“My first vacation with my Kitty on her own at home. Brooke put my mind at ease, knowing someone was checking on my baby twice a day freshening her food, water and litter box. I received the perfect amount of texting and photos and Brooke was very receptive if I had questions. I will contact Brooke again to look after my Kitty the next time I travel.”

“Breyana did a great job looking after our fluffy little cat during our long vacation. She was very thorough and gentle. She updated us with everything. She also left our place very clean. Many thanks!”

About: I have pets at for many years. I also worked at a dog kennel so I'm used to all different shapes sizes and breeds. I enjoy training my own dog. I also worked on a farm so I have some farming knowledge as well. I enjoy being an active person and taking pets out. I want pet Care to be able to be my full-time completely integrated daily routine I take care of my own animals but I would like to be able to take care of other people's full time. I do however start my program of study sometime in August. In a client's home I would strive to keep the same schedule for the pets because I'm sure that they are already stressed out when their people leave. This being same food bathroom routine making sure they get playtime attention.

“Bri was great with our senior cat! He is early CKD and she monitored his intake and made sure he got all the snuggles. She stayed in our home and kept the place immaculate as well! We can’t wait to book her again. Thanks for taking care of Spooky! We hope you meet Hazel soon.”

“Isabella and Joseph were absolutely amazing! I was really nervous because it was my first time boarding my cat and my cat Maisie, can be quite the feisty feline at times. However, Isabella and Joseph were so accommodating and kept me informed every single day! I did not even have to ask for updates and would receive daily texts in the morning/midafternoon. When I did reach out, the response time was great and always reassuring. I would 100% recommend booking these two and if I need to use rover again, I will definitely be booking them again.”

About: Hi, my name is Devyn, currently I’m in school to learn to become a dog trainer! I’ve always had dogs with my family and after I became an adult. My current dog is deaf so I am familiar with working with dogs with disabilities. I am also familiar with dog body language from the school I’m going to, this will help me better communicate with your dog. I can’t wait to become great friends with your dogs! Currently I am going to school during the week so I will be able to walk or check in on your dog during the weekends anytime and possibly during the week days in the evening I am willing to work with whatever you are most comfortable with for your dog on walks, whether that is a specific leash, harness or collar. If I am dropping in to check on your dog I will make sure they have plenty of water and take them out to potty. I can also fill any food puzzles or lick mats to keep them from getting bored.

“Kelsey did a great job taking care of our cats while we were out of town. She was very responsive when we updated her with tips and last minute concerns with our cats. She updated us with pictures and made sure each of our cats was doing well while we were away. We will definitely be trusting Kelsey to care for our pets in the future.”

“We loved the daily updates and photos. There was a little hiccup in the beginning with communication but all in all we felt comfortable knowing our kitties were well cared for.”

About: Hi there! I’m Justine — a super friendly, animal-loving pet sitter with 8 years of veterinary assistant experience. 🐾 I am new to Rover. Just moved here to North Carolina recently! I have a deep passion for caring for pets of all shapes, sizes, and ages — from playful puppies to senior companions needing a little extra love. I share my home with 3 dogs and 2 cats of my own, so I truly understand how much your pets mean to you — they’re family, and I’ll treat them like my own. With my vet background, I’m very comfortable giving medications (oral, topical, or injectable), handling special needs pets, and understanding animal behavior. Whether your pet is anxious, high-energy, or shy, I’ll make sure they feel safe and cared for. You can count on me for: ✔️ Reliable, loving care ✔️ A calm, experienced hand for nervous pets ✔️ Updates with photos and messages to give you peace of mind ✔️ Lots of playtime, snuggles, and personalized attention I look forward to meeting your furry family and being someone you can trust again and again! I do currently work full time throughout the week in Huntersville and generally have weekends off. I am off Tuesday’s as well. I am flexible and starting to save for radiology school. When caring for pets in their home, my goal is to keep them feeling safe, loved, and comfortable by maintaining their regular routine as closely as possible. 🦴 For drop-ins, I’ll make sure your pet is fed on schedule, has fresh water, gets a potty break or litter box cleaned, and gets one-on-one attention through play, snuggles, or quiet companionship — whatever they enjoy most. 🐾 For dog walks, I focus on safe, fun, and enriching walks that match your dog’s pace and energy level. I always watch for signs of stress, avoid unsafe areas or encounters, and make sure they come home happy and tired. 🏡 For house sitting, I provide full-time love and supervision, keeping your pet’s day-to-day life as normal as possible — meals, walks, play, medication if needed, and bedtime routines. I also respect and care for your home like it’s my own: clean, secure, and neat when you return. With 8 years of experience as a veterinary assistant, I’m very comfortable with pets of all ages and medical needs, including giving medications and recognizing early signs of illness or stress. I always send regular updates with photos so you can relax knowing your pet is in good hands

“We were very satisfied with Desaree’s service in taking care of our 3 cats while we were away for a few days. She was super reliable and loved on them, and even sent pics. She also did a great job with the cat litter and feeding. We highly recommended her to anyone needing above and beyond attention to their fur babies!”

“Bo is always great with my cat Bean. He is a rescue and can be bitey when stressed, but Bo is able to connect with him and form a bond that he desperately needs when I am away from home for a week or so at a time. Bean is a really social cat, compared to previous cats I've had, and Bo is great at listening to what Bean needs each visit and communicating how he is doing when I check in. Also really great at pictures! It's always great to be able to check in with the photos later when I am 5 hours ahead and missed a check in, to see a silly photo of my cat playing.”

“Courtney is amazing!!! She made me feel so comfortable when I first met her, I just *knew* she was going to take great care of our cats while we were away, and she did!!! She spent quality time with them and always made sure they were fed and watered. The extra pics while I was away was also so reassuring. Highly recommend her!!! Thank you!!!”
