About: Hi! I’m Eliza, I recently finished grad school at VCU and am doing some freelance creative work currently, so I have a very flexible and available schedule to help with your pets! I've loved animals my whole life and have grown up with dogs. When I was younger, I helped raise and train one of our dogs from puppyhood, where I learned how to care for a dog's daily needs. Four years ago, I adopted my first cat, and caring for her has given me plenty of experience with feline care as well. Whether it's walking dogs, dropping in for feedings, playing with energetic pets, scooping litter and refreshing water, or just keeping pets company, I'll care for your animals as if they were my own. I know every pet has their own personality and routine, and I'm happy to adapt to whatever helps them feel comfortable and cared for. I am post grad school and currently doing freelance work from home, so my schedule is pretty flexible! I am very free in the afternoons typically. I will take extreme care in caution when in people’s homes. As someone who has used this as well for my own cat, I understand the fear with letting people in your home. I can assure you I will treat your home with the same respect I would want my own.

About: I've cared for pets of neighbors and friends since middle school, co-parent another cat with my college roommates, and I've taken care of my own two Labradors and cat since I was nine years old! My own dogs are quite old, so I am also familiar with caring for older animals. As a student at the University of Virginia I have large gaps of time between classes to fill with caring for your pets! During the Summer I am available after 12pm and for overnight house-sitting/pet-sitting. During the school year (beginning August 25th) I am available after 3pm Monday, Tuesday, and Friday, and after 11am Thursday. I do not have availability on Wednesday during the academic year however I am available for overnight sitting during the academic year. I have lots of experience caring for both outgoing and anxious pets as well as puppies and elderly animals. I want to make sure that your pet is comfortable around me!

About: Growing up with cats, dogs, and rabbits I have years of experience, caring for my pets and those around me. Whether you have a feisty cat or an energetic puppy, I am able to match the energy levels that your pet needs. I’m unfortunately traveling too often for me to have my own pet and would love to care for yours when I am in town. I work a hybrid 9 to 5 and if given enough notice can work hybrid days with your pet at your home or simply just do a drop in. Live updates, pictures, and videos, and following your instructions to a T. Your pet safety is incredibly important to me and understanding their comfort cues is something I prioritize.

About: I love dogs as I’ve had many throughout my childhood and adulthood. My family has always been a big pet family and so I completely understand the love and attention pets need and deserve. After all, they are an important part of our lives! I am currently a student on summer break, so my schedule is quite open and free at the moment. This allows me to be flexible with fitting pet care into my daily schedule. I can work around your schedule! In my house, I help with feeding, walking, playing, and overall petting and loving on our dog. I love to walk my dog at home and play with her using her favorite toys. I can bring these skills to help care for your pet as well.
