“My dog loved her walks with Bailie and it was great to get pictures from the walks. I really appreciate that Bailie took care to make sure my husky didn’t overheat in the hot weather!”

“Lucas has been great with our pup. He’s very attentive and has great communication. He checks in when he arrives and when he leaves, including lots of photos during his walk. Our dog, Oscar, is always worn out when we get home and you can tell he thoroughly enjoys his walks with Lucas!”

“Danielle was timely, very energetic and caring with my dog. She even gave him his medicated eyedrops daily. I came homr to a HAPPY dog. Looking forward to using her for future dog walking/sittings.”

“Jessica is absolutely amazing! She did a great job with my babies and sent very detailed updates. We will definitely be booking with her going forward. Thank you Jessica!”

About: Since I was young I've been a fan of animals, my family has owed several, And its been my joy to take care and nurture them. Ive been taking care of pets for a long time and in that I've learned alot about how to care for, treat, and love lots of different kinds of animals, Dogs especially but I am not a stranger to the feline kind, I am experienced with small and larger dogs, as well as dogs with more nervous or flights temperaments. If you choose me to take care of your furry companion I will do everything to make sure they are happy, healthy, and safe in my care. I hope to hear from you soon :) I am currently privileged to have an abundance of free time this means I am available to handle more lengthy stays or more involved care. I am very detailed oriented and a stickler for routine, if you have a pet that need specific or very exact care I am more than capable of doing things right, even for pets that need less specialization I am more than able to give your pet what they need in any environment.
About: I’ve taken care of pets for as long as I can remember. I work full time at a grooming salon as a pet bather. And I have experience working at an animal hospital and a pet sitting company. I’m able to watch any sized dog and any age from puppies to seniors. I also offer simple grooming services! I regularly take multiple dogs on hikes for at least 1 hour and am used to watching large groups of dogs at a time I’m currently working full time, 5 days a week. I am free all day Tuesday, and Sunday. But I’m also free after 4pm any other day . I can pet sit overnight any day and do drop in visits in the morning, evening, and at night. I am unable to board dogs at my own home but at a clients home I can take your dogs for both short and long walks. I can even take them to a park for a nature hike. I will feed them at their scheduled times and if wanted by owners I can crate them. If medication is needed I am comfortable with giving it to them. I will give them plenty of love and lots of playtime. If wanted I can also give nail trims, brushing, ear cleaning and baths as I work full time as a pet bather.
About: I've been caring for dogs, cats and all types of farm animals for over a decade now. I really enjoy helping animals feel safe in whatever way I can and providing a sense of comfortability. From sweet cuddle bugs to reserved loners to senior geezers, all are welcome in my book. Whatever type of tail I'll love them regardless. I have little gremlins of my own, but that doesn't mean I'll prioritize yours any less. I can work in these timeliness almost always. This will change soon and I will adjust when it does :) Mondays: 12:15-3:40pm 10:30pm-8am Tuesdays: 12:15-2:30pm 7pm-8am Wednesdays: 12:15-3:40 10:30pm-8am Thursdays: 12:15-2:30pm 6:15pm-8am Fridays: 2:30pm through the night Saturdays: 9am-1pm Sundays: ask and I can let you know. If it's more than two weeks in advanced I can likely adjust my schedule. I am always respectful of boundaries both that you have and that your pet has. I like to spend extra time on walks or sitting with my clients fur babies to make sure they are comfortable and having a fun time with me. If they seem unsure I dont push them, I give them a little space. For eating I always assure if there's more than one animal they eat apart from each other to ensure no one gets too possessive over their food. Safe, comfortable, and fun are all important when thinking of your pet.
About: Hi! I’m home for the summer and excited to spend time doing something I love, caring for animals. I’ve grown up with dogs my whole life, and I recently lost my own, which reminded me just how much animals mean to me. While I don’t have time for a full-time pet right now, I still stay involved by volunteering every week at a local animal shelter and helping care for the cat I live with at school. Whether it’s dogs, cats, or anything in between, I’ll treat your pet with the same love and care I gave my own. In your home, I follow your pet’s routine closely, feeding, walks, playtime, and any special instructions, so they stay comfortable and happy while you’re away. A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a walker. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your walker or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your walker questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and walkers on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
