About: I’ve been caring for animals since grade school and truly can’t remember a time without pets in my life. I grew up with two dogs, Bailey and Shakespeare, a cat named Tooka, and a rotating cast of birds, fish, hermit crabs, and other small chaos-makers. I’m very comfortable with all kinds of pets, personalities, and quirks. 😊 For over a decade, I’ve been my sister’s go-to pet sitter, and more recently I spent three years in Southern Vermont house and pet sitting, caring for homes and animals of all shapes, sizes, and energy levels. As a seasoned thru hiker and outdoor enthusiast, I love taking pups for long walks and soaking up the sun. I’m quick to respond, reliable, and responsible. I also genuinely love hanging out with animals and making sure they feel safe, relaxed, and a bit spoiled while you’re away. I recently returned home from New Zealand, where I spent four months thru-hiking the length of the country. I’m now back in the suburbs of Philadelphia working as a substitute teacher. I’m an early riser and usually wrap up with work around 2:30pm. That schedule gives me plenty of flexibility for pet care. I’m available for morning feedings and walks, afternoon check-ins after school, and evening visits as needed. I’m happy to work around your pet’s normal routine to keep things consistent, calm, and comfortable while you’re away. Please share your pet’s routine, preferences, and any specific care instructions. I’m happy to follow them closely. I’m flexible and committed to caring for your pets in a way that matches how you would care for them, so they feel safe, comfortable, and at ease while you’re away.

About: Hiya! My names Elias. I offer my services to pet sit and take care of your dogs, cats, fish, snakes, you name it. All I’d need is what feeding, walking, and interactive guidelines you have and I’ll be sure to meet them! I have had cats and dogs my whole life, currently 2 cats and 2 dogs that live with my parents while I work to settle, and have worked both with a diabetic cat as well as disabled cats at a shelter back in highschool. I’ve also house/pet sat for family in recent years. I work with dogs from all backgrounds, including rescues who may be reactive/ medically complex. I have multiple regular obligations a week both on and off of Rovers services so my schedule may depend on what I have that day over all, but I will always work closely with you to try and find a time that works. Never hesitate to reach out if you need to and I will respond as soon as I am able to! During our meet and greet I’ll ask how you prefer your pup be handled both outside and inside, what their schedule is like, and if you possibly have things written down I’d be able to use as a reminder while I sit them. My goal is to make sure your pup is taken care of as close to how they normally are as possible.

About: I've grown up with & taken care of cats and small-to-medium sized dogs, even adopting & caring for one while living abroad, and would love to get to know yours! I'm a teacher who lifeguards over the summer, so any schedule is fine. Morning , midday, and evening attention / care is what I'm here for. Whatever instructions you give will be followed to the letter. Outside of that, I've always been a big animal person so if your pet is with me, I treat them as my own.

About: Hey! I'm Kaliyah, though I'd prefer to be called Lynx. I've always been an animal lover at heart. I had a lot of pets growing up. Since I was five years old, I've cared for cats, dogs, even geckos! I'm comfortable with all sizes and personalities, whether it's sassy or affectionate cats, playful or stubborn dogs, or anything in between! I know both cat and dog body language like the back of my hand. I have experience with seniors as well and am happy to learn whatever I need to keep your furry friend happy! I'm taking a break from school and work right now so I can focus on my IOP, which takes place 12-3 on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Aside from that, I'm free any time of day, as well as flexible! I also plan on returning to school when possible to become an auto mechanic. I can't wait to meet your pets! I'm currently taking a break from work and school for my mental health so I'll have plenty of time to look after your furry friend! I currently co-own a great pyrenees with my dad, meaning I have experience with stubborn, large, long haired dogs. I live with several pets, meaning I know how to safely break up fights when necessary.

About: Need weekend care for your puppy, elderly dog/cat, or pet with a medical condition? I have worked as a veterinary technician and earned an Animal Science degree, and can’t wait to provide the best possible care for your animals. I love hiking on the weekends, and will take your dogs on anywhere from a leisurely walk in the neighborhood to a more strenuous 5 mile hike in one of the local state parks, depending on their needs. I live in a dog-friendly apartment complex with plenty of space to walk during the day, and a cozy, quiet apartment for a calm and relaxing environment. I don’t have any dogs or cats of my own, so if your pet does not like other animals, that is no problem here. I am looking forward to meeting you and your animals! I am a PhD student at Clemson, and typically am home most of the day. I can accommodate any time-consuming medical or behavioral needs. On week days, I typically do a long walk in the evening, and weekends typically involve a longer walk or hike in a local park. I have a quiet home with plenty of space for your pets to relax. I can crate if the animals prefer it, but do not require it. I am typically gone during weekdays for around 2 hours, and send most weekends at home or out hiking. I would love to have your pet join me on adventures, or just stay home for a relaxing weekend! All pets are leashed when outside, regardless of recall training- even with the best behaved pet, things can go wrong! I always ensure dogs are comfortable and safe regarding heat outside, and have easy access to water at all times.

About: hi! I am new to pet care, I have taken care of children my whole life! I am Looking forward to gaining experience and knowledge! I am a college student first so I tend to only sit during the weekends, or after class on weekdays if necessary. I’m slightly flexible though! I follow your routines, stick to their feeding and potty schedules, and give lots of love and attention so they feel totally at ease while you’re away. I’m tidy, respectful, and treat your space like it’s my own. In my home, your pet will be treated like royalty—with a comfy place to nap, toys to play with, and plenty of one-on-one attention. I only take in pets I know I can fully care for, so your furry friend always gets the time and love they deserve. Whether I’m visiting them or hosting them, I make sure every pet feels safe, special, and very, very loved.

About: i’ve taken care of dogs and cats, senior dogs, administered meds, plants, and kept in constant contact with owners even if it is just to send pics or videos saying hi to their pets :) i am able to stay at your place of residence and not disrupt your pets established routines and so they feel safe and comfortable even with someone new taking care of them i don’t mind different levels of checking in with me. i have had people not want to be bothered on vacation just leave me local emergency numbers all the way to some clients wanting short videos of our walks and facetimes to say hi to their dogs.

About: I grew up with animals my whole life and I’ve helped taken care of friends and families animals. I also used to work at a farm and help with those animals many times. I have two babies at home that I take care of 24/7. I’m a stay at home mom who would have plenty of time on my hands every day. I have a big backyard where pups can go out and walk and have fun. I have a dog crate if needed and I have a dog of my own and cats of my own for your fur babies to love.

About: Hi! I'm Nicole. I'm a software developer & animal lover. I've been around dogs since I was little and have always wanted to adopt one. Caring for dogs with busy owners is a great compromise! Dog owners will love that I will treat their furry pal as if they were mine. They will also love that I have private outdoor space for playtime, anytime, and am right next to central park so there's alot of ground for your furry friend to explore! I truely care about your pets well being so I am consistent with feeding time and will always make sure your furry friend is comfortable, whether its brushing her or refilling her water bowl.
