs, they search me out in public. I am patient and loving and am known as the "puperoni lady". I have a doggie door and good sized yard. Play time is essential. I have had dogs all my life. I love giving attention and don't mind if they like being on the furniture or bed. My husband is also an animal lover. We always socialize our babies with travels and they are well behaved. We bath our dogs every two weeks. I look forward to meeting with you and your fur baby and will treat them as my own fur baby. I spend lots of time playing and interacting with my babies, talking with them and they vocalize excitement. They are well socialized as we take them everywhere. Dogs are allowed on furnitue and on the bed with us. We have lots of dog beds and toys for your babies to play with. Unfortunately, during a meet and greet, my Duchess suffered a brutal unprovoked attack from a "friendly" pitbull so I choose not to accept bullie breeds. I am retired, so home most of the time. Lots of toys and things to keep them busy. Play outside with babies. Large back yard. I have a fenced back yard and one friendly pup, recently lost our Scooter to the Rainbow Bridge. Grass and trees for shade. Would prefer having dogs in my home, instead of yours.
