About: With over 27 years of hands on personal and professional animal care, loving pets isn’t just what I do, it's who I’ve been since getting my very first hamster at 3 years old. From dog and cat companions to farm and exotic animals, my entire life has centered around the comfort, happiness, and well being of almost every type of animal. My foundation blends management with compassion and experience. In California, I spent 6 years managing a horse ranch, followed by 12 years managing a premier pet store and working closely with local dog and cat rescue organizations. Over the years, I also built a dedicated following of beloved "pup-stomers" through years of professional in home boarding and a private house sitting. After relocating 4 years ago to grow our family, I am thrilled to open my schedule again to offer you the attentive, love and peace of mind they deserve while you are away. Experience with administering medications and special diets including raw food. I am a stay at home mom to 3 children, meaning I am always home and readily available. We spend lots of time playing in our huge backyard, so your pet will receive constant supervision and companionship. I have plenty of balls, frisbees, and toys ready to go! A daily walk is included (weather permitting, if desired), and I am more than happy to stick to your dog's regular feeding and care routine. I pride myself on being flexible, accommodating, and quick to send photo updates as often as you’d like throughout the day. I accept only one dog or cat at a time (or one single household with multiple pets). I want to give one-on-one attention to your pet and include them with our family all day, including daily walks, rather than a traditional boarding facility. Your dog is welcome to sleep on their own full-size bed in the guest room, in a dog bed, on the couch, or even in my room (or wherever your cat feels most comfortable!). I am also very experienced with crate training and puppies!

About: I’ve loved animals since I was a kid. Growing up out in the country we had up to 20 something cats at one time. They each had a name and I knew who each one of them were. Since then I’ve cared for numerous cats and dogs over the years from kittens and puppies to seniors. I currently have a golden doodle and three cats. I regularly walk Toto’s (Wizard of Oz) twin each week and I am a regular sitter for my best friend Teddy, another golden doodle. I love making friends with the animals, learning their personalities and having my favorites come back again and again! I currently work from home running my own business so I am somewhat flexible in my schedule. I enjoy pet sitting as a way to encourage me to break away from work to get out and play or go for walks, etc. I have a good sized fenced back yard for them to play outside. There are lots of walking paths and parks around that we can go for walks on. Our golden doodle is very friendly and playful. She enjoys having other dogs around to play with but is also gentle with cats and will leave those alone that don’t want to be bothered. There is room for them to be in a crate if that’s what they are used to. I will do my best to accommodate as best I can to their normal within reason.
About: We are a loving family living in Boise and we have a very happy doodle mix who is now 4 years old and a cat who has been with with us for 20 years also a fun 13 YO teenage boy. Growing up I was always surrounded by animals, from chickens, ducks, dogs, cats, goats at my late grandparents' farm. I've taken care of puppies and older dogs and have administered medications before also are not afraid to administer injections if needed but with instructions beforehand. I work from home mainly with one short day in the office during the week. We live right next to a dog park and close to Discovery Park, I love walking and running so I'm very happy to go for nice walks with your furry babies. They’ll be walked before I start my day upon waking up around 6 am, they’ll have potty breaks in the yard in between and another long walk after work around 7pm. I’m off Thursdays so we will go hike, get a treat from a pet store. We are an active family and experienced in caring for dogs. We only take one or two max to board in our home. They will get plenty of attention, they’ll get two long walks, fetch time and potty breaks in between. Their stay will be like a vacation for pups while you’re away. About: I’ve been pet sitting since 2020, there is almost always someone at our home so no matter our plans our furry guests always have company. My young son loves to play tug, fetch, or chase and gets a kick out of helping with food and water. We are a mostly relaxed house until someone gets post dinner zoomies. I am on a hybrid work schedule, but there is almost always someone at our house to hang out with our 4 legged guests. We live right next to a park where we enjoy taking long walks, playing fetch, and just getting out and about at least once a day. We have a fully fenced backyard that has low risk for any escape artists (they'd have to be quite determined and find something we don't know about). However, I'll always check with you to make sure they're good outside on their own. Otherwise, I typically will stay outside with them just to be sure. Walks are always leashed and we only feed what is provided.

This is the second time that my dogs went to Tasha's for a partial day. It is also their first time to be cared for outside of our home so expectedly one of my dogs the first time was a little uneasy, however the second time immediately as they got out of the car they ran toward her driveway and did not show any concern with me leaving. She comforted them and made them feel at ease. They were very calm when I picked them up. They will be going again soon for a few days and with this past experience it makes me feel at ease.
This was Hazel’s first daycare visit with Aimee, Derek, and their son Jacob. Their household is very welcoming and dog friendly. The visit is in prep for a multiple day visit in a few months. Hazel did well and was I told she played with their dogs and hug out with Jacob during her stay. All good in my book. Happy pup!!
