“Kira was great! We hired her to come to our vacation AirB&B for two evenings when friends we were visiting didn't want animals in their home. Kira spent a few hours with our dog, so we could have dinner with our friends at their house. Kira arrived and was right away in control (clearly, she has some dog-handling experience), and our dog seemed happy. We'll definitely hire her again the next time we visit our friends!”

“Diane was fantastic, she watched our two dogs and stayed at our house while we were out of state for over a week. On the initial meet, our dogs were immediately comfortable around her (one of our dogs is a rescue and very skittish around new people). She knew how to approach her slowly, and our dog was comfortable within minutes. She provided regular updates during the stay, and communicated any concerns she had with them. The house was cleaner than when we left it, and our dogs were in great condition. We will be using her again the next time we travel and would recommend her to anyone!”

About: I have several years of experience dog/pet sitting including overnight stays. I enjoy taking dogs on daily walks, and playing catch or tug of war to help them get in their daily exercise. Some dog breeds I have long-term care experience with (one-week to month-long pet sitting) include labs, golden retrievers, formosan mountain dogs, and bullmastiff. Although I love all the furry friends! I am also experienced in caring for multiple pets—the most being two dogs, two cats, and one stray, for two separate month-long sits. I am comfortable walking multiple dogs at a time. I also have experience feeding dogs and cats oral medications. I am happy to do house calls for walks and feeding, as well as overnight stays. During overnight stays I make sure the house stays clean and tidy, and that the pets follow their house rules! My schedule is very flexible, and I have a lot of daytime availability for walks and potty breaks. I work as a server/bartender, so am generally scheduled weekend evenings. My shifts last about 6 hours, so for house sitting/overnights, 6-7 hours would be the maximum amount of time the pups would be on their own. If sitting is scheduled with enough advance I can also get this down to only 5-6 hours. I currently cannot offer pet service in my own house. In a client’s home I always make sure I understand what the house rules are for the pets, as well as for guests! I am happy to meet clients in a public setting first if they feel more comfortable with that before inviting me to their home. I understand how important people’s homes and pets are to them, and do everything I can to communicate with reliability and respect. I love taking care of animals, and want both you and your pets to have a great experience with me.

Our return flight was delayed, and Tamara went out of her way to make sure we didn’t stress about the timing and her flexibility with chaotic travel was very much appreciated. About: I’ve always had well behaved dogs and cats. Currently we have two dogs, a 2 1/2 year old rescued lab mix and a senior pug mix. We also have some other animals, 4 indoor cats, 6 outdoor cats, chickens that free range, ducks and rabbits. When I was in high school and junior high I walked dogs after school and in the summers I house and dog sat this included dogs with strict diets, training routines and all activity levels. I make my own work schedule so I can work around you! I currently spend most of my time working on or from my property. We have a large yard for long leashed fetch with local hiking trails connected to the property for daily walks. The house has a large gated porch with a pond view that our pups can spend the whole day looking at but it also connects to small fenced yard area. For indoor space we have a spare bedroom and all different size crates. Well behaved pups will also be aloud in the main living area. All animals are different I want to be respectful of your pets needs and provide them comfort and fun distractions while they eagerly await your return.

She offered to come to my house to pick her up to begin their weekend of fun. She spent two nights with her and came back exhausted. Callie returned home happy and with some new toys!”
