She was very understanding of Sophie’s needs and helped her to feel comfortable in a new environment. Sophie is a senior dog and at first I was nervous about leaving her in an unfamiliar place. Shamira sent many pictures and I knew she was being well cared for and was happy to spend time with her dog As well. I am so happy to have met her and will definitely book with her again!”

“Loki was very well taken care of during his one week stay with Jacquelyn! She provided daily updates and let us know of any changes in Loki’s eating habits/daily activities. We enjoyed receiving a multitude of pictures and videos of Loki experiencing new things (especially the rooster stare down 😆). We provided very specific feeding instructions as Loki has a very sensitive stomach. They were followed down to every detail and we got our pup back in the condition we left him a week ago which was great! Loki seemed like he didn’t not want to leave, which is how we knew that he loved his time with Jacquelyn and her other pups! We are looking forward to having Loki stay with her and her crew again. She is a very nervous dog and has separation anxiety and when I picked her up she was in great spirits, was relaxed the rest of the evening, and slept really well for being away for two nights. “I just adopted my dog a month ago and this was my first time leaving him since I brought him home. Until now we hadn’t been apart more than a day while I’m at work. I was super super nervous and nearly cried when I left him, but Yuhan made the process easy and positive. She sent me pictures of him every other day and gave me tons of updates on how he was doing. He got to play with a bunch of other dogs and looked super happy in all the pictures she sent me. I’m way more comfortable leaving him now and I’ll definitely be looking to rebook with Yuhan again. He got to go on a vacation of his own and seemed to have tons of fun while in her care.”

“Andrew and Jacklynn are amazing dog sitters. They watched our Stella for a second time over the Thanksgiving holiday for 4 nights/5 days. When I dropped her off outside their home, she immediately ran up to them tail wagging, excited to be seeing them again. She was also excited to have a dog pal in Rocky. When she is there, I can tell she is treated like family from the photos. Fantastic communication throughout and Stella came home happy. They also did a great job with her medicine.
