I’ve grown up with all sorts of animals: dogs, cats, birds, guinea pigs, you name it. I have a soft spot for dogs of all breeds and believe great relationships with dogs, as all animals, are based on trust. I have a fenced in backyard with plenty of space for dogs to run and explore. I also work from home full time (M-F) so available to offer snuggles and care curing the workday and anything else your pet may need!

My dog loves spending time at Hilary’s home and playing with her dog Rio. Hilary is also very communicative and friendly. She takes great care of my dog and I highly recommend her!
Hilary & Marcelo were absolutely amazing! My golden retriever puppy is a handful, to say the least. They made sure he was properly loved & exercised with their awesome doggo Rio! These two are friends for life now, I’m sure of it! They have a fully fenced backyard for the pups to play in and brought him to the park to play as well. Just what a 1 year old golden needs! I had zero stress knowing my Sunny was in great hands. Wouldn’t hesitate at all to use them again- pretty sure Sunny is trying to plan my next trip for me already 😂
They were amazing. Took us on a tour of their backyard and their house.Took lots of pictures. My girls had so much fun playing there with their furry baby. Will definitely book with them again. Thank you so much for taking such good care of them.
Schnitzel had an incredible time today hanging out with Hilary, Marcelo, and Rio! We’re so glad they were able to take him for doggy daycare and would definitely book again.
Our dog Ira loved spending the day at Hillary’s house. When I dropped of Ira, I could tell the she was attentive to his needs and her dog interacted well with him (even though he is much smaller). I will certainly use Hillary again for dog sitting!
Hilary watched our beagle and he absolutely loved her! We felt at ease knowing she is watching our dog as she is responsive, organized, gentle and careful. She keeps us updated with lots of pictures. Could not recommend her more!

Schedule
As a full time remote worker, I’m available to be with your fur baby from Monday through Friday or during the weekend. I wake up at about 7:30 am and take my dog out for a walk and feed him. My husband and I both love animals and have a dog of our own, Rio, who is super friendly and gets along well with other dogs. Rio is high energy and wants to play with other dogs, but he takes hints if the other dog doesn’t want to play. He’s well socialized.

Safety, trust & environment
Each time I meet a new dog, I brief myself on their care profile and will ask you questions about their behavior to ensure I have a good understanding of their temperament and needs. When dogs stay at our home, they will have a calm and safe environment to stay. Depending on the dogs energy level, we may go play in our backyard or play tug in the house. For very high energy dogs, we’ll take them to a fenced in grassy area near our house and run them out! I am happy to administer oral medication if needed or crate your dog if he’s more comfortable that way. I will never crate your dog without your express request. (We don’t own a dog crate.) Please let me know ahead of time if your dog has any special needs like separation anxiety, reactivity to toys or food, etc.

A typical day
We will play different games with ball, or tug rope, walks outside and playtime in the full fenced in backyard! I also have a set of doggy puzzles that are always a hit.
