1. Sierra P.
“Sierra did a wonderful job taking care of my two cats... when I returned home after a week of vacation, my cats were relaxed and content. Everything went superbly! Furthermore, Sierra went above and beyond. I was surprised to hear at the last minute that my road was going to be closed due to repairs. All vehicles were prohibited for two days from using the road. Sierra did not think twice and told me should could manage all the detours and the little hike necessary to get to the house and my cats. Wow... I appreciate her can-due attitude! I have booked her again for my next trip out of town. Thanks rover.com, and especially thanks to Sierra!”

4. Cheyenne T.
“Having a pitbull is always hard to find and trust a caregiver while we’re gone. Well, Cheyenne has watched our pitty for both long and short-term occasions, she keeps the house perfect and treats our girl with the same love and attention we do (maybe better). She is the only person we call and would recommend her to anyone.”
5. Amanda L.
“Amanda was very attentive and caring towards my dogs! Highly recommend!”
6. Casey M.
“Casey is so great with my dogs.”
7. Gee Gee S.
“Gee Gee is one of the few people outside of family I trust with my dog. She truly loves and cares for all animals and treats them as her own. Not only am I a huge fan of Gee Gee, but my dog gets so excited just from hearing her name. She is incredible!!”
8. Mackenzie G.
“Mackenzie watched my dog Sweetie and my older dog Red, who we have since put down, and she did an amazing job. She kept us updated on his status, helped him get out of bed, administered medications and even dealt with his aggression. She is very friendly and kind and loves animals!”
9. Kimberley C.
“Enjoyed meeting you! Mac Molly and Rooney seem to love ya.”
10. Cort F.
“Cort has helped our family with our dogs for many years. From our Australian shepherd to our Norwich terriers and our mutts, he has forged a bond with each. I would highly recommend Cort if you're looking for a loving caregiver who also will give them the exercise they need! I take my dogs very seriously, having been involved in dog rescues and volunteering at the local animal shelter.”

About: I've taken care of animals since a very young age. My parents involved me in the caring of our pets growing up, and I had the opportunity to care for extended family pets as well. I volunteered for a farm that rescued left-behind, abused or ill animals for 3 years as a teenager, which taught me a lot about connecting with animals needs and what they are trying to tell you. After moving out, I pet sat a lot for bosses, coworkers, and friends of friends, all while caring for my own senior pup. Most furry friends have been dogs, however cats and chickens (oddly enough) are a healthy mix in my sitting demographic. My sister is a dog trainer, so she has imparted a lot of wisdom in training puppies to me which helps tremendously in meeting new friends. I work part time, so I am happy to accommodate your pets' social needs as well as the basic feeding and potty breaks. I am always down to take them for little adventures (safely) to give them some variety while their humans are away. Before I take pets on walks (dogs especially) I do take the time to ask and figure out how they interact with other animals and humans, for their safety and mine. Otherwise, we just work on the concerns you have and I let them do their thing. If they want to play, we play. If they want to snuggle, we snuggle.

About: I have had multiple cats and dogs growing up my whole life and am comfortable and able to take care of animal in need of walking or being taken care of. I have previous experience dog walking and house/dog sitting so please consider me as a very qualified candidate to take care of your animal family :) I am currently in high school but am only there from about 8am to 12:30 pm everyday. I am also working part time every Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday, but can take care of your pets every other day than those three :) I have 5 acres of land but it is not securely fenced in to let animals loose without supervision to play in the yard. I have two cats, but no other dogs if your furry friend is a lone wolf :)
14. Emilyanne H.
“Emilyanne took great care of our corgi Auggie over the Christmas holidays. She stayed in our home, and Auggie seemed completely relaxed and happy to have her take care of him. She also took immaculate care of our home, and left it cleaner than when she arrived. I would definitely have Emilyanne housesit for us with Auggie Doggie again.”
15. Lexie L.
“Lexie grew up with animals. She has always beed an animal lover. Through the years we have had many cats and dogs and really is very patient and loving to them all. She is always texting me asking to send her photos of my dogs because she misses them. She is away to college right now. I would 100% trust Lexie with any animals that would need her care.”
16. Nicole D.
“Nicole is absolutely fantastic with animals in general but especially with dogs. She has grown up with dogs her whole life and has a passion for them. Highly recommend her as your pet children will be lovingly cared for.”
17. Mikey W.
“I highly recommend Mikey as a sitter and caretaker for your pet! She took care of my high energy pup for a couple months while I was out of the country and he was the happiest boy! She has a small area fenced off for all the time safe access, but honestly he was with her on leash doing all of her daily adventures! Gardening, bike riding, kayaking, or even just snuggling, whatever your pup is comfortable with and loves to do, she can offer full time care and love!”
18. Avery W.
“Avery is a wonderful young woman! She has been taking care of our St Bernard’s Hazel and Tallulah for many years now! She is responsible, caring and very attentive. She takes the time to get to know your dog, playing with them, giving them lots of love! When she has take care of our girls she treats them as family as if they were her own! I have had Avery walk our dogs a few times a week for many years. She shows up on time and takes the dogs for long interesting walks. I highly recommend Avery ! Big, little, in between , doesn’t matter the size or breed of dogs, she will do a great job for you!”
