About: I am a current fourth year veterinary student, and I have several years of experience in clinics and boarding facilities working with dogs and cats. Caring for pets isn’t just a job for me, it’s what I’ve dedicated my life and education to. I’m currently working at a local veterinary clinic part-time, so I will have plenty of time to care for your pets. I am free every day of the week for walks and drop-by sitting, and my timing is flexible each day depending on what your needs are! I will monitor your pets in your home and ensure that they stay within my sight and are not getting into anything they shouldn't be. When they are outside, I will either take them out on a leash if your yard is not fenced, or keep watch on them while they are in a fenced-in yard. On walks, I will use whatever accessories you suggest for your dog, whether that be a harness, collar, etc. I will bring water with me for any extended walks, and be sure to monitor them for any signs of fatigue especially in our hot weather. I am very flexible and can provide many different kinds of care tailored to your pet!

“Jessica was amazing! She walked my two dogs, a high strung chihuahua and elderly dog (14 y.o.), for 30min for 4 days. She reached out and asked if I wanted her to meet the dogs before walking them which was great. The chihuahua tends to bark his head off at strangers, and I wasn't sure how he'd react (he ended up running away from her the first day for 15min, sorry Jessica). The older dog had diarrhea throughout the house one day, and cleaning up after something like that isn't really what I consider her job. I told her she didn't need to worry about it, and I'd deal with it when I got back. However, she ended up cleaning up as much as she could anyways (that's going to be a big tip). Besides my dogs being a huge pain. She always responded quickly and sent a lot of pictures from the walks.”

Our property is secluded and is not close to a road so, there is no danger from traffic.

About: I’ve taken care of dog for the last three years. I’m very trust worthy and compassionate when it comes to dogs, friends and family trust me with there pets I’m currently working during the week, but I’m available every weekend and also every Friday after 4:00 pm so I’ll have plenty of time to play with animals on weekends. I have a wide opened smoke free apartment so the pets could run freely and be comfortable. There is plenty of out door space also with a nature trail to walk.
