About: I love dogs and came across this site and thought how it would be nice to have guests in my home. I have a decent sized back yard and there is a walking trail I could walk a pup or two along. I would do my best to keep your dog comfortable in my home. I have four kids in my home that have so much love for animals. Hope to hear from you soon! There are pets in the home but I do not keep in the same spaces at any time regardless if friendly or not. It’s more for the comfort of a new space for your pet and for yours as an owner. I do work a lot. However Thursday thru Sunday’s I am home full time during the day. Monday thru weds I work regular business hours and also have a crew at home willing to live up and care for our guest. We would regulate one room to your pet but it’s with us. Our family room where your pet will never be alone. Always someone watching tv, relaxing, or even sleeping in.

About: Dogs, cats, you name it - I love ‘em. As an animal lover and owner myself, I also have years of experience working in animal rescues caring for stray cats and dogs. This has been helpful with learning to be patient and able to adapt to each animals specific needs. However they need me to show up for them, I’m there. They need extensive cuddles? Count me in. They need me to just hangout and watch from a distance? Bummer, but I’ll respect their space. Whatever you need, I got you! 🩷 At the moment, I do work 8am-4pm. I work less than 10 minutes from home so often stop home for lunch. Other than work, I’m often home nightly and spend my nights/weekends relaxing with a book or working on whatever my newest crafting obsession is. I have two cats, Zoe and Ziti. They can be separated in the basement if need be. I offer a large crate if you prefer your dog to be crate trained. We have a large, fully fenced in yard that’s just begging to be a dogs playground!

About: I’ve cared for dogs with very different personalities and needs, including my senior dog Lilo, who I recently cared for through her later years, and my current dog Penny, who is naturally nervous and needs patience, reassurance, and a calm environment. Caring for Lilo taught me how important it is to be attentive to a senior dog’s comfort, routine, energy level, and changing needs. With Penny, I’ve learned how to give a nervous dog space, build trust gradually, and pay attention to subtle changes in behavior and body language. My schedule is flexible, which allows me to dedicate plenty of time and attention to pet care. I’m available for walks, drop-in visits, and house sitting depending on my weekly schedule, and I’m able to coordinate bookings in advance so I can give each pet the time and attention they deserve. I provide care in the Bolingbrook and Bellwood areas, and I plan my bookings around where I’m located so I can be reliable and punctual. I’m intentional about not overbooking myself, so when I accept a booking, I can give your pet my full attention and follow their routine closely. Safety and trust are my top priorities when caring for a pet. I take the time to understand each pet’s routine, temperament, boundaries, and specific care instructions before the booking begins. In a client’s home, I treat their space with the same respect I would want someone to show my own home. I make sure doors, gates, and leashes are secure, keep pets away from anything they shouldn’t access, and leave the home clean and organized. I’m especially mindful of nervous or anxious dogs and create a calm environment where they can become comfortable at their own pace. I never force interaction and always pay attention to a pet’s body language. I’ll follow feeding, walking, medication, and other care instructions exactly as provided, and I’ll communicate with you if I notice anything unusual about your pet. I also provide regular updates and photos so you can have peace of mind while you’re away.

About: I’ve often been told I’m a bit of a “dog whisperer” because pups seem to gravitate toward me, and I think it’s because they can sense my genuine love for animals. I’ve been a dog lover since childhood, growing up with 4 family dogs, and that passion has only grown over the years. I recently cared for my own senior pomeranian, who lived to 18, so I understand the patience, gentleness, and extra attention that senior pups need. On the other end of the spectrum, I know the energy and consistency it takes to care for playful puppies. Right now, I share my home with two spoiled rescue dogs, Chico (chihuahua) and Squeaks (tripod Pomeranian) who remind me daily how much joy and comfort pets bring into our lives and family. I have taught my dogs how to sit, stay, down, shake, come, and spin. So maybe I can even teach your dog some new tricks :) I also know how stressful it can be to leave your furry family member at home. My goal is to be their bright spot while you’re away, whether that’s a walk, a potty break, or simply some kisses, belly rubs, and companionship. I’ll treat your dog like one of my own! I currently work from home and have a flexible schedule to fit in drop-ins, potty breaks, quick walks (10-15) min, kisses and belly rubs during the day while you are away! Right now I only offer drop-ins, potty breaks, and quick walks for your furry babies. I do not offer any home services at my personal residence. If any service is requested outside of the normal services offered, I would be happy to help and discuss prior to my drop-in visit.

About: Being a bunny owner, I take a very patient approach towards each animal I am caring for. I prefer to know their habits and quirks before I begin our journey of knowing each other. I pay very close attention to each animals body language and move forwards based on that. Growing up I was extremely obsessed with my families dogs and cats. My first pet was a grey cockatiel bird that I rescued, shortly after I got my first yellow lab. Ever since, I have been very involved in taking care of many of my family or friends pets while they are away. I have taken care of extremely small puppies, fish, birds, bunnies, and cats, to nervous, and anxious big labs ! I heavily enjoy spending time next to a furry creature and I even have a bunny of my own named Diva. She has been a very long lesson in attention to attitude when it comes to handling an animal. I am more than available during the day or night to take care of any animal, I do not have a current job so I am free during awkward hours. I make sure to follow the directions my clients have left for me, I often ask more information on the personality of the animal so I understand our boundaries !
