About: I have plenty of availability this summer into late August. I have years of experience with difficult and/or large dogs as well. Open to any kind of animal. :) Iâm currently on summer break from college, so I have plenty of availability to watch your pets! Iâm extremely flexible, donât hesitate to reach out. Whatever care you require for your pet, I will be able to fulfill. I donât bring pets to my home as I have a senior dog, but I can 100% visit your home.
About: I have been taking care of dogs for 10 years, whether mine or those belonging to family. I have trained puppies as well as taken care of my dogs that have reached their golden years, and helped them over the rainbow bridge. My top two priorities are communication and safety. Any need you have regarding your pet is of utmost importance because pets arenât just animals - theyâre family! I have two dogs at home, one is 1 1/2 years old and the other is nearly 4. We walk 3 times daily, as well as plenty of enrichment time inside. Enrichment depends on the day, it can be playing with toys, eating treats from snuffle mats, lick mats, or just running around with them until theyâre as tired as I am! Safety is my biggest priority. I follow instructions very carefully, I keep a close eye on your fur babies both in the house and outside. I can send real time updates that way you know exactly what is going on at all times, and I will always make sure to ask questions when needed. I can recreate your pets routine as closely as possible, and I will always bring positive energy!

âSvetlana always does a very good job with Holly. She is very conscientious and takes good care of my dog. Iâm very pleased with her as a walker. Iâve used her many times and will continue to use her in the future.â

âAutumn is a wonderful care giver for our sweet puppy. She reliably takes her out to play and potty, and communicates with helpful info and pics and videos. If our dog has any issues, she lets me know. I highly recommend Autumn!â

âBrianna was great! We did a meet and greet beforehand, and I could immediately tell she was someone I could trust with my dogs. She was very attentive, followed all my instructions, and kept me updated throughout the week with messages and pictures. Communication was easy the whole time, and it gave me a lot of peace of mind knowing the pups were in good hands while I was at work. Iâd definitely book with her again in the future.â

âCory was great with my dog, who can be difficult and high energy. He sent plenty of pictures and updates during the visit. I highly recommend him - especially if you are looking for someone that will be patient with your pet!â

âAndrea is amazing. This is the second time I have used her. She is extremely reliable and communicates very well so you feel comfortable your dog is being taken care of. Would highly recommend her!!!â

About: Hi there! đž With over 10 years of equine handling experience and many years of dog and pet sitting, Iâve learned that great pet care goes beyond simply being present, itâs about being observant, consistent, and reliable. I take pride in providing calm, attentive, and compassionate care tailored to each animalâs unique needs, whether theyâre energetic, shy, senior, or somewhere in between. Iâm very mindful of routines, body language, and individual personalities, and I believe patience and consistency make all the difference in helping pets feel safe and comfortable while their owners are away. I value clear, open communication and always make it a priority to keep owners informed and at ease. From daily visits to extended stays, my goal is to provide a dependable, low-stress experience for both pets and their people. I treat every animal with the same care and respect I would my own, and Iâd be honored to care for your pets and farm animals alike. Rates are not set in stone, I am happy to work with you to ensure your pet gets the care they deserve. I work part-time, which allows me to maintain a flexible schedule throughout the week and on weekends. This flexibility gives me the ability to provide consistent, attentive care, accommodate a variety of routines, and spend meaningful, unhurried time with your pets. When caring for pets in a clientâs home, Iâm very mindful of both the animals and the space they live in. I approach each visit with a safety-first mindset, taking care to secure doors, gates, and feeding areas, and to follow all instructions exactly as given. Iâm attentive to subtle changes in behavior or environment and respond calmly and responsibly if anything seems out of the ordinary. I understand the trust involved in allowing someone into your home, and I treat that responsibility with respect and professionalism. My goal is to provide a steady, reliable presence so pets remain comfortable in their familiar surroundings and owners can feel confident knowing their home and animals are in careful hands.

About: Hi! Iâm home for the summer and excited to spend time doing something I love, caring for animals. Iâve grown up with dogs my whole life, and I recently lost my own, which reminded me just how much animals mean to me. While I donât have time for a full-time pet right now, I still stay involved by volunteering every week at a local animal shelter and helping care for the cat I live with at school. I also worked as a vet assistant for a year, so Iâm experienced with pets of all ages and temperaments. Whether itâs dogs, cats, or anything in between, Iâll treat your pet with the same love and care I gave my own. Iâm currently taking an online summer course with a very flexible schedule, so Iâm available throughout the summer for pet sitting, dog walking, and drop-in visits. Since Iâm not working right now, I have plenty of time to give your pet the attention and care they deserve. Whether itâs daily walks, playtime, or overnight stays, Iâm happy to help however I can! In your home, I follow your petâs routine closely, feeding, walks, playtime, and any special instructions, so they stay comfortable and happy while youâre away. I make sure they get plenty of attention and care!

I have two French Bulldogs of my own (2 and 1 year[s] old) who love to go for walks on which I try to take them daily. I also have a Rottweiler & 2 calico cats!

About: Hello hello! My name is Jocelyn, and Iâm a 20-year-old dog lover that recently picked up petsitting in December! đđŤśđ˝ Until last year, Iâd grown up with pets my entire life. Since my last childhood Pitbull, Roxy (one out of three total dogs) passed away last July, itâs been difficult adjusting to life without them to share it with me. My schedule feels hollow and incomplete after having spent the last four years with two senior dogs. Those four years have given me experience waking up both late and early to tend to a petâs many needs, and stay up as long as needed to ensure their safety and wellbeing. Living in a house of dog lovers, your pet(s) will be both well-cared for and showered with love all throughout their stay. đ Having our late girlâs passing so recent, we still have all the living necessities available for use if need be. This includes pet beds, food/water bowls, functional kennels, poop bags, and a couple toys. We adore our dogs, and are ready to cherish yours just as much before they return back into your loving arms. Petsitting will provide peace of mind for both me and my clients. Whether youâre away for a short or extended period, rest assured your pet(s) stay with us will be easygoing, well communicated, and overall an experience to remember! đ Iâm currently hunting for a full-time position outside of Rover. When I eventually enter the workforce, petsitting will likely become a background gig I can no longer give my full attention to. Since itâll be my first ever job, adapting to a new schedule will cause me to become heavily split between sleep, work, and my own physical health, which would conflict with petsitting until Iâd find a decent balance. More info will come when I get a job! đ Our family and neighborhood is strict about leashes, so despite our open deck and yard, while outside your pet will NEVER be without a leash or left unattended. Provided collar and leashes would be appreciated! We have a room designated for crates in case of emergencies, and will not hesitate to use them in the unlikely circumstance that we need them. Our lives were once surrounded by two pitbulls and a chihuahua that we showered with love daily. Expect that your pet(s) will be treated as if they were our own! â¤ď¸

Incredible, she does so well with my dogs. Both dogs are rescues and went through a 3 week board and train and she maintains their training and knows their personalities so well. They get so excited to see Autumn each week truly donât know what we would do without her!

Lee had to find care last minute and Katelyn came to the rescue. She did such a good job accommodating our last minute request and even made time to meet our pets beforehand. She updated us with pictures and communicated well. We will definitely use her again if needed!

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a walker. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your walker or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your walker questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and walkers on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
