About: Hi! I’m home for the summer and excited to spend time doing something I love, caring for animals. I’ve grown up with dogs my whole life, and I recently lost my own, which reminded me just how much animals mean to me. While I don’t have time for a full-time pet right now, I still stay involved by volunteering every week at a local animal shelter and helping care for the cat I live with at school. I also worked as a vet assistant for a year, so I’m experienced with pets of all ages and temperaments. Whether it’s dogs, cats, or anything in between, I’ll treat your pet with the same love and care I gave my own. I’m currently taking an online summer course with a very flexible schedule, so I’m available throughout the summer for pet sitting, dog walking, and drop-in visits. Since I’m not working right now, I have plenty of time to give your pet the attention and care they deserve. Whether it’s daily walks, playtime, or overnight stays, I’m happy to help however I can! In your home, I follow your pet’s routine closely, feeding, walks, playtime, and any special instructions, so they stay comfortable and happy while you’re away. I make sure they get plenty of attention and care!

About: Hello hello! My name is Jocelyn, and I’m a 20-year-old dog lover that recently picked up petsitting in December! 😋🫶🏽 Until last year, I’d grown up with pets my entire life. Since my last childhood Pitbull, Roxy (one out of three total dogs) passed away last July, it’s been difficult adjusting to life without them to share it with me. My schedule feels hollow and incomplete after having spent the last four years with two senior dogs. Those four years have given me experience waking up both late and early to tend to a pet’s many needs, and stay up as long as needed to ensure their safety and wellbeing. Living in a house of dog lovers, your pet(s) will be both well-cared for and showered with love all throughout their stay. 💕 Having our late girl’s passing so recent, we still have all the living necessities available for use if need be. This includes pet beds, food/water bowls, functional kennels, poop bags, and a couple toys. We adore our dogs, and are ready to cherish yours just as much before they return back into your loving arms. Petsitting will provide peace of mind for both me and my clients. Whether you’re away for a short or extended period, rest assured your pet(s) stay with us will be easygoing, well communicated, and overall an experience to remember! 😁 I’m currently hunting for a full-time position outside of Rover. When I eventually enter the workforce, petsitting will likely become a background gig I can no longer give my full attention to. Since it’ll be my first ever job, adapting to a new schedule will cause me to become heavily split between sleep, work, and my own physical health, which would conflict with petsitting until I’d find a decent balance. More info will come when I get a job! 😄 Our family and neighborhood is strict about leashes, so despite our open deck and yard, while outside your pet will NEVER be without a leash or left unattended. Provided collar and leashes would be appreciated! We have a room designated for crates in case of emergencies, and will not hesitate to use them in the unlikely circumstance that we need them. Our lives were once surrounded by two pitbulls and a chihuahua that we showered with love daily. Expect that your pet(s) will be treated as if they were our own! ❤️

About: I have been taking care of dogs for 10 years, whether mine or those belonging to family. I have trained puppies as well as taken care of my dogs that have reached their golden years, and helped them over the rainbow bridge. My top two priorities are communication and safety. Any need you have regarding your pet is of utmost importance because pets aren’t just animals - they’re family! I have two dogs at home, one is 1 1/2 years old and the other is nearly 4. We walk 3 times daily, as well as plenty of enrichment time inside. Enrichment depends on the day, it can be playing with toys, eating treats from snuffle mats, lick mats, or just running around with them until they’re as tired as I am! Safety is my biggest priority. I follow instructions very carefully, I keep a close eye on your fur babies both in the house and outside. I can send real time updates that way you know exactly what is going on at all times, and I will always make sure to ask questions when needed. I can recreate your pets routine as closely as possible, and I will always bring positive energy!

About: As a dog owner myself I understand the level of trust required to leave your pet in a strangers care. I have been caring for dogs since I was a young teen and feel comfortable with a variety of different breads and temperaments. It can be hard knowing your dog is cooped up when you have a busy day. Let me help your pup get out and enjoy their day! I am currently available to help with your pup on Sundays starting as early as 6am. May be available on weekdays after 6pm depending on my schedule. I have a border collie whom my husband and I take to training, on regular walks, and socialize her downtown often. We reward her for good behavior and we're understanding of bad behavior, but quick to correct it. Dogs under my care are very well taken care of.

About: Hi! My name is Brianna! I am a huge animal lover! All of my life I have had animals, currently I have three dogs, a jack Russell who is about twelve years old, a Pittbull who is about seven years old and a Black lab puppy who is about five months! Animals are my passion and I would love to be around them all the time!! I can assure you that you would never have to worry about your animals while they are in my care! I have experience with cats, as I have also had a few in my life. I am open to take your animals to the vet for you or anywhere else you would like. I also have had experience with aggressive dogs too. My current dog has slight aggression with other animals and I have had no problem controlling that with him! I work part time so I have a lot of time to take care of animals. Currently, I wake up get dressed feed the dogs and then take them outside. I take care of them like they are my own. I will follow any instructions for your daily routine as you would normally do for your pets.

About: I have over 10 years experience with training dogs. I’m currently a certified dog trainer at Petsmart. I will treat your pup with respect. No such thing as a bad dog. Can't wait to meet your pup. I’m a trainer at petsmart current working everyday except Tuesdays and Thursdays currently. Those days I’m free to feed, walk, play with or dog sit your pup. Anytime day or night on Tuesdays and Thursdays. I will take the time to meet with you ahead of time and follow all instructions. I’m dog CPR certified. I will make sure I know where everything is that I need and that I have vet contact details.

About: I’ve had experiences not only taking care of my own animals but also watching my friends and families pets. I’m able to walk for however long a pet needs and I’m able to remember when a pet needs to be taken out or fed. I’m also able to adapt easily if the pet has any conditions or disabilities that I need to accommodate to. I’m always available at any time whether it’s mornings or nights. I may have trips but whenever I’m home, I’m always looking for something to do. I always make sure they’re comfortable with me before petting then it playing, considering I never want to force anything. I make sure to feed them on time and take then out whenever it is needed. I also love walking my own dogs all the time.

About: Hey! I’m Kaitlynn, I have 7 years of experience with animals. I was on rover a few years ago for 5-6 years and took a break after I had kids. I have worked with a travel vet for 2 years (before kids) and dog grooming! My love for animals hasn’t changed, I’m recently new to Rover again because I love working with animals and would love to start to get out there again. I give updates often and will have plenty of photos to share with you! My dogs are super friendly to all animals as they lived on a farm before. I’m hoping to help families while providing for mine:) Pet care fits naturally into my daily life because I own my own business and work for myself, which gives me the flexibility to prioritize animals throughout the day. I can easily build my schedule around feeding, walks, playtime, and check-ins without rushing or being tied to a strict 9–5 job. Caring for pets blends perfectly with my active, hands-on lifestyle, and I genuinely enjoy having animals as part of my routine while I manage my business responsibilities. In my home, pets are treated like part of the family. I provide a calm, clean, and safe environment where they can relax and feel comfortable. About: A sitter let my dog toby get attacked, I would never want a parent to go through what I did! I know how to walk, clean, feed and care for your baby like my own! I work part time and do nails! So I make my own schedules and work around everything!! Rover is perfect for me with a flexible and interchangeable schedule. I feed my babies twice a day, a walk around 2pm from whoever is home, and I typically try to get some play time in during the afternoon! My doggy’s love fetch!

About: I've taken care of dogs since I was 10 years old. Dogs bring me so much joy and I get the upmost satisfaction taking care of them because they are so sweet and such loyal animals. I can't wait to take great care of your fur baby and give it the exercise and love that it deserves! I currently work overnight shift so during the day I have plenty of time to give your fur baby a nice walk he/she deserves. My schedule is very flexible! I have a fenced in backyard so, if need be, I can bring your fur baby to my home to get lots of play and exercise with my two fur babies in my backyard.

About: My wife Sherry and I have had pets for the last 31 years of marriage. We know how important it is to find a responsible and trusting person to take care of your pets while you're away. Let us take care of your precious pets and we will treat them like our own. You can have them hosted in our house or we can make drop in visits at yours. We live in a secluded area with a large yard which your pets will enjoy. I'm an IT professional and my wife stays home so there is always someone looking after your pets. We'll take the stress away from you while you are away from your pets by treating them like our own. I work full time but my wife Sherry is home all day. We are a team a she will look after the pets during the day and we both will take care of them at night. We currently don't have any dogs since we recently lost our little old man Monty. We have one indoor/outdoor cat named Creature which is very friendly. We have a large back yard which is not fenced but we can take them out on a leash or tie them up on a lead an supervise them. Our property is secluded and is not close to a road so, there is no danger from traffic.
