About: I've been a pet owner my whole life. I love staying active and going on walks so I can adjust to your pets needs and wants. I have experience pet sitting for both dogs and cats, old and young. I am a graduate student so on off days I am able to spend time just hanging out with the animals as needed. I am currently attending graduate school. I am completely free most weekends and Mondays with a few exceptions. I am available to stay nights for dog sitting and am free in the late afternoons all week. I can follow any instructions given for each pet. I know each pet may have different needs and can adjust as needed. If pets have routines I will work my best to ensure to keep them on track and can crate in needed.

He was throwing up, not eating, etc and not only did she alert me right away, but she monitored him closely throughout the day while keeping me regularly updated with detailed information. She helpfully coordinated with my emergency contact to get Rudy taken to the animal hospital and then remained very flexible as I adjusted my travel to come home early. Her communication was excellent, she was very respectful of my home (couldn't even tell someone had been there) and my pups loved her. I would 10000% hire her again.”

About: I’ve done dog walking and sitting plenty of times. I enjoy running with the dogs. I love all animals. I’ve learned about animal psychology. I worked at a zoo in Chicago for a summer. I used to pet sit in my neighborhood throughout high school. I am free most weekdays both morning and evening. I have another job with flexible hours so I can make almost any time work. I go running in the evening a few days a week. We have an apartment with a large cage that we can use if needed. We also have a commercial pet washing station in the building! I have lots of blankets for your furry friends. We have a projector that we can play Dog TV, nature scenes, etc. if they like. I will pay attention to the pets needs while not giving into them. I will do what is best for you and your pet. We have different size dog bowls and a handful of various toys.

About: I've taken care of multiple pets over the years, I currently have a cat and have owned dogs in the past. I have worked with multiple shy pets and have the patience to really get to know your animal I can adapt to any pets needs! I do work full-time at my other job but I love to stop and play with pets! Every morning I'll feed you pet and stop by at night to play and make sure they're happy and fed. I have a seperate room for any animals that I keep in my house. My cat will remain seperate from other cats. I watch all animals close and understand their body language well!

“Our boys love people.. so we were happy to find Molly who could house sit with them. (normally people think cats can be left alone but our boys are social!) While we were gone we received updates and photos to let us know how they were doing. We came home to a cleaned up house and happy kitties. The senior dog had major health problems, so I'm more than comfortable caring for pets with specific needs and health difficulties. About: Hello, my name is Nick and I’m a life-long dog owner (22 years) and serial animal shelter volunteer. As someone who is going through the process returning to higher education later in life, I find myself in the peculiar place of not being able to have my own little companion! So here I am on Rover 😁 Recently, I have been involved as a puppy socialisation teacher, big dog play group facilitator, dog enrichment programming, cat socialisation and shelter medicine associate roles with the San Francisco SPCA. I have training in handling both shy / fearful and jumpy, mouthy and energetic animals. I’ve had the privilege of working closely with some highly knowledgeable animal behaviour specialists, shelter medicine staff and all-round-animal lovers, who have instructed me in the power of positive behavioural approaches to animal training. In short - you can rest easy knowing that your little fur baby will be in the hands of a knowledgeable, well-trained and compassionate animal lover who is always trying to increase positive animal behaviours while developing a loving and supportive bond! My full-time job is a sports coach / fitness trainer so I’m relatively flexible during the day and required for 3 hours in the evenings to coach training sessions in person. I believe that consistency is key when it comes to quality pet care. Your animals will be used to you, your care routine and approach to care generally so I do my best to align with myself to this. That being said, I’ve been trained in a fear-free approach which aims to reduce fear, stress and anxiety by becoming aware of each animals unique disposition and subsequent triggers/stressors, removing/altering the animals immediate environment to curb any negative effects and lastly using mindful handling techniques that cater to the animals specific needs. Simply put - I’ll make sure your doggies will be happy pups whilst you’re away!

“Kacy was wonderful! Birch absolutely loves her and he was very, very well cared for. Kacy was extremely good with communication. She shared many pictures and ‘Birch stories” with us during her stay which was much appreciated. Kacy went above and beyond to help with something non-Birch related while we were gone as well. When we returned, we couldn’t even tell that she had been here, everything was exactly as we had left it! We will definitely be checking her availability the next time we travel!”

About: I’ve been taking care of friends and families pets for years now. Mostly walking and playing with them, but occasionally administering medication as well. Super detail oriented so happy to follow the needs of your pets! I am currently in grad school once or twice a week at night while working part time. It gives me a lot of flexibility throughout the day to hang with your babies. My kitties are spoiled with lots of toys and trees and scratching posts. Any dog I see will be greeted and played with immediately when permitted by the owner. Truly just want any pet to know they are cared for and valued.
