About: I discovered my love for animals when my mom rescued a Shiba Inu shortly after my dad died. Since then, I've made every effort to learn as much as I can about cats and dogs, including going to professional grooming school and I'm currently working on becoming a certified dog trainer. Most of my experience with cats has come from my sister and her roommate, but I love cats just as much as I love dogs I do have another part time job, but scheduling is flexible so I'll have plenty of time in the day to check on your buddy! I'm very conscious of their safety and always use a leash, always make sure fenced areas are secure, and that there's no toxic plants around them. My own have a history of bolting/running away, so these things have become 2nd nature for me.

About: My name is Megan and I have been taking care of animals most of my life. I work in the veterinary field as an assistant in rooms and surgery. I am able to handle any size dog or cat. I am able to medicate, walk, drop in, feed, or just hangout with your pet. I do work full time. I am available to drop in before work and drop in after work. I can also do walks after work. About: I have always had dogs since I was a kid and I love to take them out on hikes, walks, to the beach, and playing fetch in the yard! I have watched dogs for my family and friends and I love being with animals! I am currently not working or in school and have lots of time to hangout at home with the pets! About: Not sure why my profile says that dogs must be spayed/neutered, I honestly don’t have a preference. I have consistently had pets since I was 6. Cats, dogs, fish, birds, hamsters, and turtles. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
