About: My wife Sherry and I have had pets for the last 31 years of marriage. We know how important it is to find a responsible and trusting person to take care of your pets while you're away. Let us take care of your precious pets and we will treat them like our own. You can have them hosted in our house or we can make drop in visits at yours. We live in a secluded area with a large yard which your pets will enjoy. I'm an IT professional and my wife stays home so there is always someone looking after your pets. We'll take the stress away from you while you are away from your pets by treating them like our own. I work full time but my wife Sherry is home all day. We are a team a she will look after the pets during the day and we both will take care of them at night. We currently don't have any dogs since we recently lost our little old man Monty. We have one indoor/outdoor cat named Creature which is very friendly. We have a large back yard which is not fenced but we can take them out on a leash or tie them up on a lead an supervise them. Our property is secluded and is not close to a road so, there is no danger from traffic.

About: Hi! I’m home for the summer and excited to spend time doing something I love, caring for animals. I’ve grown up with dogs my whole life, and I recently lost my own, which reminded me just how much animals mean to me. While I don’t have time for a full-time pet right now, I still stay involved by volunteering every week at a local animal shelter and helping care for the cat I live with at school. I also worked as a vet assistant for a year, so I’m experienced with pets of all ages and temperaments. Whether it’s dogs, cats, or anything in between, I’ll treat your pet with the same love and care I gave my own. I’m currently taking an online summer course with a very flexible schedule, so I’m available throughout the summer for pet sitting, dog walking, and drop-in visits. Since I’m not working right now, I have plenty of time to give your pet the attention and care they deserve. Whether it’s daily walks, playtime, or overnight stays, I’m happy to help however I can! In your home, I follow your pet’s routine closely, feeding, walks, playtime, and any special instructions, so they stay comfortable and happy while you’re away. About: I have been taking care of dogs for 10 years, whether mine or those belonging to family. I have trained puppies as well as taken care of my dogs that have reached their golden years, and helped them over the rainbow bridge. My top two priorities are communication and safety. Any need you have regarding your pet is of utmost importance because pets aren’t just animals - they’re family! I have two dogs at home, one is 1 1/2 years old and the other is nearly 4. We walk 3 times daily, as well as plenty of enrichment time inside. Enrichment depends on the day, it can be playing with toys, eating treats from snuffle mats, lick mats, or just running around with them until they’re as tired as I am! Safety is my biggest priority. I follow instructions very carefully, I keep a close eye on your fur babies both in the house and outside. I can send real time updates that way you know exactly what is going on at all times, and I will always make sure to ask questions when needed. I can recreate your pets routine as closely as possible, and I will always bring positive energy!

About: Hello hello! My name is Jocelyn, and I’m a 20-year-old dog lover that recently picked up petsitting in December! 😋🫶🏽 Until recently, I’d grown up with pets my entire life. Since my last childhood Pitbull, Roxy (one out of three total dogs) passed away in July, it’s been difficult adjusting to life without them to share it with me. My schedule feels hollow and incomplete after having spent the last four years with two senior dogs. These four years have given me experience waking up both late and early to tend to a pet’s many needs, and stay up as long as needed to ensure their safety and wellbeing. Living in a house of dog lovers, your pet(s) will be both well-cared for and showered with love all throughout their stay. 💕 Having our late girl’s passing so recent, we still have all the living necessities available for use if need be. This includes pet beds, food/water bowls, functional kennels, poop bags, and (unopened) toys. We adore our dogs, and are ready to cherish yours just as much before they return back into your loving arms. Petsitting will provide peace of mind for both me and my clients. Whether you’re away for a short or extended period, rest assured your pet(s) stay with us will be easygoing, well communicated, and overall an experience to remember! 😁 I’m currently being considered for a full-time position outside of Rover. When I eventually enter the workforce, petsitting will likely become a background gig I can no longer give my full attention to. Since it’ll be my first job ever, adapting to a new schedule will cause me to become heavily split between sleep, work, and my own physical health, which will conflict with petsitting until I find a decent balance. More info will come when I get the job! 😄 Our family and neighborhood is strict about leashes, so despite our open deck and yard, while outside your pet will NEVER be without a leash or left unattended. Provided collar and leashes would be appreciated! We have a room designated for crates in case of emergencies, and will not hesitate to use them in the unlikely circumstance that we need them. Our lives were once surrounded by two pitbulls and a chihuahua that we showered with love daily. Expect that your pet(s) will be treated as if they were our own! ❤️

About: As a dog owner myself I understand the level of trust required to leave your pet in a strangers care. I have been caring for dogs since I was a young teen and feel comfortable with a variety of different breads and temperaments. It can be hard knowing your dog is cooped up when you have a busy day. Let me help your pup get out and enjoy their day! I am currently available to help with your pup on Sundays starting as early as 6am. May be available on weekdays after 6pm depending on my schedule. I have a border collie whom my husband and I take to training, on regular walks, and socialize her downtown often. We reward her for good behavior and we're understanding of bad behavior, but quick to correct it. Dogs under my care are very well taken care of.

About: I've been caring for dogs since I was young. I currently have four furry friends and it is a joy to be with them! I enjoy all activities that I do with them and try to make each one memorable! I am currently available for most if not all days of the week. (except when on vacation :) ). I usually get up pretty earlier, around 6/6:30 so if any early risers need some help, I'm your gal! Just reach out and we can find the times and days that work best for both of us! I will be able to watch out for your dogs and they are in safe hands. Whatever routine you want them on, I will uphold that to make sure our furry friend are not thrown into a funk!

I’m currently working at a local veterinary clinic part-time, so I will have plenty of time to care for your pets. I am free every day of the week for walks and drop-by sitting, and my timing is flexible each day depending on what your needs are! I will monitor your pets in your home and ensure that they stay within my sight and are not getting into anything they shouldn't be. When they are outside, I will either take them out on a leash if your yard is not fenced, or keep watch on them while they are in a fenced-in yard. On walks, I will use whatever accessories you suggest for your dog, whether that be a harness, collar, etc. I will bring water with me for any extended walks, and be sure to monitor them for any signs of fatigue especially in our hot weather. I am very flexible and can provide many different kinds of care tailored to your pet!

About: Hi! My name is Brianna! I am a huge animal lover! All of my life I have had animals, currently I have three dogs, a jack Russell who is about twelve years old, a Pittbull who is about seven years old and a Black lab puppy who is about five months! Animals are my passion and I would love to be around them all the time!! I can assure you that you would never have to worry about your animals while they are in my care! I have experience with cats, as I have also had a few in my life. I am open to take your animals to the vet for you or anywhere else you would like. I also have had experience with aggressive dogs too. My current dog has slight aggression with other animals and I have had no problem controlling that with him! I work part time so I have a lot of time to take care of animals. Currently, I wake up get dressed feed the dogs and then take them outside. I take care of them like they are my own. I will follow any instructions for your daily routine as you would normally do for your pets.

About: I have actually grown up my entire life with dogs and cats and currently own a cat of my own. He is the light of life and I don't know what I would do without him. I know it can be stressful for you to leave their side for any amount of time but I promise they are in good hands. Of course pets also get stressed out as well and I want to help diminish those factors for both the pet and the owner. I have also taken care of a guinea pig in the past and have a pretty good knowledge of reptiles. Of course I will not assume anything about a pet without receiving proper care instructions from the owner. I work mostly evenings at our local live performance theater. So I am available most days of the week for normal 9-5 hours except for Wednesday and Sunday. My shifts are about 3-4 hours long so I will be able to take care of a pet at night as well. I would listen to the owner about what their normal routine would be and make sure if the pet needs play time or walks that they are well taken care of in those regards.
