“We absolutely loved Madison's care for our two border collie pups during our trip. She was professional, loving, and went the extra mile to make sure our dogs were happy and well-cared for. We loved the updates and photos she sent, and our pups clearly adored her. Highly recommend Madison for anyone needing a reliable and compassionate dog sitter!”

About: I ahve owned dogs my whole life, they are my companions and best friends! I have trimmed dogs toe nail, love taking them outside for walks, even mile walks if they love it. I enjoy caring for them and giving them extra special attention and making sure they are well taken care of. I am a teacher and will have the end of May til August off so my days and nights are free to pet sit. I take my own dogs for nightly mile walks, but I have plenty of time to take care of your furbaby. When I am teaching, I am available all weekend and after 4pm weekdays. My dogs love to play and go for walks. They get fed twice a day with a bone before bedtime. I would love to walk your dog and provide them with affection and care, so that their needs are met and that you can trust they are in good hands when you can't be there.
About: I have always loved animals but have been caring for my own dogs for the past 10 years and have experience with both puppies and adult dogs. I’ve also helped friends and family with drop-in visits, feeding, walks, and playtime. Dogs have always seemed to warm up to me quickly, and I love getting to know each pet’s unique personality. I’ll care for your pet with the same patience, love, and attention I give my own. I’m currently off for the summer, so my schedule is very open and flexible. I have no upcoming travel or vacations planned, which allows me to fully commit to pet care visits, walks, and overnight care as needed. I’m able to adjust my routine around the needs of each pet to make sure they get consistent attention and care. In a client’s home, I try to keep things as close to your pet’s normal routine as possible so they feel comfortable and at ease. That usually means meals on time, fresh water, potty breaks or walks, playtime, and plenty of attention (and belly rubs if they’re into that). I’m happy to follow any specific instructions and just go at your pet’s pace. My goal is to keep things calm, consistent, and loving so they feel safe while you’re away.
About: I've always been around dogs since I was born. My very first furry BFF was a puppy Rottweiler. Every dog we've added to the family has been a puppy so im very familiar with teaching basic commands and potty training. I also have some experience with rescue dogs. I am currently not working due to having one child not in school yet. My other 3 child are in school during the day and i am available between 9am-2pm whilst they are at school. My daughter and I are looking to find some new pet besties! We love walking our 1 year old dog throughout the day and getting our doggy snuggles in too! We have two 7 year old cats who are pretty relaxed and loving. We love all pets big and small!! We do not have a fenced in backyard so I am taking our dog out multiple times a day and walking her around the yard. I also take her on 2 walks a day. I drop in daily to my moms house to check on her 2 dogs and 1 cat. I lived in Colorado for 22 years so I am adapted too all weather climates. All of my dogs have been crate trained so I am very familiar with getting pets in and out of crates. And also getting them comfortable with adjusting to being in a crate. I strive to have a great and loving relationship with any pet I come in contact with.
About: I’ve cared for dogs of all sizes, ages, and personalities and truly treat every dog like my own. I’m especially comfortable with puppies, high-energy dogs, and those that need structure or boundaries—I’m currently raising a puppy myself, so I understand training, routines, and behavior firsthand. What sets me apart is the environment and attention I provide. I have plenty of space for dogs to safely explore, get their energy out, and decompress—without the chaos of a crowded kennel. I focus on structured care, including consistent feeding schedules, potty routines, supervised play, and calm downtime so your dog feels secure and balanced. I’m attentive, patient, and very in tune with behavior, whether that’s managing puppy nipping, reinforcing good habits, or helping dogs feel comfortable in a new environment. You’ll get regular updates and photos so you always know your pet is happy and well cared for. I work a consistent schedule and am able to provide reliable, attentive care every day. Dogs in my care are not left alone for long periods, and I make sure they get regular potty breaks, playtime, and structured routines throughout the day. I’m available for boarding, drop-ins, and walks, with flexibility for weekends and extended stays. My goal is to keep your dog’s routine as close to home as possible so they feel comfortable, relaxed, and well cared for. Your dog’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. I provide a calm, structured environment with plenty of space for supervised outdoor time and exercise. Because I have a large private property, dogs have room to explore while always being closely monitored. I am experienced with different temperaments, including puppies and high-energy dogs, and I focus on maintaining good behavior, routines, and boundaries during their stay. Dogs are never left unsupervised outside, and I can crate if requested or follow your dog’s normal home routine. I take time to understand each dog’s needs, personality, and preferences so they feel safe, comfortable, and stress-free while you’re away. You’ll also receive regular updates and photos for peace of mind.
“I would recommend Pam to anyone! She treated my babies like her own. She was so kind and communicative with us while we were away. She was on time and professional. Overall, if Pam needed anything from us we’d do it. Forever a customer. Awesome!!”

About: I’ve taken care of dogs and cats my whole life. I’ve grew up with cats and dogs in my household. Volunteered with the humane society between 11-16 years old. Worked at the Animal Hospital from 18-23 years of age. So I have a lot of experience with animals I love all animals. My cats are considered family so I will treat your babies the same. I have experience with feeding, walking, baby-sitting, trimming nails, caring for, playing, and grooming/bathing family, friends, and co-workers animals. I work full time Monday thru Friday but my hours are very flexible. My weekends are completely free I don’t work the weekends at all. I do have an animal gate. But I can accommodate you in anyway you need. Just communicate what you need and we can figure it out.
“Audrey was wonderful (as usual). She provides such great care for our dog and I cannot recommend her enough. My husband and I always have peace of mind leaving Knox in her care and that is priceless. Thank you, Audrey!”

“She was absolutely great and helped me out on relatively short notice when my normal sitter couldn’t make it. She sent lots of pictures and videos so I knew my boy was doing well! Highly recommend”

“LaJuan was so good with my babies! They're normally very tentative around new people, but they warmed right up to her. I was nervous before my trip because I've never left them for this long before and I've never left them in someone else's care, but knowing LaJuan is also a cat parent put my mind at ease. I knew I could trust her to take good care of my gremlins while I was gone. I'll definitely be booking again with LaJuan for my next trip!”

Cami is amazing with my two cats.... she checks on them when I am out of town traveling and keeps me posted on every detail of their care when she visits. If the cats are not well she gives them the extra care needed and makes sure their environment is clean and secure. Cami is the best!!

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
