About: I have 2 active Australian shepherds that I care for. They go to the park twice a day! Both are very hyper so I always make sure to give them multiple walks as well as park time. I feed my dogs on a set schedule around 5-6pm with one large meal as well as a lighter meal in the morning. My dogs are always up to date with checkups and shots! I don’t play favorites and will divvy up play time equally. I owned multiple cats growing up as a kid as well as a Jack Russell Terrier during high school. I also have experience caring for exotic pets, such as rabbits/bunnies and have owned 2 previously. I work from home full time so I am able to care for multiple pets. I have a flexible schedule that allows me to walk my dogs multiple times per day and usually 2 long walks at the dog park. I wake up around 6am to walk them then work between 9-5pm. In between those hours I take my dogs out for a walk or two as well as entertain them on my breaks. We have plenty of dog toys available for them to entertain themselves. I allow my dogs to free roam the house because they’ve earned that privilege but crate time every now and then is also utilized. I also run a lot with my dogs, so if your dog enjoys runs I am happy to do that as well. I keep my dogs upstairs with me while I work or sometimes leave them downstairs where they nap on the couch and relax. I like to give my dogs dedicated decompression time in their crates after play time or during dinner. I have a fully fenced yard will plenty of space for your pets to roam. I will always treat your pet as if it were my own. Trust is not built in one day, but it can be lost instantly!
About: Home boarding that feels like hanging at a friend’s house. I’m a laid-back Husky owner on Rover. My huskies are social and low-drama, and usually happy to share the yard and couch with new pals. I work from home, so boarding fits the week instead of fighting it. Flexible drop-offs most days, and your dog gets real company while I’m around. Not left alone for long stretches. Happy to align on timing and the care they need for the stay. Boarding is at my house. Fully fenced backyard for roam and play, quiet dog-friendly neighborhood, and my huskies for company when your dog wants a buddy. Indoors they’re part of the household. Calm house, supervised time, and I’m home most of the day.
About: I am a retired dog groomer, but I do work full time during the week. I can do weekend and holiday care for your fur baby. I will give your dog the love and attention it requires. Whether that be daily trips to the dog park, hikes, or just snuggles in bed. I do ask that all dogs are house trained, but would be willing to take on a puppy if it is the right fit. Although I don’t have a fenced in yard, I live in a very dog friendly community and would also be taking any high energy dogs to the park daily or more if needed. On top of the play they would receive, your dog will be loved and “spoiled” like my own. I want your dog to be excited about their stay with me so that it makes being away from mom and dad that much easier. In addition to the love and play time your pup would receive, I am willing to send your dog home freshly bathed or fully groomed for an additional fee.

About: Dogs are some of my favorite things in the whole world. I’ve been caring for them since I was 12, helping friends and family with walks and overnight sitting. Jenna was such a good choice for doggy day care! She was willing to watch my doggo the next day and was very communicative. Jenna responded to messages promptly and sent updates throughout the day as to how my pup was doing. Jenna sent pictures and videos of my pup having a blast with her, they even took a trip to the dog park together! My doggo came home exhausted from all the fun she had and was excited to go back again the next day. You can tell that Jenna makes sure that the dogs are well cared for when they are with her and that she treats the dogs she watches like her own!
Maddy and Jake are wonderful and have a very dog-friendly yard and home. They understand my pup is a counter-surfer and escape artist, so they keep temptations out of his reach and are careful with him around open doors. They are also very thoughtful about doggie intros and letting me know if there's gonna be another pup in the mix.
Keslee did a great job with my two springers at short notice. We had been driving for two days and so it was good for them to get out and play with someone new and other pups. She was very responsive and took good care of them, and they were nicely tired when I came to pick them up. Her house and location are beautiful and it's a quiet safe neighborhood.
Kerri is amazing! She has cared for my dogs for over 3 years. Kerri and Beth provided excellent care for my blind elderly dog at the end of his life. Now they provide excellent care for my dog with a seizure disorder. I know he will receive his medications on time, walks, snuggles and zen naps while with them. My dog is always excited when I drop him off to spend time with them!
Holly did a wonderful job watching our girl, Izzy, while we attended the Pro Women’s Softball game in Salt Lake City. This was the very first time we had ever left Izzy with someone we didn’t know, so we were naturally a little nervous. Holly was patient and understanding with Izzy, especially when she was hesitant to leave on the group walk because she was looking for us where we had dropped her off. Holly took her on a walk with about five other dogs, and Izzy did well! It was reassuring to hear that she settled in and handled the experience so nicely. We really appreciated Holly’s communication and the care she gave Izzy. Knowing our pup was safe, exercised, and in good hands allowed us to relax and enjoy the game. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Holly to anyone looking for a caring and trustworthy dog sitter, and we’d be happy to have Izzy stay with her again!
Dona took amazing care of my puppy! I was really nervous about leaving him in someone else’s care, but she immediately put my mind at ease. Toby is a Pitbull/Australian Cattle Dog mix and is very high energy. Dona did a fantastic job making sure he got plenty of exercise with daily walks and lots of fetch—his absolute favorite activity. She also sent adorable pictures and kept me updated throughout the day, which I really appreciated. It was obvious that she was patient, attentive, and genuinely cared about Toby. When I picked Toby up, Dona gave me a detailed summary of his day and even shared some of the little quirks she had noticed about him and how she adjusted to them. It was clear that she took the time to really get to know Toby and cared for him as if he were her own. I would absolutely trust Dona with Toby again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring and attentive sitter!
Such a great experience. Our 5 month old lab puppy had the time of his life. Deb was wonderful and responded right away, sent some fun updates, and is very knowledgeable. We are from out of town but next time we are in Salt Lake we will definitely be requesting Deb.
