About: I grew up with pets galore, from cats to dogs to gerbils to chinchillas to turtles and fish! I grew up in Utah and just moved to Salt Lake, I’m looking for some furry friends to come on walks with me! I can’t wait to meet them and love them! I am free for walks or check-ins early mornings from 6:45-7:45AM, during lunch time every day but Tues/Wed, and all evenings after 5PM! Saturday’s and Sundays are usually wide open! I prefer to watch pets in your home, as I’m in an apartment with no yard. Happy to do pop ins to feed them, let them out, and go on walks!
“Suzanna was an exceptional sitter for Ninja! Kind, caring, and attentive. She took care of my cat exactly as I'd asked, and then some. She was extremely responsive, and went out of her way to provide updates throughout the stay. She was extremely respectful of my home, and left it in a far better condition than she had received. She will be my immediate choice for any pet needs going forward.”

“This review is for an overnight stay. This is the second time Elena watched my pup overnight. I am so thankful for her updates and communication. I am at ease leaving my elderly chihuahua with Elena. Thanks again for being awesome!”

“Zoe was prompt, communicative, respectful, and an all around great caretaker of our fur babies and our home - we definitely hope to get Zoe’s help again the next time we travel!”

“Landon is a fantastic pet sitter. He came a day early for a meet and great and it was clear how seriously he takes the job. He asked a lot of important questions and listened very carefully to my instructions. He showed up right on time early in the morning, which I really appreciated. He will by my first choice for pet sitters going forward--definitely book him if he is free!”

“Emily is fantastic. She made sure all of Kodas needs were met while watching her, including taking her for hikes and trips to the dog park! It’s always reassuring knowing Koda is having fun and getting exercise when I have to travel for work. Emily was easy to communicate with and left the house very tidy. I’ll definitely be utilizing Emily’s services again.”

“Annie was such a sweetheart and so loving and understanding for our pup! He doesn’t get to experience new people too frequently and loved Annie from the jump. We would absolutely recommend her to other dog owners!”

“This was our first time using an in home dog sitter and Lauren knocked it out of the park. We have a very hyper basset and a very old coonhound so it’s a lot to handle and she did so amazing. 10/10 would recommend.”

About: I am a lover of cats and dogs. I've watched family pets in our home and they are always welcome on the couches! I am a pet cuddler and not afraid of a little fur or dirt either. I work the usual 8-5, and can check on your pet before and after work. I am available weekends as well if needed. No task is too small when it comes to our fur babies. I have no issues with taking your dog for long walks even if the weather is bad. And yes I can clean up "messes" if needed.
Sugar House pet parents share their Rover experiences
Melanie is amazing! She cared for our high-energy lab as if he was her own. He got off leash walks & swims every day, snuggles, and great care. She even washed the sheets & towels she used! Amazing. Her communication & pictures are top tear. We recommend her to everyone we know.

Micheline looked after Sprite in our home for two weeks. She sent us pictures daily of Sprite, took her for walks, and communicated with us as needed to coordinate things related to Sprite and the house. I will definitely ask her to come back when next we need a sitter for Sprite.

Catrine “Cat” was everything I could have asked for. My regular sitter cancelled a month before my vacation and I found Cat on here. We did a meet and greet and my boys were comfortable with her, which isn’t always the case. They can be selective. Leading up to the booking Cat reached out to offer to come over the morning before I left to make sure she had all the information she needed, which I appreciated. While away she kept in daily contact with text and pictures assuring me the boys were safe, well taken care of and having a great time. She was concerned my one dog was looking a bit skinny because I had changed his food and asked if take could feed him more, for her to notice and ask was a great feeling knowing she was paying attention to them. My other boys takes medication and she had no problem giving him his “pill pocket” twice a day. My dogs have a walker and she texted me commenting on how happy the boys seemed to be with Cat. She was respectful of my home and it was neat and tidy and the bed sheets and towels were washed and folded, above and beyond. If you want to leave your animals in caring, loving hands then Cat is your person. She will definitely be my go to for future sitting during my vacations.
