8. Madeline K.
About: I’m a lifelong animal lover and owner. I’ve personally had the pleasure of owning three cats in my lifetime that have gone on to their senior years. I’ve taken care of roommates’ dogs and have had great experiences living with them, as well as neighbors’ pets in the past. I am certainly open to accommodating puppies training schedules (lol as I work on training my own), and will gladly provide needed care for senior animals. I am currently mostly always at home taking care of my son who is going to be two in January. I’m hoping to work your pets schedule into our routine as well as care for pets that need to be boarded in our home. We spend a lot of time at home, I know having your animals in our house will brighten our days. My little guy loves dogs and cats, and I have been bringing him to the pet store for fun anyways throughout the day. We are typically up and moving, ready to go by early afternoon, and bedtime is around 8 o’clock. My hours are flexible between that time And I can do overnights. I would be happy to build relationships with pet owners and become their regular go to. We often go to Washington Park to walk and play. I have a fenced in front and backyard, and would be able to create a space for crating if needed. Honestly, I’m usually pretty up for anything so please inquire for any specifics.
9. Karen R.
About: Hey Pet Parents!! My name is Karen. I have been an animal lover my entire life, particularly with dogs. I used to walk two of my neighbors dogs, one was a German Shepherd, the other was a Jack Russell Terrier from the time I was in middle school up until i graduated high school I also volunteer at the APL whenever I can. I actually have a pet reptile myself. I hope you'll consider me watching your furry friends!! I'm currently working part-time. I'm available on Mondays and Tuesdays anytime. Just a disclaimer: I don't drive but I can walk or take public transportation such as the bus or Uber. I have a reptile at home,so I can NOT board dogs/cats or do doggy daycare, but I'm more than willing to house sit or dog walk. I'll treat your pet as if it were my own.

17. Lexi B.
About: I have experience with all kinds of pets. From reptiles, felines, and mixed breed pups, to Pit Bulls and German Shepherds. I love them all 🫶🏾 I work from home for a minimal contact tech company. After my little ones leave for school at 7:30 AM, my schedule is completely flexible. We miss having fur babies around and will treat them as part of our family. I have mild mannered boys 7 and 5 that love nature and animals.
18. Ashley W.
“Ashley did an awesome job taking care of the kids. We had a great time relaxing in FL and I’m sure it was made more so by not having to worry about the fur babies.”
19. Demi G.
“Demitria did a great job taking care of our dog- she was able to watch him pretty last minute and was flexible with us when our plans changed. She got to our house right on time, which was very appreciated! She was happy to take him on a walk and just chill at home with him. He takes a little while to warm up to people but Demitria was patient with him and was able to get him to trust her!”
20. Raina J.
About: I have volunteered at the Animal Protective League for many summers, so I have lots of experience with cats/kittens, puppies, and dogs big and small. I have a sweet Shih Tzu-schnauzer named Lexi, and she is 12 years old. I adore working with animals, and have taken care of many furry loved ones. From friends to family, they have trusted and relied on me to take great care of their furry friends! My schedule is flexible to your pet needs. Throughout the school week I find time to spend with your furry friends and mine. On weekends I get up early and have ample amounts of time to check in, or walk your pets when needed! I have a large fenced yard, with my very friendly dog Lexi. She can roam, and use the restroom freely (since I pooper-scoop my yard daily), and she has lots of room to play. If your dog needs to be put in or taken of a crate, I can do that. My main goal is that the pets are safe, loved, and keep their tails wagging!
