About: Hi! My name is Blaise, and I am 31 years old! I've been pet sitting for over 10 years. I am an animal lover, and would be so happy keeping your animals happy, fed, and exercised. Knowing that your pet is in responsible and loving hands is very important, so I take the care of your pet seriously. I love getting to know all the pets and it's hard to leave them when I have to give them back! I look forward to meeting your little guys, hope to meet you soon. I've been an artist for as long as I can remember, and this year have the means to be able to focus on doing art as my job. I want to see if I can be successful in this. So since I have a studio and can start to make my own hours, I can be flexible with caring for animals and making sure they get the care the need at the right time. I love animals but don't have any of my own, moving too much and traveling too much for it to make sense. But getting to care for others' animals, helping fulfill their needs is something I really enjoy and feel is mutually beneficial. I am willing to come and stay with the animal/s and make sure they get the care they need. I can walk dogs every day, will make sure they get food and water as needed, and can give medications.

About: I have had animals my whole life, and have worked in the pet industry for 6 years. My day job experience has been managing 2 different local pet food stores, where I’ve learned a lot about the needs of dogs and cats, and their body language. My old job had foster cats, so I have experience taking care of up to 10 cats at a time (feeding, litter cleaning, meds, and playtime). I also have pet sat for many of my friends and family members. I love walking! I enjoy taking my own dog on short walks or really long walks to get his energy out. I have experience with high energy dogs that may pull or not be comfortable around other dogs or people. I also have experience with puppies, kittens, and special needs pets. I’ve owned 2 disabled dogs that required diaper changes, meds, and regular bathing and cleaning up after them. Please note that my rates are a starting rate, and if you are more than 6 miles from me, I may charge a travel fee to compensate for gas and wear and tear on my vehicle. I am currently going to school full time at UNM. My schedule is pretty flexible though, and I am willing to work with you! I can come before, in between, or after class and on weekends! I will always want to come meet you and your pet before I start the service. I will take notes on everything so I can keep your pet on their routine, no matter how specific. I want to make you and your pet 100% comfortable! I am experienced with reading body language with pets, so I can tell if your pet is too overwhelmed or nervous. I also love sending updates, including photos and videos, to let you know how your fur baby is doing!

About: I have grown up with cats and dogs and have plenty of experience taking care of both! From taking walks, feeding, bathing and light grooming, I am no stranger to the nitty gritty! Especially when it comes to paying close attention and giving proper care to each pet! Currently I have a 3 legged cat named Frodo who enjoys going on trail walks and hikes. About: Before college, I was the primary caregiver for my family’s dog, Max—handling everything from daily walks and feeding to bathing, training, and playtime tailored to his pace and personality. That hands-on experience taught me how to read a dog’s needs and build trust through consistency and care. I’ve also cared for multiple pets through prior sitting experiences, including three dogs of different sizes and three cats, so I’m comfortable adapting to a variety of temperaments, routines, and energy levels. While in college, I’ve continued growing my experience by volunteering with a local shelter’s Doggy Day Out program, taking dogs on walks, hikes, and special outings to give them enrichment and a break from the shelter environment. These experiences have strengthened my ability to care for pets with patience, attentiveness, and genuine enthusiasm. I am currently a student at UNM and working part time, so my evenings are relatively free during the week. Friday afternoons - Sunday mornings are the best time for me to hangout with your pet and care for them full time. Your pet’s happiness, safety, and comfort will always be my top priority. I’ll make sure they get plenty of exercise, affection, and attention—whether that means long walks, playtime, or just lots of love and cuddles. About: A little about me: I’ve had a dog by my side every day since I was six years old — dogs are an integral part of my life, not just something I do on the side. Over the years I’ve cared for dogs of every size, age, and temperament, from tiny lap dogs to a 90-pound Labrador, and from bouncy puppies to dogs in their older years. Experience: My deepest experience is with senior and special-needs dogs. My Labrador had a series of health challenges, including three separate leg surgeries. I nursed him through every recovery, which meant walking him with a support sling until he was back on his feet. When he was later diagnosed with cancer, I cared for him through hospice at home — giving his daily medications and keeping him comfortable and loved right to the end. So if your older dog needs medication, a little mobility help, or just extra patience and gentleness, that’s something I genuinely know how to do. I’m just as comfortable with high-energy dogs. That same Labrador was a handful in his younger years, so I know what it takes to keep a strong, active dog happy and well-exercised. I also love puppies and understand the patience and consistency they need. I’m happy to walk more than one dog at a time, and I have experience with leash-reactive dogs — I know how to keep walks calm, controlled, and low-stress for a dog who needs a little extra management. Right now I share my home with two girls — a 15-year-old Chihuahua mix and a 2-year-old Cairn Terrier — so both ends of the age spectrum are part of my daily routine. Before them I’ve cared for several terriers and a Border Collie mix, among others. I walk my own dogs every single day and I’ll keep yours on a good routine too. I’ve also dog-sat for family and friends who were thrilled with the care I provided — beyond looking after their dogs, I kept their homes tidy, watered plants, and brought in mail, treating each home with the same respect I’d give my own. Services: I offer dog walking, drop-in visits, and overnight house sitting: • Dog walking — I keep dogs safely leashed and give them a proper outing with a good sniff, steady exercise, and a potty break, adjusting the length and pace sensibly for the weather. • Drop-in visits — I come to your home to feed, refresh water, handle potty breaks, play, and give plenty of affection, plus tidy up any little messes before I head out. • House sitting — I stay overnight in your home and keep your dog’s whole world running on schedule (feeding, walks, medication, playtime, and steady company) while also looking after your place by keeping it tidy, bringing in the mail, and watering plants. Availability: I work from home and set my own hours, so I’m around for your dog far more than the average sitter — and I can be flexible to fit your schedule. Pet care is the center of my day, not an afterthought, which means real time and attention whether it’s a midday walk, an unhurried drop-in, or being present in your home throughout the day on an overnight stay. The only exception is the occasional family commitment, which I always know about well in advance, so I can be upfront about my availability every single time. Peace of mind: Your dog’s safety and happiness are my top priorities. I’m always happy to send photo and video updates so you can see your pup having a good time, and I’ll check in as often as you’d like while you’re away. And should anything ever go wrong, I’m able to drive your dog to the vet in an emergency — so you can travel with real peace of mind. Pet care is the center of my daily routine. I work from home, my schedule is very open and flexible, so I can build my day around your dog's needs rather than squeezing them in. The only exception is the occasional family commitment I schedule around, and because those are always planned well in advance, I'll always know my availability far ahead of time and can be upfront with you about it. To give you a sense of how I run a day: my own dogs eat at 8am and 6pm, get a 20–40 minute walk in the evening, and I stay attentive throughout the day to when they need to go out. My younger dog gets dedicated playtime with her toys, and my senior girl gets her medication right on schedule every other day. I keep that same consistency and attention for any dog in my care — sticking to your dog's normal feeding, walking, medication, and potty routine so their world stays steady while you're away. When I care for your dog in your home, safety comes first. I keep all doors and gates closed and latched, and I'm constantly aware of where your dog is — especially any time I'm heading in or out, so there's no chance of an escape. I follow whatever house rules and routines you set. I also treat your home with the same respect I give my own. When I dog-sat for family and friends, I kept their house tidy, watered their plants, and brought in mail while they were away. I will leave your home just as you left it, keep you updated with photos while you're gone, and communicate quickly about anything that comes up. My goal is for you to come home to a happy, well-cared-for dog and a house in good order.

About: I had a lot of cats and dogs growing up, and I was the neighborhood dog sitter basically from the time I could ride a bike until I left for college. I know for many people today their pets are a furry part of the family, so I would treat them with the same love and care I give my cats and dobies, and make sure your animals are genuinely cared for while you are away. I know what it means to be a good and responsible sitter, and I can guarantee if you trust me with your pets you will not regret it! About: I've been doing pet care for many years over on other services such as Trusted Housesitters, as well as private animal care for friends, family, and other private sources. I'm very active and very much enjoy taking larger dogs for long walks, or having quiet, calming time with nervous cats, and everything in between. I'm happy to accommodate all sorts of preferred sorts of care and I'm happy to specify those to your particular needs! I'm currently working a remote job, so I have no physical obligations in terms of having to be anywhere, so I can pretty easily accommodate any types of schedule that your animal prefers! I live in a very safe, quiet neighborhood which boasts a really beautiful dog park, and have a patio for animals to spend outside time if they desire, and a fantastic neighborhood for walking dogs. In your home if you wish, I am happy to do any tasks to make your animal as comfortable as possible!

About: I have had cats most of my life, about 25 years, and I know that they are the bosses. They may have a reputation for being loners but most of the time they like attention, just on their own terms. I come up with clever games to get their wiggles out and treat each cat the way they like to be treated. Each cat has a different personality and that is very important to understand. I also take great photos and will gladly take oodles of super cute portraits of your furry baby so you see that they are doing well while you are away. Your cats will be well fed, with clean litter boxes and lots of purrs when you get home.
