I work a full-time rotating schedule where I’m on for 7 days straight and then off for 7 days. My work week always starts on a Thursday and ends on a Wednesday. During those 7 workdays, I’m working full-time each day. After that, I get a full week off to rest and take care of personal things. It’s a repeating cycle—7 days on, 7 days off—so every other week I’m either working or completely off I pet sit because I genuinely love what I do — and animals love me back. About: I've had dogs for most of the past 18 years as I've raised my kids, and I had a beloved collie (Skokie from Muskoka) as a child growing up. Sunshine was the best yellow lab mix, gone too soon at 12 years of age, and now Ja'mocha & Cappuccino are filling her paws and my heart. Madison has been walking my very picky dog twice a week for the past month and it has been absolutely amazing. She has taken the time to build a relationship with my dog and I can tell that she absolutely loves seeing Madison every week. She pays extremely close attention to my dog’s mobility and behaviors on every walk (she’s a senior dog) and ensures that the length of time they’re outside doesn’t exacerbate her pain.
