About: What sets me apart from other sitters is my lifelong experience with dogs and my ability to adapt to each dog’s unique needs, personality, and energy level. I’ve had dogs my whole life, so caring for them comes naturally to me. I also have a background in nursing, which makes me especially comfortable caring for pets who require strict medication schedules, administering medications, and closely following specific care instructions. I’m comfortable with special diets and giving extra attention to dogs with specific health or care needs. I have experience with dogs at all life stages, from young pups who need patience, consistency, and structure to senior dogs who may need a gentler pace, closer monitoring, and a little extra comfort. One of my biggest strengths is being able to match a dog’s energy. I’m just as happy spending a calm day on the couch with a relaxed pup as I am playing fetch at the park for hours with a high-energy dog. I’m also bilingual in English and Spanish, so I’m comfortable communicating with families whose primary language at home is Spanish and caring for dogs who may be more familiar with Spanish cues. My goal is always to make every dog feel safe, understood, loved, and cared for like they’re part of the family. 🐾❤️ As a full time remote student, I spend most of my day at home studying, baking and playing video games, which allows me to provide consistent attention and care for pets throughout the day. My flexible schedule makes it easy to incorporate regular potty breaks, playtime, feeding, and walks into my routine. I’m home the majority of the time, so pets aren’t left alone for long periods and can get plenty of supervision, companionship, and engagement. Whether it’s sticking to a specific routine or giving extra attention to more active dogs, I can easily adjust my day to meet each pet’s needs. My apartment community includes a fully fenced dog park perfect for quiet, one on one playtime in the mornings or socializing with other dogs in the afternoons. I also have a secure, dog friendly balcony that gets plenty of direct sunlight, ideal for pups who enjoy relaxing and sunbathing. For dogs that need more exercise, I’m located right along the rail trail in Southend, making it easy to provide longer, scenic walks as part of their daily routine.

About: I have always had a dog growing up but rescued my own dog, almost 7 years ago and trained him from 1 month old. The experience intensified my love for dogs and training them! I am used to going on walks, potty training, and feeding schedules as well as accommodating quirks (my guy can be weird so I get it lol). I work full time from home so as long as I have notice of when I am needed it should work seamlessly in my life. If pet sitting at your home I want to keep your dog as comfortable and on routine as possible. I am well versed in all sorts of quirks so just let me know and I can adapt to whatever your pet needs. I will be diligent about following instructions and will give lots of attention and affection while you are away.

About: I’ve been a dog walker and pet sitter since March 2024. I have experience walking all sizes of dogs from Bernese Mountain dogs to an 8 week old pug. I’ve worked with deaf dogs, a dog that was post-op for an ACL tear, and administered medicine if the pet required it. If you have a reactive dog, I may not be the best fit for you, and that’s okay! I have experience with dogs that are reactive to cars, but I prefer not to work with dogs who are reactive to other animals. I started doing this for a little extra cash & exercise when I’m not touring as a full-time stand up comedian. (It’s a real thing. I promise you never have to hear my jokes, but your dogs probably will at some point during our walks.) If you need a weekday dog walker, I’m your gal! You will also have ample notice for any time that I am traveling out of town for shows as my tours are booked the year prior. I had about 10 consistent weekly clients in Pittsburgh working with a business called Happy Tails, but I just moved to Charlotte so I’m looking for new clients! I’m available most weekdays. Weekends are tougher and will depend on my schedule from my full-time job, but I am open to weekends as long as I am in Charlotte. I am very serious about the comfort and safety of your pet. That means I will take the safest route possible (paved sidewalks with low traffic if possible), provide water, and clean up after them when they potty to keep your neighbors happy. I am happy to follow any guidelines you have for caring for your animal. I am also open to doing a trial period with your pet to make sure that we are a good fit for each other.

About: Hi, I’m Megan, a recent college graduate who just moved to Charlotte who loves spending time with animals. I work part-time and my hours aren’t consistent. I could be working morning, night or midday shift, but I am available for pet care before and after work, on weekends, and on holidays. I’ve grown up around dogs my whole life, as my family has always had dogs and my nana has also groomed them. I’ve had plenty of experience helping take care of them, from feeding and walking to playing with them and bathing them (even though it’s definitely not my favorite). Growing up around dogs has also taught me that every dog has their own personality and energy level, and that some need a little more patience and attention than others. I’ve also had a cat of my own for the past three years, so I’m comfortable caring for both dogs and cats. I genuinely love spending time with animals and would treat your pets with the same patience, attention, and care that I give my own. I’d be happy to keep them company, play with them, follow their normal routine, and make sure they feel comfortable while you’re away! I currently work part-time, but my schedule changes from week to week, so my availability can vary. I’m happy to work with you ahead of time to make sure I’m available when your pets need me. I’m especially flexible for house sitting and can discuss specific dates and schedules with you! I’m not currently able to board pets in my own home, but I’m happy to provide house sitting in your home. I’ll follow your instructions closely, keep your pets’ routines as consistent as possible, and make sure they’re safe, comfortable, and getting plenty of attention while you’re away.

About: I’ve always had a love for animals, even though I didn’t grow up in a family that had pets. I would take every opportunity I could to dog-sit for friends and family just so I could spend time with their pets. When I was 16, I found a stray dog wandering the streets. After searching for his owner and not being able to find them, I decided to adopt him and named him Leo. My family wasn’t exactly thrilled about having a dog, and at one point they even wanted me to take him to a shelter. I refused to give up on him. I committed to training Leo, taking care of him, and proving that he deserved a place in our family. It definitely wasn’t always easy—he even destroyed my mom’s laptop and I ended up getting kicked out of the house for a week! 😂 But eventually, my mom grew to love him and agreed to let me keep him. Five years later, Leo is still part of the family, and he even helped turn us into a true dog-loving household. We’ve since welcomed more dogs into our lives, and they’ve all become a huge part of our family. Because of Leo, I learned firsthand how rewarding it is to care for, train, and build a bond with a dog. I’d love the opportunity to give other pets the same love, attention, patience, and care I’ve always given my own. 🐾❤️ I currently have open availability and would love to spend that time caring for your fur baby while I’m looking for a job in the area. 🐾 Once I find a job, I won’t simply stop caring for your pet! I’ll still have availability on weekends, as well as evenings and nights when needed. My goal is to build lasting relationships with both you and your pets and be someone you can continue to rely on. ❤️ I have two dogs of my own that I love more than anything, so I understand how important it is to make sure every pet feels loved, safe, and cared for. I love keeping my dogs active and socialized by taking them on long walks, visiting dog parks, and giving them plenty of playtime and attention. I’m also very attentive when it comes to their hygiene, health, and overall well-being, and I would provide that same level of care to your pets. I love giving dogs plenty of affection and spoiling them with attention, but I also understand that every dog has a different personality, comfort level, and boundaries. About: I’ve been around dogs my whole life and have experience caring for pets for friends and family. I’m patient, dependable, and treat every pet like they’re my own. I love taking photos and keeping owners updated throughout the day, so you always know your pet is happy and safe. My goal is to make every pet feel comfortable, loved, and cared for while you’re away! 🐾❤️ I work full time, but I’m able to take breaks throughout the day to make sure your pet is cared for and attended to. I’ll make sure they get plenty of attention, love, and care, and I’ll keep you updated with photos and messages so you know how they’re doing! I’ll follow your pet’s routine and any special instructions you provide, while giving them plenty of attention, love, and care.
