About: I’ve grown up with pets my entire life. My family has cared for many breeds of dogs including a Rottweiler, Great Dane, German Shepherd, Yorkie, and Chihuahua. I am the first person my friends and family come to when their pets need care. I have several years of experience walking, feeding, and giving pets lots of love and attention. About: Hello!! I've had my own cat since 2017 and am an avid stray feeder (and occasional trapper). I also volunteer at Kitty Queen Cat Rescue at least 2 days a week, usually doing morning cat care (but sometimes you can find me there during open hours). I feed all of the cats, replace water, scoop litter boxes, clean up whatever I might find, and give medication when needed. I encounter all different types of personalities and customize my approach to each one. I've been volunteering there since October 2025. I've also been pet sitting personally to friends since I was a teenager. I thoroughly enjoy taking care of animals and building trust with them, especially the shy ones. Truly nothing makes me happier than scooping 20 litter boxes with cats all around me. I also regularly take care of my friend's dog who is a spunky and reactive, but very sweet, terrier mix. I have a lot of anxiety when it comes to my own cat, so I will understand if you need consistent pictures or a FaceTime call to calm your nerves! I once drove home in a blizzard because I couldn't see my cat on my cameras (she was completely fine). I'm also working on getting my Fear Free Pet Sitter Certification as I believe in preventing as much fear, anxiety, and stress as possible in all pets. About: I have taken care of neighbors’, family’s, and friend’s dogs plenty of times before, from small to big dogs. I am very attentive to detail, so I will be able to care for your dog’s individual needs. Most recently, I have cared for a miniature schnauzer puppy, a black lab puppy, and two mid-aged mixed breed dogs. I have additional experience with doodles, king cavalier spaniels, dauschunds, pitbulls, and pugs. I am currently studying to take my physical therapy board examination so I will my schedule is flexible. I am not working at the moment, but hope to get a full-time job after taking my examination at the end of July. A part-time job may be added in the near future. I am willing to feed them, walk them, play with them, let them out to the bathroom, and clean up after them. Whatever they need, I will willingly provide for them. I can easily crate your dog if needed and spent my last semester away at college lifting a lot at the gym, so there need be no worries of the dog walking itself. I enjoy being outdoors when the weather is nice, so if that’s something your pet also enjoys, I am glad to spend time outdoors with them. If they are more the indoor, cuddly type, I am to accompany them in that as well.
About: Before Rover I didn’t have much experience with dogs if I’m being honest. The only experience I had prior with a dog was a baby pitbull and that was for about a year. That being said, despite the lack of experience I had, I have gained more experience from caring for dogs on Rover. My love for animals in general is why I am open to continue learning. I will still provide the same love, care and affection for a dog as I would a cat. My daily and weekly routine is very open for pet care. About: I grew up with both cats and dogs in a single parent household, so I did a lot of the work to take care of them and train them. Most recently, I helped raise a golden retriever, who is now one hundred and ten pounds of pure love. I find myself gravitating towards animals more than people at times and no matter where I am, if there is an animal around, we always seem to find our way to one another. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
