“Michael and Loraine took great care of Jax, our Bichpoo. You can tell they have had dogs and are true dog lovers. Jax took to them right away, thanks to their loving manner and welcoming warmth. We’re already booked for our next trip!”

“Hiring Dana to dogsit Buster was the best decision. We usually board him at the vet, but wanted a change so that he would have a more social, active and fun experience. Dana was thoughtful, caring, communicative and flexible throughout the entire process (from booking to pickup). She took excellent care of Buster with specific attention to our requests. She sent us many wonderful photos of his daily activities, which included several nature and park walks. Buster had his own little vacation exploring new places while we enjoyed ours in complete peace of mind. We happily give Dana the highest praise and rating with respect to our experience with her. She is a true animal lover and a nice person.”

“This was our second time using Kathleen. She’s the best, very accommodating and treats our Maxey like her own pup. We feel very lucky to have found her and will definitely be booking with her again.”

“Jeffrey was my first time using Rover for my dog, Darcy. Jeffrey sent me updates and pictures that really helped me feel good about the care and responsibility he undertakes while watching others' furry family members. I was very pleased with Jeffrey and will definitely use him again if the need arises. Thank you, Jeffrey!”

“Hunter stayed with Cindy overnight and from the moment we met her she made us feel very comfortable leaving Hunter with her. She gave constant updates via pictures and videos, we loved hearing from her. She made sure he was comfortable. We’re definitely going to have Hunter stay with her again, because as she said goodbye when he got dropped off, he made Bambi eyes like he almost didn’t want her to leave!”

“Shamira takes such wonderful care of my elderly dog. Nina is blind and has a lot of special needs — diapers, meds, eyedrops! Shamira handles it all in stride. And she makes sure to shower Nina with attention and give her plenty of the things she likes such as spending time in the sun.”

“Our anxious, young pithoula loved Lynda and we loved the updates, photos, and relief that we knew she was being cared for and allowed/ encouraged to her cozy. Cider had a blast. Thank you!!”

“We felt very comfortable leaving our two cats in Maria’s care. She provided a safe and welcoming home for them and we could tell from the pictures she sent every day that our pets felt relaxed. She is warm, caring and thoughtful. Couldn’t ask for anything more and will definitely book a stay for Simon and Alvin in the future!”

“They were absolutely great, definitely recommend! My dog Toby stayed with Jerrie and Xiao-Wei over the holidays and was clearly very happy there. Communication was great and Jerrie sent me pictures and updates throughout the stay. Toby didn't want to leave, we'll definitely be back!”

“My sister-in-law is unable to walk the Ron while we were away, so we booked Devon to do so, and she brought her kids. Based on the photos & SIL reports, Ron loved having the kids walk him, loved all the attention, got to go to a local kids' baseball game, probably had more fun than I did on my weekend away. 10/10 would definitely hire Devon & Family again. Ron says "thanks for all the love!"”

“Heather is an excellent pet sitter! Our little senior dog, Miki, stayed with her for a week while we were on vacation. Heather responded to all messages very promptly and is a great communicator. She followed all instructions to the letter and kept us updated on how our little boy was doing. At one point, Miki seemed to be feeling under the weather. Heather calmly shared her concerns and we were able to talk through a solution together. When we picked Miki up, he was happy and comfortable in Heather’s home. I would recommend Heather without hesitation!”

“from the look of the thoughtful photos and videos, Michelle sent, it looks like my dog became part of the family immediately! Just what you want for your baby when he’s at the sitter! Thank you! See you next time!”

“I would 10/10 recommend Jennifer if you’re looking for dog boarding services. Jennifer and her family treats my dog with so much love and care. I have been using her service for almost a year already and can’t think of a better sitter for my dog. You won’t regret leaving your pup with her!! Thanks again for all you do, Jennifer!”

“Mary was a super attentive sitter. She made sure Mandy was safe and comfortable at all times. Mandy loves to cuddle and be around people and Mary and her partner were constantly giving her all the attention she wanted! Also when it was cold outside they would cover her paws or give her a sweater which was super sweet. And she provided constant updates every few hours so we always knew how Mandy was doing! Mandy is an older dog and when there was a concern for her health they brought it up immediately. Seriously Mary is a rock star sitter!!”

“Stephany was awesome! Very communicative, great handler, and my dog loved her. She took my Nala on big walks, let her out on a leash in the yard, and was attentive to her, sent me multiple pictures and videos, and I can tell my dog wants to go back. Not to mention, she took my booking request on a days notice and I went from requesting to drop off in less than 24 hours. Perfectly reasonable price, will definitely be rebooking in the future!!!”

“Andrew & Jacklynn works really well as a team. Communication and response times are impeccable. They offered a meet and greet which made the handoff for drop off really easy. Our dog looked really happy in all the photos we received. When we got home he was exhausted. Highly recommend. Will be using them again when the time comes.”

“Savanah was so kind and patient when looking after my puppy who has had trouble with adjusting to being away from me. She's been compassionate with my pup and in her communications with me, and I so appreciated the photos and updates.”

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Spring House
I had such a great experience boarding my dog with her. It's hard to leave your dog with someone else, but she made the whole process easy and stress-free. You can tell she genuinely loves dogs and enjoys caring for them. When I picked Spoofer up, she was happy, relaxed, and clearly well cared for. That meant everything to me. I never worried while I was away because I knew she was in good hands. If you're looking for someone who is dependable, caring, and will treat your dog with kindness and attention, I highly recommend her. I'll definitely be boarding my dog with her again!
Katia took Bear in last minute and we are so grateful to her. She took such great care of Bear. She sent us photos and videos showing him playing, going on walks, cuddling and just having an awesome time! Thank you again for helping us in a pinch but moreover for treating Bear with such loving care!

Our dog Halle had a wonderful stay with Brittany! She sent us pics and updates and we could tell that Halle was getting lots of walks, pets and love. Halle is dog-reactive and Brittany took great care handling her. It was so nice to return from vacation to a very happy dog. We would be delighted to have Brittany watch Halle for us again in the future.
