About: I currently work as a bather at a grooming salon where I regularly work with dogs and cats of all breeds, sizes, and temperaments. Additionally, I have worked as a vet assistant at a veterinary hospital in Fredericksburg ,at dog daycares, and at boarding facilities in the past, as well as have personally owned and cared for dogs and cats my entire life! About: I’ve had over 8yrs in experience caring for family/friends companions. Dogs bring me so much joy! They can be so funny and attentive. I have experience with puppies-young adults. I am NOT shy to seniors or dogs with extra needs, that’s just extra love to give! I love hikes/runs and I love sitting on the couch all the same. Practicing more structured walks for the safety of your babies and myself. All dogs safe and welcomed! Currently a gym junkie, unemployed, and online masters student with plenty of free time. About: I’ve taken care of dogs of every kind and size since I was around 12 years old! Friends and family have relied on and trusted me to walk, feed and play with their pets! I am home full time so I’ll always be ready and available for any and all of your pets needs! About: I've watched pets of family and friends since I was a kid and always enjoyed it. I always make sure to spend plenty of time and give them as much attention as they want. For dogs, I did walks, gave bathroom breaks, play time, cleaned up accidents, and fed them. For cats I'll do the same, except walks. I am available everyday for the foresable future, on the bright side that leaves me with no commitments where I won't be able to watch your pets For my own cats, I fill the water and food bowls daily, as well as clean the litter boxes. Throughout the day I provide them with affection or a warm lap/bed. For dogs I will make sure they're completely safe outside and watch for any other dogs or cars. Inside I will do the same with my cats.

Only sitters who have never booked with you before can schedule a Meet & Greet on Rover; however, you are welcome to coordinate one in Rover messages with sitters you have previously booked. This can be helpful if you have a new pet or routine you want to go over with your sitter.
Meet & Greets can take place in person or virtually. If you are booking with a sitter for the first time, we recommend in-person Meet & Greets to get a clearer sense of how your sitter interacts with your pet or the new environment.

sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
