About: I adore dogs! Tilly (my dog) and I would love to give your pup one-on-one attention while you're away. For as long as I can remember, animals have been part of my life — my childhood dogs were a Great Dane and a Mastiff, so I'm just as comfortable with larger breeds as I am with smaller ones. I've had dogs my whole life and have been babysitting dogs for 15 years. I know how important it is to dogs and their owners to have attentive and consistent companionship, not just a quick check-in. I can provide the calm, steady environment that suits easygoing dogs best — plenty of cuddles, a relaxed pace, and someone paying attention to their needs all day long. We'll also get out for regular walks to keep them happy and active. I'm a neuroscience researcher and work from home most days. I'll be home all day during your booking, so your pup is never left alone or wondering when you're coming back. If your dog would thrive with a in a calm environment with a devoted human and amiable doggy companion, Tilly and I would love to host your pup! I work full-time, but will be working from home all day when I am babysitting your pup! My dog and I go for frequent little walks throughout the day to enjoy the adorable neighborhood! My apartment is a good size for all breeds, but is most comfortable for less energetic pups. I have an unfenced yard, so no time off-leash during bathroom breaks, unfortunately. My neighborhood is extremely dog friendly, so walks to stretch our legs throughout the day!

About: I have had pets in my home for my entire life. I have volunteered in animal shelters since 2019 and currently do regular shifts at a local shelter, where I walk dogs (I am trained to the most advanced level, meaning I can interact with and walk dogs who are still working on their social skills and interactions), take dogs and cats on local news shows to encourage adoption, foster dogs in my own home, and take part in educational opportunities to continually advance my animal care and advocacy abilities. My full-time job is remote and has a flexible schedule, so I can hang out with pets for much of the day and take breaks for outside time, playtime, appointments, and so on. I also teach a handful of yoga classes every week, usually in the late mornings, but the times vary from week to week. I am happy to give your pet what they need, whether that's scritichies, playtime, walks, gentle time sitting around, medicine, and so on. Whatever it is, I will be patient with them and their needs.

Whether your dog loves walks, backyard playtime, or simply relaxing indoors, I’ll make sure they feel happy, secure, and right at home. • I’m available for boarding seven days a week. • I’m self-employed, so I’m home most of the day and typically only out for a few hours at a time. • As an empty nester, my home is quiet with no young children, allowing me to provide plenty of attention and supervision for your pet. • I have a fully fenced yard with a doggy door and share my home with my two friendly resident dogs, Jasper (Pomchi) and Buster (young Corgi), along with my cat, GG. • Both of my dogs are friendly and well-socialized, and GG generally prefers to keep to himself. • I carefully supervise introductions and can keep pets separated using gates and crates if needed, so every pet feels comfortable and safe. • I only accept one family’s dog(s) at a time. “Tracey is awesome! We rescued a sweet and shy girl last year. When we reached out to Tracey, she was very patient and understanding. During the meet-and-greet, she and her pack warmly welcomed our shy girl and Tracey gave us a tour of her house and yard. By the end of the meet-and-greet, our girl was trying to play with all of the dogs which was a great sign. When it came to the first dog sitting day, Tracey sent pictures and updates on a regular basis. We were very assured that our girl was in great hands. When we picked her up the next day, Tracey said that she played a lot with her pack, so she was very tired the rest of the evening, which is super awesome for us! Hopefully, with time, our shy girl will eagerly anticipate going to Tracey's. I highly recommend Tracey as a dog sitter.
