About: My name is Jessica, my partner Richard and I have recently decided to open our home to boarding again! While I have much experience with cats, Richard has got quite the history raising dogs. He was born into a home with a well educated German Shepherd. His father trained mainly Pit-bulls and Shepherds, and his grandparents raised and bred Keeshons and Golden Labs during much of his and our lifetime together. We have always had a special interest and investment in raising and training canines! Not just big dogs but little ones too. His mother worked with a rescue shelter that also certified and 'dispatched' therapy animals. Together we have certainly learned a lot about taking care of pets. Both Richard and I have the patience, heart, and experience to provide excellent care for some of the most special of needy dogs. We have one cat, her name is Shade! If we have a pooch over for the night she stays with her brother Dexter, who lives nearby. Please, if your pet requires any medication or has any special needs, please outline those needs specifically with a written note and verbal communication upon arrival. We are completely available to you and your pets full-time untill further notice! late-nights, or early mornings, offer us courtesy and we'll be the flexibility! We live in an apartment, non-smoking, we have a small parking lot out front and a unfenced yard in the back. There are two friendly neighboors who both have cats and also love furry animals, the kitties stay inside and are well mannered. Neither of them are very 'sharp and pointy.' I drive a hatchback and can transport dogs up to a large size who are well car-broken. We enjoy strolling through washington park and hanging out at the dog park on the North end of town (Stuart park.) We and your pet will not go anywhere together, (other than our home and neighboorhood,) without your express permission. We are completely available to you and your pets full-time untill further notice! late-nights, or early mornings, offer us courtesy and we'll be the flexibility! We live in an apartment with small back yard behind the building. Potty breaks are every 2-3 hours until bedtime. We heed special dietary requests, or otherwise will feed our animal friends when we do with controlled portions three times a day.

About: I have experience fostering dogs with the animal shelter APL and have a small toy poodle of my own. He is very friendly with other dogs and loves to play. I love dogs and would love to have the opportunity to watch dogs and take care of others! I am open to watching dogs for a couple hours, a day, or even a couple of days if that is what is needed. My house has a small backyard and I am also available to do drop ins at the dogs own home. The area is very quiet and would be comfortable for another dog to be in. If I am caring for someone else's dog I plan on being home for the time I'm watching the dog so that it will be well taken care of. I’m currently only working part time so I have plenty of time to spend with your animals. I am available early mornings or early afternoons to give your animal a break during the workday! About: I've been around animals basically my whole life. My family has always had some sort of pet, and we currently have a full house of 'em. Over the past few years my parents have gone out of town for a week or so over the summer, leaving me to care for our dog, four cats, and fish (low maintenance but still present!) on my own. I have a lot of free time over the summer and an incredibly flexible schedule! Aside from the occasional doctor's appointment and Saturday night dinner show, I'm almost always available! A big thing with me more than anything is spending time with any animals I'm in charge of. Male pups will wear a belly band for the first 24 hours of their stay, at minimum - this soft, absorbent band fits around their belly and attaches with Velcro on their back. Belly bands reduce marking behavior, especially in unneutered males. You may bring your own, but we can supply them, free of charge. Using belly bands keeps our home calmer, cleaner, and fresher by eliminating marking behavior and reduces anxiety for future pups by giving them less reason to want to mark over the scent of previous pups. We have indoor and outdoor security cameras in many locations that can be helpful to review if any safety situations arise. The safety of all of our pups is very important to us! (They’re also great for catching fun footage!)

I have a sweet Shih Tzu-schnauzer named Lexi, and she is 12 years old. I adore working with animals, and have taken care of many furry loved ones. Throughout the school week I find time to spend with your furry friends and mine. On weekends I get up early and have ample amounts of time to check in, or walk your pets when needed! I have a large fenced yard, with my very friendly dog Lexi. She can roam, and use the restroom freely (since I pooper-scoop my yard daily), and she has lots of room to play. If your dog needs to be put in or taken out of a crate, I can do that. My main goal is that the pets are safe, loved, and keep their tails wagging!

About: I love dogs. I have my dog for 13 polmeraniam. I grew up with my two dogs and cats. The neighbor dog always love me and come running to me to pet them. I work full time! About: I have pet sat dogs, cats, guinea pigs, birds, snakes, ispods, and mantises for neighbors & family on and off for the past 14 years. I have also given pets their medication via oral syringe and tablets, as instructed by their owners. One of my own pets has chronic kidney/ urinary issues so I know how important it is for them to receive the best care possible. Although I may be small in stature, my experience with dogs has been anything but limited. I've taken on the challenge of walking and agility training dogs that weigh more than I do, proving that it's not just size that matters but also heart and dedication. One of my fondest memories from high school involves creating an agility course for our neighbor's bernedoodle puppy, Lambeau. This energetic ball of fur was full of mischief, often clawing at doors, chewing on furniture, and brutally attacking his toys. Understanding his need for stimulation, I devised a series of fun challenges that not only focused his energy but also built a special bond between us. Setting up that obstacle course was an adventure in itself—using cones, tunnels, and homemade jumps, we transformed my backyard into a vibrant training ground. The best part was watching Lambeau navigate the course with increasing confidence, eagerly responding to my encouragement and praise. By using treats as positive reinforcement, he learned quickly that good behavior and hard work would be rewarded, which significantly curbed his destructive tendencies. Watching him thrive both mentally and physically filled me with joy and validated my belief in the power of training and outdoor activity as vital tools for a dog's well-being. The experience solidified my commitment to fostering healthy, happy relationships with dogs, proving that with the right approach, even the most energetic puppy can become a more balanced companion. I am a college student who recently moved to the area and am have a pretty open schedule. My hobbies include crocheting, sewing, gardening, and taking care of my pet Guinea pigs. I love staying active by playing Pokémon Go and would love to care for your dog(s) while going on adventures! I walk around the residential areas and always walk in crosswalks, as safety is my priority.

As a medical student living away from home, my classmates have come to rely on me to pet sit (dogs & cats) and house sit for them any time they’re out of town. It’s an absolute treat for me to spend time with animals again! I’m comfortable helping to train puppies, snuggling seniors, and playing with every age in between. As a medical student, my schedule is generally pretty flexible. I will almost always be available to house sit from at least 5pm-6am. On most days, I can take a break at lunch to run over and check on pets or go for a short walk. Depending on my rotation, I may have entire stretches of 3-4 days off! That may sound like a lot to plan around, but I’d love to work with you to accommodate both our schedules as best as possible! Because I grew up with dogs of all ages and sizes, I’m very comfortable with dogs of different temperaments, care needs, and crating requirements. Cats with high-care needs will likely be out of my comfort zone, but I’m always eager to learn something new!

When pet sitting while friends or family are at work or on trips I always make sure the pet has a good long session of play, affection, walk or forms of exercise, clean and full water and food dishes. Check for any accidents that need cleaned up or litter boxes that need tending. Then always be sure to double check the yard and home locks are secure before leaving.

Our flexibility allows for extended stays as well. We have a large fenced in yard and our own pup to keep your fur baby active and happy when the weather permits. Pups are supervised at all times and never allowed off-leash for walks. We take multiple walks daily!
About: I have had pets my entire life and love all kinds! I had to put my senior dog down recently and I miss having a buddy to walk with every morning, over lunch and in the evenings. Although I'm not ready to get another dog of my own, I would love to treat your best friend as my own. I work in an office full-time with a flexible schedule and walk in Washington Park over lunch every day - even in the snow! I can stop by for a care visit or a walk early in the mornings before work, over lunch and in the evenings. I have had many senior dogs and currently have 2 cats. I am experienced in giving medicine if needed. I also love to play with a puppy and help with light training! I currently work in an office by Washington Park and walk over lunch. About: I love talking to animals and letting them know what my intentions are to build trust. Wet or solid messes will be picked up, if baths or wash ups are needed count on me to make sure your fur baby is cared for when you aren’t home. I am a mom of two wonderful cats. I am experienced working with small and huge dogs patience is key your pet will be safe in my care:) I am a unemployed Army veteran looking for something to do that I love !!!! I moved here almost a year ago I seen so many places to go for walks and get out the house I’m not reckless I always check the surroundings of any potential harm in or outside of the home. About: I have experience with all kinds of pets. From reptiles, felines, and mixed breed pups, to Pit Bulls and German Shepherds. I love them all 🫶🏾 I work from home for a minimal contact tech company. After my little ones leave for school at 8:30 AM, my schedule is completely flexible. We miss having fur babies around and will treat them as part of our family. I have mild mannered boys 8 and 6 that love nature and animals.

About: I have experience fostering dogs with the animal shelter APL and have a small toy poodle of my own. He is very friendly with other dogs and loves to play. I love dogs and would love to have the opportunity to watch dogs and take care of others! I am open to watching dogs for a couple hours, a day, or even a couple of days if that is what is needed. My house has a small backyard and I am also available to do drop ins at the dogs own home. The area is very quiet and would be comfortable for another dog to be in. If I am caring for someone else's dog I plan on being home for the time I'm watching the dog so that it will be well taken care of. I’m currently only working part time so I have plenty of time to spend with your animals. I am available early mornings or early afternoons to give your animal a break during the workday! I am also available any time on the weekends. I have a fenced in yard and 2 friendly dogs to keep your dog company. I have a toy poodle and a golden retriever. I can also do drops in to walk or play with your dog as well!
