About: Hi! I’m home for the summer and excited to spend time doing something I love, caring for animals. I’ve grown up with dogs my whole life, and I recently lost my own, which reminded me just how much animals mean to me. While I don’t have time for a full-time pet right now, I still stay involved by volunteering every week at a local animal shelter and helping care for the cat I live with at school. I also worked as a vet assistant for a year, so I’m experienced with pets of all ages and temperaments. Whether it’s dogs, cats, or anything in between, I’ll treat your pet with the same love and care I gave my own. I’m currently taking an online summer course with a very flexible schedule, so I’m available throughout the summer for pet sitting, dog walking, and drop-in visits. About: I have owned multiple dogs in my adulthood. I currently own a 4 year old golden who I have personally trained, and a 1.5 year old who I work with every day. I have worked at a dog day care for 5 months where I learned more about dog body language and how to diffuse any fights. I have walked and babysat dogs for friends. I consider all dogs to be my friends, because there is no such things as a bad dog. I work 12 hour night shifts Friday-Sunday. I am completely available Monday-Thursday.
