About: I have many years of pet sitting, up to several pets at a time, including owning many of my own since I was a child. I am patient when meeting new pets, for I understand it may take time to warm up to new people (and other pets!) I’m friendly, and talk to most animals just like they’re humans (lol). I enjoy spending time playing around, going for runs, as well as providing companionship when around pets. We love snuggling in bed over here! I’m not easily intimidated by a shy pet, and will treat them with the same respect and patience as their owners. I have high expectations for my own, so I believe it is only normal and natural to give the same in return for others’ pets so their families are comfortable with who they leave their furry friends with when away. My boy is the friendliest dog ever! He absolutely loves meeting other dogs (and the owners to receive even more affection 🤣). He’s got a lot of energy, which can overwhelm others the first day (he just wants to play!) He is very gentle with small dogs. When meeting others’ on the first day, If they are uncomfortable with his energy level and show they need time to warm up, he immediately backs off and resorts to my side until they are ready. He is very submissive in this sense which is great for no escalation and providing other dogs with the time they need to adjust to a new setting/new friends. I work a full time day job Monday-Friday 8-4, so please be sure prior to requesting services, your pets are able to accept this schedule. I am unfortunately unable to stop in midday as my lunch break does not allow for me to make it very far under 30 minutes. My pets along with the others’ I have boarded have had no issues with a routine working schedule, but every pet has different needs. ❤️ I care for others’ pets like they are my own! It is my duty as a trusted sitter to care for others’ pets in a way they need. I predominantly care for pets in others homes as I have several pets of my own. I do not have any issue with camera systems being in shared spaces to assure families feel safe having someone in their home with their pets.

About: Hello hello! My name is Jocelyn, and I’m a 20-year-old dog lover that recently picked up petsitting in December! 😋🫶🏽 Until last year, I’d grown up with pets my entire life. Since my last childhood Pitbull, Roxy (one out of three total dogs) passed away last July, it’s been difficult adjusting to life without them to share it with me. My schedule feels hollow and incomplete after having spent the last four years with two senior dogs. Those four years have given me experience waking up both late and early to tend to a pet’s many needs, and stay up as long as needed to ensure their safety and wellbeing. Living in a house of dog lovers, your pet(s) will be both well-cared for and showered with love all throughout their stay. 💕 Having our late girl’s passing so recent, we still have all the living necessities available for use if need be. This includes pet beds, food/water bowls, functional kennels, poop bags, and a couple toys. We adore our dogs, and are ready to cherish yours just as much before they return back into your loving arms. Petsitting will provide peace of mind for both me and my clients. Whether you’re away for a short or extended period, rest assured your pet(s) stay with us will be easygoing, well communicated, and overall an experience to remember! 😁 I’m currently hunting for a full-time position outside of Rover. When I eventually enter the workforce, petsitting will likely become a background gig I can no longer give my full attention to. Since it’ll be my first ever job, adapting to a new schedule will cause me to become heavily split between sleep, work, and my own physical health, which would conflict with petsitting until I’d find a decent balance. More info will come when I get a job! 😄 Our family and neighborhood is strict about leashes, so despite our open deck and yard, while outside your pet will NEVER be without a leash or left unattended. Provided collar and leashes would be appreciated! We have a room designated for crates in case of emergencies, and will not hesitate to use them in the unlikely circumstance that we need them. Our lives were once surrounded by two pitbulls and a chihuahua that we showered with love daily. Expect that your pet(s) will be treated as if they were our own! ❤️

About: I have always had a dog for as long as I can remember. I grew up with dogs and I love them. We currently have two dogs. I have a male Golden doodle named Bo and a female Teddy Bear named Annie. I like to walk the dogs for two 30 minute walks a day. I’m a stay at home, homeschooling mom. I have a 7 year old, 10 year old, 13 year old and 16 year old at home. Everyone loves dogs. We have a routine with the dogs and they are part of the family. I don’t have a fenced in yard but I am a firm believer that dogs need to be walked. I walk my dogs for 30 minutes in the morning and 30 minutes in the afternoon on a walking path behind my house. I keep jingle bells on my door and my dogs ring them to go outside to potty. I have options to separate dogs if necessary. Dogs are separated at feeding time.

We are a team a she will look after the pets during the day and we both will take care of them at night. We currently don't have any dogs since we recently lost our little old man Monty. We have one indoor/outdoor cat named Creature which is very friendly. We have a large back yard which is not fenced but we can take them out on a leash or tie them up on a lead an supervise them. Our property is secluded and is not close to a road so, there is no danger from traffic.

About: I am a current fourth year veterinary student, and I have several years of experience in clinics and boarding facilities working with dogs and cats. Caring for pets isn’t just a job for me, it’s what I’ve dedicated my life and education to. Because of my clinical training and professional experience, I’m comfortable caring for pets of all ages, sizes, and temperaments. I have experience administering medications, monitoring for changes in behavior, and providing attentive care to pets who may be anxious or require special handling. I’m currently working at a local veterinary clinic part-time, so I will have plenty of time to care for your pets. I will monitor your pets in your home and ensure that they stay within my sight and are not getting into anything they shouldn't be. When they are outside, I will either take them out on a leash if your yard is not fenced, or keep watch on them while they are in a fenced-in yard. On walks, I will use whatever accessories you suggest for your dog, whether that be a harness, collar, etc. I will bring water with me for any extended walks, and be sure to monitor them for any signs of fatigue especially in our hot weather. I am very flexible and can provide many different kinds of care tailored to your pet!
About: I've been caring for dogs, cats and all types of farm animals for over a decade now. I really enjoy helping animals feel safe in whatever way I can and providing a sense of comfortability. For eating I always assure if there's more than one animal they eat apart from each other to ensure no one gets too possessive over their food. About: My wife Sherry and I have had pets for the last 31 years of marriage. We know how important it is to find a responsible and trusting person to take care of your pets while you're away. About: As a dog owner myself I understand the level of trust required to leave your pet in a strangers care. I have been caring for dogs since I was a young teen and feel comfortable with a variety of different breads and temperaments. It can be hard knowing your dog is cooped up when you have a busy day. Let me help your pup get out and enjoy their day! I am currently available to help with your pup on Sundays starting as early as 6am. May be available on weekdays after 6pm depending on my schedule. I have a border collie whom my husband and I take to training, on regular walks, and socialize her downtown often. We reward her for good behavior and we're understanding of bad behavior, but quick to correct it. Dogs under my care are very well taken care of.
About: I’ve taken care of pets for as long as I can remember. I work full time at a grooming salon as a pet bather. And I have experience working at an animal hospital and a pet sitting company. I’m able to watch any sized dog and any age from puppies to seniors. I also offer simple grooming services! I regularly take multiple dogs on hikes for at least 1 hour and am used to watching large groups of dogs at a time I’m currently working full time, 5 days a week. I am free all day Tuesday, and Sunday. But I’m also free after 4pm any other day . I can pet sit overnight any day and do drop in visits in the morning, evening, and at night. I am unable to board dogs at my own home but at a clients home I can take your dogs for both short and long walks. I can even take them to a park for a nature hike. I will feed them at their scheduled times and if wanted by owners I can crate them. If medication is needed I am comfortable with giving it to them. I will give them plenty of love and lots of playtime. If wanted I can also give nail trims, brushing, ear cleaning and baths as I work full time as a pet bather.

About: I love all animals, but have a special place in my heart for dogs. There's never been a time in my life when I didn't have a dog or two. I have been walking dogs for over 8 years. I enjoy all walks, from walks around the block to long hikes. Currently have one senior dogs - Ringo is blind and diabetic. I am also able to administer insulin injections.
