About: I am a current fourth year veterinary student, and I have several years of experience in clinics and boarding facilities working with dogs and cats. Caring for pets isn’t just a job for me, it’s what I’ve dedicated my life and education to. Because of my clinical training and professional experience, I’m comfortable caring for pets of all ages, sizes, and temperaments. I have experience administering medications, monitoring for changes in behavior, and providing attentive care to pets who may be anxious or require special handling. Whether your dog needs an energetic walk, or your cat needs a reliable sitter while you’re away, you can feel confident knowing they are in capable hands. I treat every pet as if they were my own and prioritize safety, comfort, and enrichment at every visit. I’m currently working at a local veterinary clinic part-time, so I will have plenty of time to care for your pets. I am free every day of the week for walks and drop-by sitting, and my timing is flexible each day depending on what your needs are! I will monitor your pets in your home and ensure that they stay within my sight and are not getting into anything they shouldn't be. When they are outside, I will either take them out on a leash if your yard is not fenced, or keep watch on them while they are in a fenced-in yard. On walks, I will use whatever accessories you suggest for your dog, whether that be a harness, collar, etc. I will bring water with me for any extended walks, and be sure to monitor them for any signs of fatigue especially in our hot weather. I am very flexible and can provide many different kinds of care tailored to your pet!

About: My wife Sherry and I have had pets for the last 31 years of marriage. We know how important it is to find a responsible and trusting person to take care of your pets while you're away. Let us take care of your precious pets and we will treat them like our own. You can have them hosted in our house or we can make drop in visits at yours. We live in a secluded area with a large yard which your pets will enjoy. I'm an IT professional and my wife stays home so there is always someone looking after your pets. We'll take the stress away from you while you are away from your pets by treating them like our own. I work full time but my wife Sherry is home all day. We are a team a she will look after the pets during the day and we both will take care of them at night. We currently don't have any dogs since we recently lost our little old man Monty. We have one indoor/outdoor cat named Creature which is very friendly. We have a large back yard which is not fenced but we can take them out on a leash or tie them up on a lead an supervise them. Our property is secluded and is not close to a road so, there is no danger from traffic.

I currently have one dog who is the biggest goof and I absolutely adore him. I am currently pregnant so a little extra exercise on walks will never hurt! I enjoy all the cuddles and kisses as well! About: My name is Kaydn, and I am 27 years old. I am an elementary public school teacher in Spotsylvania, and am married with 2 children. I absolutely love pets and have had many throughout my life, but I love taking care of other people’s pets as well. I currently have a cocker spaniel and border collie mix that my husband and I adopted from the humane society when she was just a puppy at 7 weeks old. We also have a great Pyrenees. “Jessica was amazing! She walked my two dogs, a high strung chihuahua and elderly dog (14 y.o.), for 30min for 4 days. She reached out and asked if I wanted her to meet the dogs before walking them which was great. The chihuahua tends to bark his head off at strangers, and I wasn't sure how he'd react (he ended up running away from her the first day for 15min, sorry Jessica). The older dog had diarrhea throughout the house one day, and cleaning up after something like that isn't really what I consider her job. I told her she didn't need to worry about it, and I'd deal with it when I got back. However, she ended up cleaning up as much as she could anyways (that's going to be a big tip). Besides my dogs being a huge pain. She always responded quickly and sent a lot of pictures from the walks.”
